Abstract

本发明公开了一种高效叶片离心式泵效环,所述泵效环由环体和设置在环体外圆上的叶片组成。本发明一种高效叶片离心式泵效环,使用叶片泵的原理和液体受到离心力后会被径向甩出的原理,使封液可以高效地被泵出,高效包括对封液在出口端产生的压力较高和封液的循环流量较大,可以将封液送到更高的位置,满足对大流量循环封液的使用要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高效叶片离心式泵效环。 
背景技术
随着机械密封技术的发展,双端面机械密封逐渐取代了单端面机械密封,双端面密封特点是,两套机械密封中间,需要加注隔离液或缓冲液(以下简称封液),用于冷却机封并能够润滑密封端面,在封液循环过程中,最简易也是最经济的一种方法是采用泵效环让封液在机械密封辅助系统内循环流动。 
目前,使封液在密封辅助系统内循环的泵效环有两种,螺纹泵效形式,如图1所示,通过泵轴带动机械密封旋转,带动泵效环旋转,使用到了螺杆泵的原理,使封液由一端到另一端,达到循环封液的目的;离心泵效形式,如图2所示,通过泵轴带动机械密封旋转,带动泵效环旋转,液体旋转会受到离心力的作用,使液体从“封液出口”被甩出,达到循环封液的目的;以上两种泵效形式对封液在出口端产生一定的压力,使封液在辅助系统内循环。由于以上两种泵效形式对封液在出口端产生压力有限,系统冷却罐摆放高度受到一定限制,在特殊工况下无法满足冷却罐摆放较高的位置,并且对于大轴径的机械密封需要封液的循环流量较大,以上两种泵效形式达不到所需的流量。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高效叶片离心式泵效环。 
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种高效叶片离心式泵效环,所述泵效环由环体和设置在环体外圆上的叶片组成。 
所述叶片和环体之间设有环槽。 
本发明一种高效叶片离心式泵效环,使用叶片泵的原理和液体受到离心力后会被径向甩出的原理,使封液可以高效地被泵出,高效包括对封液在出口端产生的压力较高和封液的循环流量较大,可以将封液送到更高的位置,满足对大流量循环封液的使用要求。

具体实施方式
如图3、图4所示,高效叶片离心式泵效环,由环体1和设置在环体1外圆上的叶片2组成,叶片2和环体1之间设有环槽3,使用叶片泵的原理和液体受到离心力后会被径向甩出的原理,使封液可以高效地被泵出,高效包括对封液在出口端产生的压力较高和封液的循环流量较大,可以将封液送到更高的位置,满足对大流量循环封液的使用要求,高效叶片离心式泵效环的使用结构,在机械密封旋转前,两套机械密封中间充满封液,机械密封旋转后,泵效环旋转,两个叶片之间的液体受到离心力被甩出,叶片转动可以增加封液向上的推力,同时,封液通过“封液流动口”补充进来,在封液出口附近有挡块作为辅助,防止封液在环槽内旋转,增加封液出口流量,此种泵效形式加大了泵效流量,又提高了泵效压力。

1. 一种高效叶片离心式泵效环,其特征在于:所述泵效环由环体和设置在环体外圆上的叶片组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效叶片离心式泵效环,其特征在于:所述叶片和环体之间设有环槽。
