一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种造墙机,特别涉及一种地下混凝土连续墙地下砼造墙机。
二、背景技术:
目前,建造地下连续墙所使用的螺旋钻造墙机只是将多个螺旋钻机并排组合在一起,由于每单个的螺旋钻所成的只是一个独立的柱体,螺旋钻所成的墙体亦是一个个柱体组成的墙体,柱体与柱体之间的墙体的厚度达不到设计要求。
三、发明内容:
本发明弥补了以上螺旋钻造墙机的缺点,提供了一种造墙规则平滑的地下砼造墙机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种地下砼造墙机,由多个螺旋钻组成,每个螺旋钻的钻杆上设有螺旋刀片,钻杆下端设有钻头,钻头中间设有活门,每根钻杆设有上下两个轴套,每两根相邻的钻杆的上轴套通过前后两根上连接杆连接,每两根相邻的钻杆的下轴套通过前后两根下连接杆连接,上下两个连接杆之间设有立板,立板下端设有铲刀,三角形挡泥板的一边通过销套销接于立板,挡泥板上边设有挡杆A,挡泥板下边设有挡杆B。
本发明具有以下的特点:
本发明通过螺旋刀片与铲刀共同钻进,通过挡泥板与螺旋刀片共同提土,本造墙机造墙规则、平滑。

五、具体实施方式:
附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例由多个螺旋钻组成,每个螺旋钻的钻杆1上设有螺旋刀片2,钻杆下端设有钻头7,钻头中间设有活门9,每根钻杆设有上下两个轴套3,每两根相邻的钻杆的上轴套通过前后两根上连接杆4连接,每两根相邻的钻杆的下轴套通过前后两根下连接杆4连接,上下两个连接杆之间设有立板6,立板6下端设有铲刀8,三角形挡泥板5的一边通过销套10销接于立板6,挡泥板可以销套轴为圆心上下转动,挡泥板上边设有挡杆A11,挡泥板下边设有挡杆B12。
本发明工作时,钻杆驱动螺旋刀片旋转钻进,铲刀8将螺旋刀片切削不到的土体铲掉,向下钻进时,由于土体的阻力,挡泥板5斜上,钻进深度提钻时,挡泥板水平,挡住下落的土体,挡泥板与螺旋刀片一起将土体提起,提钻时螺旋刀片停止旋转,活门打开,活门内喷出混凝土将土体提升时留出的空间填满,如此成砼连续墙。

1. 一种地下砼造墙机,由多个螺旋钻组成,每个螺旋钻的钻杆(1)上设有螺旋刀片(2),钻杆下端设有钻头(7),钻头中间设有活门(9),每根钻杆设有上下两个轴套(3),其特征在于:每两根相邻的钻杆的上轴套通过前后两根上连接杆(4)连接,每两根相邻的钻杆的下轴套通过前后两根下连接杆(4)连接,上下两个连接杆之间设有立板(6),立板(6)下端设有铲刀(8),三角形挡泥板(5)的一边通过销套(10)销接于立板(6),挡泥板以销套轴为圆心上下转动,挡泥板上边设有挡杆A(11),挡泥板下边设有挡杆B(12)。
