一种含噻唑的三氟丁烯类杀虫剂
技术领域
本发明涉及农药,是一种含噻唑的三氟丁烯类杀虫剂。
背景技术
三氟丁烯化合物具有杀线虫的活性,最早是美国专利在80年代公开,后来日本专利也公开了多个不同于美国专利结构的杀线虫化合物,虽然这些专利均已被授权,但是,这些已公开的三氟丁烯化合物在杀线虫时较难作用于害虫的乙酰胆碱受体。例如:日本00809783.6专利中的化合物:

虽然2-氯-5-亚甲基噻唑官能团的应用效果是本领域技术人员公认的,而将2-氯-5-亚甲基噻唑官能团引入到新的化合物中作用于线虫的乙酰胆碱受体至今未有报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种含噻唑的三氟丁烯类杀虫剂,专用于杀线虫,对植物无药害。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:一种含噻唑的三氟丁烯类杀虫剂,化合物的结构为:

 ①将2-氯-5-甲基巯基噻唑0.1摩尔溶解在100毫升的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入干燥的碳酸钾0.5摩尔,在常温下滴加4-溴-1,1,2-三氟-1-丁烯0.105摩尔;
②滴加完毕后,在50-60℃反应8小时;
③对步骤②滴加完毕的溶液进行过滤,得到含

④用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺淋洗固体3-6次,合并得到的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液;

⑥用层析法提纯

   (2),其中层析液为正己烷:乙酸乙酯的体积比为8:2,得到淡黄色的液体26克。
所述的一种含噻唑的三氟丁烯类杀虫剂的应用,将杀虫剂作用于线虫或其栖息地。
本发明的杀虫剂具有很高的杀虫活性,专用于杀线虫,对植物无药害,它作用于线虫的乙酰胆碱受体,杀线虫的效果优于已有的各种杀线虫化合物。它可以用于防治短体线虫属;球异皮线虫属:马铃薯全线虫;异皮线虫属:大豆异皮线虫;根结线虫属:水稻干尖线虫,穿孔线虫,起绒草茎线虫,半穿刺线虫;长针线虫属;剑线虫属;毛刺线虫属;伞滑刃线虫属:松材线虫等。
本发明所述的杀虫剂还可以与其它杀虫剂组合使用,例如:可以与已知的杀菌剂、杀线虫剂等,也可以与已知的杀虫剂复配,用于扩大杀虫谱,并可防止产生抗药性。
本发明杀虫剂可以制成常规剂型:乳液、水分散颗料剂、可湿粉剂、微胶囊等。
本发明所述杀虫剂的药效试验:一份活性化合物(结构式1,其中n=2)加入九份高岭土,制备成含结构式1的10%精细颗粒,杀害香蕉根结线虫2龄虫,用药前测得香蕉根结线虫2龄虫平均每亩为70条。每亩用10%精细颗粒为4Kg,用药后30天,香蕉根结线虫存活为每亩平均1.8条,防治效果为96.6%,用药60天后,香蕉根结线虫存活4.4条,防治效果为92.7%。上述试验重复5次,效果为平均数。

例2:2-氯-5-(3,4,4-三氟丁基-3-烯-1-亚砜基甲基)噻唑:

将化合物(2)0.1摩尔溶解在300毫升的异丙醇中,加入0.11摩尔的双氧水,在20-30度反应48小时,加亚硫酸钠破坏残余氧化剂,加300毫升水,用乙酸乙酯100毫升萃取4次,合并乙酸乙酯层,减压蒸馏去溶剂,用层析法提纯,其中层析液为正己烷:乙酸乙酯=5:5,得到类白色的固体25克,HPLC分析,含量为99%,收率为85.6%。
元素分析为:C:33.1%,H:2.44%,Cl 12.24%;O:5.52%;S:22.13%。
例3:2-氯-5-(3,4,4-三氟丁基-3-烯-1-砜基甲基)噻唑:

将化合物(5)0.1摩尔溶解在500毫升的甲醇中,加入0.3摩尔的双氧水,回流8小时,加亚硫酸钠破坏残余氧化剂,加水500毫升,用乙酸乙酯200毫升萃取四次,合并乙酸乙酯层,减压蒸馏去溶剂,用层析法提纯,得到淡黄色固体26克,其中层析液为正己烷:乙酸乙酯=4:6 ,HPLC分析,含量为99%,收率为84.6%。
元素分析:
C:31.43%,H:231%,Cl:11.60%,F:18.64%,N:4.58%,O:10.47%,S:20.98%。

1. 一种含噻唑的三氟丁烯类杀虫剂,其特征在于:化合物的结构为:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含噻唑的三氟丁烯类杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于:化合物的结构为:
