本发明公开了一种聚氨酯发泡保温箱体发泡夹具，该仿夹具由压机及设置在压机中的发泡机构构成；所述压机包括机座、运动架及控制运动架运动的驱动装置，所述发泡机构包括吊装在运动架上的顶架、固定安装在机座上的底架及输送装置，所述顶架下端垂直安装有前挡板、后挡板及活动挡板；底架上对称安装有侧挡板，所述侧挡板具有绕底架水平面转动的自由度。本发明将改进后的压机应用在聚氨酯发泡保温箱体发泡领域，保证产品制作时的设备精度、强度以及同步压合时的稳定性，可采用液压或气压作为动力源。保证产品质量的同时，提高了产品的生产效率、降低了其废品率，省时省力，提高了自动化程度。

技术领域
本发明属于发泡夹具技术领域，尤其涉及一种聚氨酯发泡保温箱体发泡夹具。
背景技术
发泡夹具是一种聚氨酯发泡成型的发泡设备，广泛使用于家电、汽车、家居等的发泡制品生产领域。目前，国内及进口发泡成型设备的夹具存在的问题有：1.压制成型装置成本较高，长时间使用后，由于机架与连接件之间的长时间运动易磨损，会导致发泡制品的精度降低；2.大多发泡成型设备采用液压泵提供动力，容易出现漏油、动力提供不稳定的现象；3.由于普通发泡成型设备结构的限制，存在强度低、同步压制时稳定性不够的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种不仅能够确保产品质量，而且安全、省时、省力、高效的聚氨酯发泡保温箱体发泡夹具。
本发明提供的聚氨酯发泡保温箱体发泡夹具由压机及设置在压机中的发泡机构构成；所述压机包括机座、运动架及控制运动架运动的驱动装置，所述发泡机构包括吊装在运动架上的顶架、以及固定安装在机座上的底架，顶架下端垂直安装有前挡板、后挡板及活动挡板；底架上对称安装有侧挡板，所述侧挡板具有绕底架水平面转动的自由度。
优选地，发泡机构内还设有输送装置。
本发明将改进后的压机应用在聚氨酯发泡保温箱体发泡领域，保证产品制作时的设备精度、强度以及同步压制时的稳定性，可采用液压或气压作为动力源。保证产品质量的同时，提高了产品的生产效率、降低了其废品率，省时省力，提高了自动化程度。

具体实施方式
实施例1
参见图1及图2，本发明提供的聚氨酯发泡保温箱体发泡夹具由压机1及设置在压机1中的发泡机构2构成；所述压机1包括机座3、运动架4及控制运动架运动的驱动装置5，所述发泡机构2包括吊装在运动架4上的顶架6、以及固定安装在机座3上的底架7，顶架6下端垂直安装有前挡板8、后挡板9及活动挡板10；参见图3，底架3上对称安装有侧挡板11，所述侧挡板11具有绕底架3水平面转动的自由度。
优选地，发泡机构2内还设有输送装置12。
实施例2
使用时，
参见图3，驱动装置5将吊装在运动架4上的顶架6整体提升，底架3上侧挡板11向两侧打开，箱体可通过人工或输送装置12输送进夹具。
接下来，参见图1，运动架4在驱动装置5的驱动下缓慢下降至闭合状态，底架3上侧挡板11向中心回拢，箱体开始充注发泡，完成后回到初始状态(图1)，将箱体送出。

1.一种聚氨酯发泡保温箱体发泡夹具，其特征在于：由压机及设置在压机中的发泡机构构成；所述压机包括机座、运动架及控制运动架运动的驱动装置，所述发泡机构包括吊装在运动架上的顶架、以及固定安装在机座上的底架，顶架下端垂直安装有前挡板、后挡板及活动挡板；底架上对称安装有侧挡板，所述侧挡板具有绕底架水平面转动的自由度。
2.如权利要求1所述的聚氨酯发泡保温箱体发泡夹具，其特征在于：发泡机构内还设有输送装置。
