本发明公开了一种铝管的连续大盘收卷装置，所述收卷装置包括涂油润滑装置、预变形装置、卷绕盘和收料盘，所述卷绕盘安在固定座上，在卷绕盘的固定安装座的进料端固定连接有预变形装置，所述预变形装置的正下方设有收料盘，所述收料盘可拆卸的连接在收料盘的底座上，在所述卷绕盘的进料端前方还设有涂油润滑装置。本发明解决了现有技术存在的问题，使用本发明所述的收卷装置进行铝管收卷可以大幅度提高产品的成品率，减小不良品出现的概率，提高产品的生产效率，大大的降低生产成本，为企业创造了利润，本发明结构简单，适合行业内的广泛使用。

本发明涉及一种收卷装置，具体涉及一种铝管的连续大盘收卷装置。
背景技术
国内目前大部分的收卷机都是直接收卷的收卷机，即铝管出料后直接收卷，但是因为铝比较软，易产生擦伤，变形等缺陷，尤其是壁厚比较薄的铝管或1系、2系的铝合金，极易产生该类缺陷，在批量生产过程中出现类似缺陷，不可避免的会影响到生产的节奏和产能，对大规模连续性生产是极其不利的。
发明内容
发明的目的：为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种生产效率高的铝管的连续大盘收卷装置。
技术方案：为达到上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种铝管的连续大盘收卷装置，所述收卷装置包括涂油润滑装置、预变形装置、卷绕盘和收料盘，所述卷绕盘安在固定座上，在卷绕盘的固定安装座的进料端固定连接有预变形装置，所述预变形装置的正下方设有收料盘，所述收料盘可拆卸的连接在收料盘的底座上，在所述卷绕盘的进料端前方还设有涂油润滑装置。
作为优化，所述预变形装置内部的铝管挤压通道为弧形通道。
有益效果：本发明所述的收卷装置在工作过程中可以大幅度提高产品的成品率，减小不良品出现的概率，提高产品的生产效率，大大的降低生产成本，为企业创造了利润，本发明结构简单，适合行业内的广泛使用。

如附图所示的一种铝管的连续大盘收卷装置，收卷装置包括涂油润滑装置1、预变形装置2、卷绕盘3和收料盘4，卷绕盘3安在固定座上，在卷绕盘3的固定安装座的进料端固定连接有预变形装置2，预变形装置2的正下方设有收料盘4，收料盘4可拆卸的连接在收料盘4的底座5上，在所述卷绕盘3的进料端前方还设有涂油润滑装置1，预变形装置2内部的铝管挤压通道为弧形通道。

1.一种铝管的连续大盘收卷装置，其特征在于：所述收卷装置包括涂油润滑装置、预变形装置、卷绕盘和收料盘，所述卷绕盘安在固定座上，在卷绕盘的固定安装座的进料端固定连接有预变形装置，所述预变形装置的正下方设有收料盘，所述收料盘可拆卸的连接在收料盘的底座上，在所述卷绕盘的进料端前方还设有涂油润滑装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝管的连续大盘收卷装置，其特征在于：所述预变形装置内部的铝管挤压通道为弧形通道。
