技术领域
本发明属于中药领域，特别涉及一种治疗肝癌的中药。
背景技术
肝癌是指发生于肝脏的恶性肿瘤，包括原发性肝癌和转移性肝癌两种，人们日常说的肝癌指的多是原发性肝癌。原发性肝癌是临床上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，其发病原理可能与病毒性肝炎和肝硬化有关。我国在治疗肝癌方面主要依赖于手术、放疗以及化疗，但是上述方法在杀死癌细胞的同时，人体正常细胞也同样受到伤害，而具有抗癌作用的西药，副作用大，疗效不明显，且费用昂贵。目前，中药对抗癌、治癌大多数情况下只能起到控制作用，虽然能够缓解病情和疼痛，但疗效欠佳。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种制备简单、疗效显著的治疗肝癌的中药。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗肝癌的中药，其特殊之处在于：其活性成分由以下重量份数的原料组成：
春不见6-10份、田基黄15-20份、黄芩10-14份、蚤休8-10份、
珍珠风10-16份、哉果6-8份、桃仁6-10份、乌梅8-12份、
荆芥6-10份、草石蚕20-30份、草牡丹10-16份、穿心莲10-14份、
白花蛇舌草15-20份、红花6-10份、黄柏5-9份。
本发明所述中药为片剂。将各种原料清洗干净，干燥消毒，打粉混合，按常规方法制成片剂。
用法用量：温水冲服，一日两次，每次5粒片剂，饭后服用。
本发明中药具有清热解毒、扶正培本、理气化瘀的功效，在电子显微镜下观察它能直接损伤和破坏癌细胞的膜系统，致使癌细胞裂解崩溃，能诱导癌细胞产生大量溶酶体自杀性破坏癌细胞；能激活淋巴细胞增生，提高机体细胞免疫功能；能促进枯否氏细胞（巨噬细胞）功能活跃，通过免疫系统抑制和杀伤癌细胞，治疗肝癌疗效好，有效率高。
本发明的中药专门用于治疗肝癌，将多种药物适当配合，利用其相互间的协同或抵抗作用，提高疗效，以适应复杂病情的治疗要求，减少不良反应，疗效显著，安全可靠，配制简单，服用简单，吸收效果好，无副作用，有利于患者及时减轻病状，对肝癌有较好的治疗效果。共治疗60例，总有效率达86%。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
取春不见8克、田基黄18克、黄芩12克、蚤休9克、珍珠风13克、哉果7克、桃仁8克、乌梅10克、荆芥8克、草石蚕25克、草牡丹13克、穿心莲12克、白花蛇舌草18克、红花8克、黄柏7克，将上述原料清洗干净，干燥消毒，打粉混合，按常规方法制成片剂，定量服用。
用法用量：温水冲服，一日两次，每次5粒片剂，饭后服用。
实施例2：
取春不见6克、田基黄15克、黄芩10克、蚤休8克、珍珠风10克、哉果6克、桃仁6克、乌梅8克、荆芥6克、草石蚕20克、草牡丹10克、穿心莲10克、白花蛇舌草15克、红花6克、黄柏5克，将上述原料清洗干净，干燥消毒，打粉混合，按常规方法制成片剂，定量服用。
用法用量：温水冲服，一日两次，每次5粒片剂，饭后服用。
实施例3：
取春不见10克、田基黄20克、黄芩14克、蚤休10克、珍珠风16克、哉果8克、桃仁10克、乌梅12克、荆芥10克、草石蚕30克、草牡丹16克、穿心莲14克、白花蛇舌草20克、红花10克、黄柏9克，将上述原料清洗干净，干燥消毒，打粉混合，按常规方法制成片剂，定量服用。
用法用量：温水冲服，一日两次，每次5粒片剂，饭后服用。
实施例4：临床观察：
（1）临床资料
本发明人于2002年至今，对60例肝癌患者进行临床观察治疗，总有效率86%。通过细胞学诊断，血常规检查，肝肾功能检查，定期进行胸片、CT、B超等影像学检查，三个月为一疗程，服药一个疗程以上，64%的患者肿块减小50%以上，其中42%的患者肿块完全消除，同时对患者有较好的补气、补血、调节免疫等功能，对预防化疗后患者出现的乏力、脱发、恶心及白细胞下降等全身症状有较好的预防及减轻作用。
（2）治疗方法
温水冲服，一日两次，每次5粒片剂。根据患者病情轻重计算治疗时间，轻度患者服用3个月左右，重病患者连服12个月即可痊愈。
（3）疗效判定标准
“完全缓解”：肿瘤完全消失，维持四周以上；
“部分缓解”：肿瘤缩小50%以上，维持四周；
“稳定”：肿瘤缩小不及50%，增大不超过25%；
“恶化”：肿瘤增大25%以上。
（4）治疗效果：
临床完全缓解25例，占42%；部分缓解13例，占22%；稳定13例，占22%；恶化9例，总有效率86%。
本发明配制简单，吸收效果好，疗效显著，无副作用，安全性高，有利于患者及时减轻病状。
本发明按中药抗癌扶正作用的药效学要求，以小鼠S180实体瘤、小鼠艾氏腹水型瘤为模型观察了本发明片剂对肿瘤生长的抑制和生命延长作用，并观察其对荷瘤小鼠脾抗体生成细胞、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能及荷瘤小鼠胸腺、脾重量的影响。结果表明：该片剂可显著抑制小鼠S180实体瘤生长，延长腹水型肿瘤小鼠生存时间，并明显增加荷瘤小鼠免疫器官的重量，提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能，同时促进荷瘤小鼠脾抗体生成细胞的生成。
本发明所制片剂临床试验结果显示：对气阴两虚证的肝癌化疗患者20例，其中一组10例只用化疗药，另一组10例服用化疗药后还服用本发明所制片剂，经两个月临床观察，后者既服用化疗药又服用本发明所制片剂的肝癌患者总有效率高达80%，与单用化疗药组相比具有明显差异（P＜0.005），且临床症状具有明显改善，肝癌患者生活质量得到提高，且化疗引起的毒副反应明显减轻，表明本发明所制片剂对免疫功能具有保护和改善的作用，并且实验结果表明对外周血象也具有明显保护作用。
生存率：
5年以上的生存例数为5例，生存率为50%，说明本发明片剂具有显著的治疗效果。
典型病例：
1、王某，49岁，被医院诊断为肝癌初期，服用本发明实施例1所制片剂，温水冲服，一日两次，每次5粒片剂，两个月后基本恢复正常，继续服用四个月后检查，恢复正常。
2、李某，62岁，被医院诊断为肝癌中期，服用本发明实施例2所制片剂，温水冲服，一日两次，每次5粒片剂，三个月后病情稳定，继续服用四个月，基本恢复正常。
3、孙某，55岁，被医院诊断为肝癌晚期，服用本发明实施例3所制片剂，温水冲服，一日两次，每次5粒片剂，5个月后检查，病情稳定，继续服用5个月，肿块缩小，癌细胞未见扩散。

1.一种治疗肝癌的中药，其特征为：其活性成分由以下重量份数的原料组成：
春不见6-10份、田基黄15-20份、黄芩10-14份、蚤休8-10份
珍珠风10-16份、哉果6-8份、桃仁6-10份、乌梅8-12份
荆芥6-10份、草石蚕20-30份、草牡丹10-16份、穿心莲10-14份
白花蛇舌草15-20份、红花6-10份、黄柏5-9份。
