本发明涉及果蔬饮料技术领域,尤其是指一种抗氧化防癌果蔬汁配方及其制备工艺;本发明的抗氧化防癌果蔬汁配方及其制备工艺,配方中包括一定配方及原理配比蔬菜类、水果类、坚果种子类、香料等,配成的果蔬汁中含有抗氧化剂及抗自由基的植物生化素(茄红素、贝他-胡萝卜素、有机硫化物等)及抗发炎物质(类黄酮、姜黄素等、欧米茄3-不饱和脂肪酸)可以有效干扰癌症发展的过程,增强人体的抗氧化及抗发炎免疫系统的反应能力,能有效的预防癌症并对癌症患者有一点的保健治疗效果,本发明配方的果蔬汁纯天然材料配方,口感纯正,无刺激性,适合人群广的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及果蔬饮料技术领域,尤其是指一种抗氧化防癌果蔬汁及其制备工艺。
背景技术
癌症一直是威胁人类健康的一大顽敌。人类在探索癌的发生机制、预防和诊治方面经历了艰难的历程。近年来,自由基反应及脂类过氧化损伤的理论研究进展使肿瘤学家认识到,自由基反应与肿瘤的发生和发展过程密切相关,在复杂的癌变过程中,自由基可能起重要作用。
促癌剂的促癌作用也与其产生自由基有关,许多研究表明,自由基参与促癌过程:①多种促癌剂本身能产生自由基;②典型的促癌剂刺激氧自由基的产生,且促癌剂促癌能力的高低与其产生自由基的能力一般有平行关系。
癌症是一个长期积累潜伏的过程,目前癌症一般是在发病后才进行治疗,主要采用药疗、化疗、手术切除、手术移植等手段,这些手段对人体刺激伤害较大,很多时候不能有效的缓解和治疗肝脏病,目前对癌症无有效的预防手段。
发明内容
本发明针对目前癌症无有效的预防手段的存在的不足,而提供一种抗氧化预防癌症的无刺激、无副作用、绿色的果蔬汁及其制备工艺,为实现以上目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种抗氧化防癌果蔬汁及其制备工艺,所述果蔬汁为下述按重量份数组成的原料:蔬菜类:西红柿3-8份、甜菜根3-8份、胡萝卜3-8份、黄瓜3-8份、紫甘蓝3-8份;水果类:猕猴桃3-8份、葡萄5-10份、苹果3-8份、柠檬3-8份;坚果种子类:亚麻籽0.5-3份、白芝麻0.2-2份、枸杞0.5-3份;香料类:老姜麻0.2-2份、洋葱麻0.2-2份、大蒜麻0.2-2份、姜黄粉0.5-1.5份;其它:纤维粉0.5-2份。
优先的:所述各原料按重量份数为:蔬菜类:西红柿5份、甜菜根5份、胡萝卜6份、黄瓜4份、紫甘蓝5份;水果类:猕猴桃5份、葡萄6份、苹果4份、柠檬2份;坚果种子类:亚麻籽1份、白芝麻0.5份、枸杞1份;香料类:老姜麻0.5份、洋葱麻0.5份、大蒜麻0.5份、姜黄粉1份;其它:纤维粉1份。
优先的:所述果蔬汁的原料成分为果蔬粉的原材料配方。
优先的,所述猕猴桃为去皮的猕猴桃。
优先的,所述葡萄为含籽及皮的葡萄。
优先的,所述老姜为连皮老姜。
一种抗氧化防癌果蔬汁的制备工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)、备料:按上述的果蔬汁的比例进行备料;
(2)、备料处理:将步骤1中的备料中的蔬菜类、水果类、坚果类、香料类清洗并处理:甜菜根、紫甘蓝、胡萝卜及西红柿切块,黄瓜切段、柠檬去外皮;
(3)、将步骤2中备料处理的各原料与步骤1中备料的水一起加入蔬果粉碎机粉碎;
(4)、在步骤3粉碎的果蔬汁中加入步骤1备料的纤维粉,继续粉碎搅拌,既得所述的果蔬汁。
优先的,所述步骤3中粉碎时间为1-5分钟。
优先的,所述步骤4粉碎时间为5-25秒。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的抗氧化防癌果蔬汁及其制备工艺,配方中包括一定配方及原理配比蔬菜类、水果类、坚果种子类、香料等,配成的果蔬汁中含有抗氧化剂及抗自由基的植物生化素(茄红素、贝他-胡萝卜素、有机硫化物等)及抗发炎物质(类黄酮、姜黄素等、欧米茄3-不饱和脂肪酸)可以有效干扰癌症发展的过程,增强人体的抗氧化及抗发炎免疫系统的反应能力,能有效的预防癌症并对癌症患者有一点的保健治疗效果,本发明配方的果蔬汁纯天然材料配方,口感纯正,无刺激性,适合人群广的特点。
具体实施方式:
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例1:
本实施例为一种抗氧化防癌的鲜果蔬汁及其制备工艺:
本实施例的果蔬汁为下述按重量份数组成的原料:蔬菜类:西红柿3份、甜菜根8份、胡萝卜3份、黄瓜8份、紫甘蓝3份;水果类:猕猴桃8份、葡萄5份、苹果8份、柠檬3份;坚果种子类:亚麻籽3份、白芝麻0.2份、枸杞3份;香料类:老姜麻0.2份、洋葱麻2份、大蒜麻0.2份、姜黄粉1.5份;其它:纤维粉0.5份,加水40份;
做为常见的加工制备工艺,采用以下步骤:
(1)、备料:按以上的果蔬汁的比例进行备料;
(2)、备料处理:将步骤1中的备料中的蔬菜类、水果类、坚果类、香料类清洗并处理:蔬菜类、水果类、坚果类、香料类清洗并处理:甜菜根、紫甘蓝、胡萝卜及西红柿切块,黄瓜切段,处理便于粉碎加工处理;柠檬去外皮,猕猴桃为去皮的猕猴桃,葡萄为含籽及皮的葡萄,老姜为连皮老姜,这样保证果蔬汁具有良好的口感,并保留较高的植物营养成分,更大的发挥疗效;洗净所有配料待用;
(3)、将步骤2中备料处理的各原料与步骤1中备料的水一起加入蔬果粉碎机粉碎,本领域技术人员根据量的情况以及粉碎效果,一般粉碎时间为1-5分钟;
(4)、在步骤3粉碎的果蔬汁中加入步骤1备料的纤维粉,继续粉碎搅拌,既得本发明的果蔬汁,此步骤中,本领域技术人员根据量的情况以及粉碎效果,粉碎时间一般为5-25秒。
当然以上制备工艺为常见的鲜榨液体果汁的处理工艺,作为工业生产的本领域技术人员的基础知识及常识,在配方中也相应的增加些像甜味剂、防腐剂、使果汁清亮的凝固剂、防止果汁变色的添加剂等等,加工工艺中增加灌装、灭菌等步骤,工业生产的配方及制备工艺也属于本发明所保护的范畴。
实施例2,本实施例的果蔬汁为下述按重量份数组成的原料:蔬菜类:西红柿8份、甜菜根3份、胡萝卜8份、黄瓜3份、紫甘蓝8份;水果类:猕猴桃3份、葡萄10份、苹果3份、柠檬8份;坚果种子类:亚麻籽0.5份、白芝麻2份、枸杞0.5份;香料类:老姜麻2份、洋葱麻0.2份、大蒜麻2份、姜黄粉0.5份;其它:纤维粉2份,水60份。
此配方作为鲜榨液体果汁的配方,其制备工艺与实施例1基本类似,在此不做过的赘述。
实施例3,本实施例的果蔬汁为下述按重量份数组成的原料:蔬菜类:西红柿5份、甜菜根5份、胡萝卜6份、黄瓜4份、紫甘蓝5份;水果类:猕猴桃5份、葡萄6份、苹果4份、柠檬2份;坚果种子类:亚麻籽1份、白芝麻0.5份、枸杞1份;香料类:老姜麻0.5份、洋葱麻0.5份、大蒜麻0.5份、姜黄粉1份;其它:纤维粉1份。
本实施例为果蔬粉的原材料配方,消费者通过用水冲兑果蔬粉后形成果蔬汁,达到同样的保健疗效功能,运用本领域技术人员的基础知识及常识,还可在在配料中加入适当的水及请他添加剂后进行加工处理,根据本领域技术的生产方式和工艺,生产果蔬粉采用常见的:(1)、湿法生产工艺,原配方加适当的水加工成果蔬汁后再进行浓缩、干燥、包装等工艺,形成果蔬粉;(2)干法生产工艺在加工的果蔬汁后进行干燥、粉碎、包装,随着现代加工设备和工艺的进一步发展和优化,本领域技术人员还可以选择更加优化的方案。
本发明的果蔬汁经历多个患者进行试验,除了不适宜肾性高血压并高血钾患者外,均取得良好的疗效,获得患者的一致好评。现列举其中的一案例:赵某,女,50岁,某企业主管,因为癌症切除手术并化疗,身体状况非常虚弱而暂停工作,每天饮用750ML本发明配方的果蔬汁,目前病情控制良好且恢复工作,对癌症患者就有良好的保健疗效。
以上所述实施例,只是本发明的较佳实例,并非来限制本发明实施范围,故凡依本发明申请专利范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均应包括于本发明专利申请范围内。

1.一种抗氧化防癌果蔬汁,其特征在于,所述果蔬汁由按下述按重量份数的原料制成:蔬菜类:西红柿3-8份、甜菜根3-8份、胡萝卜3-8份、黄瓜3-8份、紫甘蓝3-8份;水果类:猕猴桃3-8份、葡萄5-10份、苹果3-8份、柠檬3-8份;坚果种子类:亚麻籽0.5-3份、白芝麻0.2-2份、枸杞0.5-3份;香料类:老姜麻0.2-2份、洋葱麻0.2-2份、大蒜麻0.2-2份、姜黄粉0.5-1.5份;其它:纤维粉0.5-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化防癌果蔬汁,其特征在于,所述猕猴桃为去皮的猕猴桃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化防癌果蔬汁,其特征在于,所述葡萄为含籽及皮的葡萄。
