本发明涉及一种动态工况机械专用手持式静态检查仪,包括六面连接块、手持杆、电池、信息记录仪、USB接口和附属设备;六面连接块的六个端面设置螺纹孔;手持杆一端和六面连接块连接,另一端设置USB接口;手持杆内安装有电池和信息记录仪;信息记录仪与USB接口连接;附属设备包括录音麦克、施力锤头、点击锤头、连接口堵、固定扳手、螺丝刀和摄像头与照明灯;附属设备通过螺纹和六面连接块连接;各种附属设备上的螺纹型号相同,能够安装在六面连接块的任一端面上。本发明使经常处于动态工况的机械的静态检查变的简单易行,使用面广;并且避免了由于人的意识和判断能力的差异而造成的检查判断结果的差异,判断结果准确,可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种静态检查仪,尤其涉及一种动态工况机械专用手持式静态检查仪。
技术背景
处于动态工作条件下的机械例如轨道车辆、汽车拖拉机等,有的工况还相当恶劣。这些机械组成,经常性地处在振动、摇晃的工作状态,零部件极易疲劳,磨损。一旦出现部件连接松动、构件裂纹,时间不长就会造成严重后果。因此,对于它们在动态工作时的适时监测是一定要进行的,而静态下的反复检查也是丝毫不能松懈。
动态工况的机械有一个共同的特点,即它们大致包括工作部分和应付动态的结构部分。比如,高速铁路的动车,有载客的车厢,还有运行的走行部分。对于这部分应付与适应动态工作的机械结构,是静态检查的重点。然而,这部分结构常常是活动空间小、甚至人的肢体也难以进入;被检部位太深入,人的视线不易达到,而且还没有足够的光照动态工况的机械,在静态检查时,工作人员会持一种被称为检点锤的小锤敲击重点部位的构件,凭声音判断有无异常,同时再用手电照射检查部位,察看有无裂纹和连接松动。这样的检查全凭人的因素,由于人的意识和判断能力的差异是很大的,因此造成检查判断结果差异也很大,极易出现漏检和误判。另外,检查结果全在检查者的脑子里,表述不准、他人难以知晓,经常遗忘,无法进行科学分析和为以后的科学研究积累资料。
发明内容
为了解决现有仪器存在的问题,本发明提供了一种动态工况机械专用手持式静态检查仪。本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种动态工况机械专用手持式静态检查仪,包括六面连接块、手持杆、电池、信息记录仪、USB接口和附属设备;所述六面连接块的六个端面设置有螺纹孔;所述手持杆一端和六面连接块通过螺纹连接;手持杆的另一端设置USB接口;所述手持杆内安装有电池和信息记录仪;所述信息记录仪与USB接口连接;所述附属设备通过螺纹和六面连接块连接。
所述附属设备包括录音麦克、施力锤头、点击锤头、连接口堵、固定扳手、螺丝刀和摄像头与照明灯;所述摄像头与照明灯和录音麦克分别与信息记录仪连接;所述施力锤头、固定扳手、螺丝刀和点击锤头通过螺纹和六面连接块连接;所述连接口堵的一端与六面连接块通过螺纹连接,另一端用堵塞封闭。
所述附属设备上的螺纹型号相同,各种附属设备能够安装在六面连接块的任一端面上。
本发明的使用方法为:首先将手持杆与六面连接块的一个端面连接,然后,六面连接块的上、下端面可连接上施力锤头和点击锤头,这样,检查仪可以起到传统检点锤的作用。六面连接块端面根据需要连接其它附属设备,没有连接附属设备的端面,可以用连接口堵和堵塞封闭。用点击锤头敲击被检部位,施检者若认为声音异常或者根据指令开启录音麦克,将声音录下来。如果根据自己的经验认为被检处出现裂纹,可以用施力锤头予以敲击,开启摄像头与照明灯对怀疑处实施录像。声音信号和录像资料可保存在信息记录仪中。如果需要,还可以通过USB接口直接连接到计算机上进行分析。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过摄像和录音等科技手段,可在黑暗、狭小的空间内作业,使经常处于动态工况的机械的静态检查变的简单易行,使用面广;并且避免了由于人的意识和判断能力的差异而造成的检查判断结果的差异,判断结果准确,可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,动态工况机械专用手持式静态检查仪以六面连接块2为核心,六面连接块2的六个端面各有一个连接螺孔,其它端面都可以连接加上相应功能的摄像、录音、照明器材或工具。一般情况下,手持杆4和六面连接块连成后,上、下端面可连接上施力锤头1和点击锤头3。这样,检查仪可以起到传统检点锤的作用。点击锤头3敲击被检部位,施检者若认为声音异常或者根据指令开启录音麦克9,将声音录下来。如果根据自己的经验认为被检处出现裂纹,可以用施力锤头1予以敲击,开启摄像头与照明灯8对怀疑处实施录像。声音信号和录像资料可保存在信息记录仪6。如果需要,还可以通过USB接口7直接连接到计算机。
动态工况的机械手持式静态检查仪与手持杆4相对的前端面有连接口堵10,该堵最外侧是与六面连接块2各端面的基准螺孔都可以连接的外螺纹,它的中心部位是一小直径的螺孔,这个孔可以分别连接各种仪器和固定扳手11、螺丝刀12一类的工具,也可以连接堵塞13,在连接口堵不接仪器、工具时用它来实施封闭。
电池5向信息记录仪6和摄像头与照明灯8供电,信息记录仪6是和摄像、录音配套的单片机组成,其记录下的音像资料可以进人计算机进行比对分析。

1.一种动态工况机械专用手持式静态检查仪,其特征是,包括六面连接块、手持杆、电池、信息记录仪、USB 接口和附属设备 ;所述六面连接块的六个端面设置有螺纹孔 ;所述手持杆一端和六面连接块通过螺纹连接 ;手持杆的另一端设置 USB 接口 ;所述手持杆内安装有电池和信息记录仪 ;所述信息记录仪与 USB 接口连接 ;所述附属设备通过螺纹和六面连接块连接,所述附属设备包括录音麦克、施力锤头、点击锤头、连接口堵、固定扳手、螺丝刀和摄像头与照明灯 ;所述摄像头与照明灯和录音麦克分别与信息记录仪连接 ;所述施力锤头、固定扳手、螺丝刀和点击锤头通过螺纹和六面连接块连接 ;所述连接口堵的一端与六面连接块通过螺纹连接,另一端用堵塞封闭,所述附属设备上的螺纹型号相同,各种附属设备能够安装在六面连接块的任一端面上。
