本发明公开了一种具有防霉功能的合成纸的制备方法,包括母粒制备步骤与流延成膜步骤;所述母粒制备步骤包括:第一步、选取捏合后的碳酸钙,第二步、在碳酸钙中添加偶联剂进行预混,使偶联剂充分包覆碳酸钙微粒表面,第三步、偶联处理后再加入分散剂进行分散处理,第四步、分散处理后再加入高密度聚乙烯或中密度聚乙烯、抗氧剂1076、硬脂酸、色母料和防霉剂进行再一次的预混,第五步、挤出造粒即获得塑料母粒,所述流延成膜步骤包括:将上述取出的具有防霉功能的塑料母粒经压延、流延、吹膜和双向拉伸形成纸膜。本发明的优点是:原料无污染性,在生产过程中得废料可回收使用,并且成本低,强度佳,无刺鼻气味,耐水、耐油、应用广等优点。

一种具有防霉功能合成纸的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸技术,具体涉及一种具有防霉功能的合成纸的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,市场上的各种防霉纸,其主要制造方法是将具有防霉功能的药剂,以喷洒、涂布或淋摸的方式附着在各种基纸的表面而成,因此,虽然可以达到某种防霉功能,但存在着诸多缺点,一、将防霉剂以后制得处理方式,附着在各种基纸的表面,其生产工序的繁琐直接导致成本的增加。二、由于防霉剂具有高挥发性,如应用在有空气流通的包装纸上,防霉的有效期短,无法长期防护。三、会散发各种刺鼻气味,影响被包装产品的质量,有碍应用产品的层面。四、当今世界森林资源逐渐减少,如大量采用天然纸的基材,会造成水资源的流失和环境的污染。因此,有必要研发一种具有防霉功能的合成纸。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有技术的不足和缺点,提供一种具有防霉功能合成纸的制备方法。
其技术解决方案是:
提供一种具有防霉功能的合成纸的制备方法及应用,包括母粒制备步骤与流延成膜步骤,所述母粒制备步骤包括:第一步、选取碳酸钙,将碳酸钙置于捏合机中进行捏合,第二步、在捏合后的碳酸钙中添加偶联剂进行预混,使偶联剂充分包覆碳酸钙微粒表面,碳酸钙与偶联剂的重量比为:49∶1.2,第三步、经过偶联处理后再加入分散剂进行分散处理,碳酸钙、偶联剂和分散剂的重量比是:49∶1.2∶4.5,第四步、分散处理后再加入高密度聚乙烯或中密度聚乙烯、抗氧剂1076、硬脂酸、色母料和防霉剂进行再一次的预混,所述碳酸钙、偶联剂、分散剂、高密度聚乙烯、抗氧剂1076、硬脂酸、色母料和防霉剂的重量比为:49∶1.2∶4.5∶39∶1.6∶0.5∶3.5,第五步、挤出造粒即获得塑料母粒,所述流延成膜步骤包括:将上述取出的具有防霉功能的塑料母粒经过压延、流延、吹膜和双向拉伸形成纸膜。
在所述碳酸钙的微粒度为800-1200目,所述偶联剂为铝酸酯,所述的分散剂为PE蜡。
在所述碳酸钙的捏合温度范围为105-110摄氏度,捏合转速为750rpm,捏合时间为25min。
在所述偶联处理时间为12min,所述分散时间为8min,分散转速为500rpm。
在所述高密度聚乙烯热熔融流动指数MFI为0.25-0.35。
在分散处理后再加入高密度聚乙烯或中密度聚乙烯、抗氧剂1076、硬脂酸、色母料和防霉剂进行再一次的预混的温度为140-145摄氏度,预混时间为20min。
所述挤出机料筒分为六个区,各区的控制温度为:一区160摄氏度、二区173摄氏度、三区177摄氏度、四区173摄氏度、五区170摄氏度,模头为160摄氏度。
所述纸膜厚度为0.001-1mm。
本发明的有益效果是:所用原料无污染性,在生产过程中得废料可回收使用,并且成本低,强度佳,无刺鼻气味,耐水、耐油、应用广等优点。
具体实施方式
提供一种具有防霉功能的合成纸的制备方法,包括母粒制备步骤与流延成膜步骤。
所述母粒制备步骤:
第一步、选取碳酸钙,该碳酸钙的颗粒度为800-1200目,将该碳酸钙经过105-110摄氏度转速为750rpm的捏合机中捏合25min,第二步、在捏合后的碳酸钙中添加偶联剂进行预混,预混时间为12min,偶联剂选用铝酸脂,使偶联剂充分包覆碳酸钙微粒表面,碳酸钙与偶联剂的重量比为:49∶1.2,第三步、偶联处理后再加入98-100摄氏度的分散剂进行分散处理8min,分散处理过程中,转速控制在500rpm,分散剂选用PE蜡,碳酸钙、偶联剂和分散剂的重量比是:49∶1.2∶4.5,第四步、分散处理后再加入热熔融流动指数MFI为0.25-0.35的高密度聚乙烯或中密度聚乙烯、抗氧剂1076、硬脂酸、色母料和防霉剂投入到温度为140-145摄氏度高速预混机中进行再一次的预混,预混时间为20min,将预混好的原料送入双螺杆挤出机料筒,第五步、挤出造粒即获得具有防霉功能的塑料母粒,为更好的保证均匀塑化,挤出机分别设有六个区,每个区控制温度为:一区160摄氏度、二区173摄氏度、三区177摄氏度、四区173摄氏度、五区170摄氏度、模头为160摄氏度。
所述流延成膜步骤:将上述具有防霉功能的塑料母粒经压延、流延、吹膜和双向拉伸形成0.001-1mm厚度的纸膜,该纸膜可制成各种包装袋或直接裁切成各种尺寸作为包装纸,该片材可切成各种形式尺寸的包装盒,如此,不仅可解决原料来源问题,更主要的是原料无污染性,在生产过程中得废料可回收使用,并且成本低,强度佳,无刺鼻气味,耐水、耐油、应用广等优点。

1.一种具有防霉功能合成纸的制备方法,包括母粒制备步骤与流延成膜步骤;其特征在于:所述母粒制备步骤包括:第一步、选取碳酸钙,将碳酸钙置于捏合机中进行捏合,第二步、在捏合好的碳酸钙中添加偶联剂进行预混,使偶联剂充分包覆碳酸钙微粒表面,碳酸钙与偶联剂的重量比为:49:1.2,第三步、偶联处理后再加入分散剂进行分散处理,碳酸钙、偶联剂和分散剂的重量比是:49:1.2:4.5,第四步、分散处理后再加入高密度聚乙烯或中密度聚乙烯、抗氧剂1076、硬脂酸、色母料和防霉剂进行再一次的预混,所述碳酸钙、偶联剂、分散剂、高密度聚乙烯或中密度聚乙烯、抗氧剂1076、硬脂酸、色母料和防霉剂的重量比为:49:1.2:4.5:39:1.6:0.5:3.5,第五步、挤出造粒即获得具有防霉功能的塑料母粒,所述流延成膜步骤包括:将上述取出的塑料母粒经过压延、流延、吹膜和双向拉伸形成纸膜;所述碳酸钙的微粒度为800-1200目,所述偶联剂为铝酸酯,所述的分散剂为PE蜡;所述碳酸钙的捏合温度范围为105-110摄氏度,捏合转速为750rpm,捏合时间为25min;所述偶联处理时间为12min,所述分散时间为8min,分散转速为500rpm;所述高密度聚乙烯热熔融流动指数MFI为0.25-0.35;分散处理后再加入高密度聚乙烯或中密度聚乙烯、抗氧剂1076、硬脂酸、色母料和防霉剂进行再一次预混的温度为140-145摄氏度,预混时间为20min。
