背景技术
腰腿疼痛的病人常常喜欢温暖而讨厌寒冷，温暖可以缓解腰和腿部的疼痛，驱走寒气，促进血液循环和淋巴液循环，加快细胞新陈代谢，使气血运行顺畅，活血化瘀，最终缓解疼痛、酸胀等症状。所以腰腿疼痛的中老年人，常在症状发作或者日常的生活当中，尝试用热敷、针灸和艾灸来治疗腰腿疼痛、腰膝酸软的病症。
艾灸疗法就是借助艾草燃烧时发出的药力和温热刺激，用以熏灼特定的穴位，达到防病治病、养生保健的目的。
中国专利公开号CN 101376031 A，公开日2009年3月4日，名称为“低烟雾艾条”，该发明“首先要选适量艾叶均匀平铺在一张长28cm、宽15cm的白棉纸上，在艾叶中按比例加入燃烧性能好，易点火的干馏无烟煤粉，并按比例加入木炭粉、膨润土、高岭土、香料，充分混合后将棉纸两端折叠约6cm，卷紧成条，粘合封闭，低温干燥，即得低烟雾艾条。组份重量百分比如下：干馏后无烟煤粉：15-35％；木炭粉：15-35％；膨润土：5-8％；高岭土：3-5％；香料：微量”。
上述专利的不足之处是：在配料中添加了大量的、干馏无烟煤粉、木炭粉、膨润土、高岭土和香料，虽然能减少、艾条的烟雾，但是大大降低了艾条的质量，影响到艾条的使用效果，普通的膨润土和高岭土的粘合能力较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中不足之处，提供一种凹凸棒无烟艾灸条的生产方法。
凹凸棒无烟艾灸条的生产方法：将艾叶混合物的配料粉碎为艾叶粉状混合物，加入搅拌机内搅拌，喷入雾状去离子水后输入对辊机中挤压为艾叶片状混合物，输入挤条机中挤压为凹凸棒无烟艾灸条半成品，进行缓慢的烘干后输入炭化炉内进行炭化处理，冷却后包装为凹凸棒无烟艾灸条成品。
凹凸棒无烟艾灸条的配料由高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉、艾叶、鼠尾草、茴香、花椒、陈皮、木香、桂枝、丹参、藿香、干姜和去离子水组成。
凹凸棒石粘土是一种层链状结构的含水富镁铝硅酸盐粘土矿物，具有特殊的纤维状晶体结构，比表面积较大，吸附效果显著，高粘凹凸棒石粘土土质细腻，吸水性强，湿时具有较高的粘性、附着力和可塑性。
高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉是指取28.0g凹凸棒石粘土粉试样，加入高速搅拌机的悬浮液杯中，再加入372g水，将悬浮液杯置于高速搅拌机上，在11000转/分钟的转速下搅拌20分钟，再将经过高速搅拌试样悬浮液倒入250ml的烧杯中，使用NDJ-1型旋转粘度计进行测试其悬浮液的粘度，测试粘度值≥2200 mPa·s的凹凸棒石粘土粉为高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉，本发明选用的高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉颗粒细度≤0.074毫米。
艾叶是菊科植物艾的干燥叶，夏季花未开时采摘，除去杂质，晒干；艾叶是一种广谱抗菌抗病毒的药物，它对多种病毒和细菌都有抑制和杀伤作用，艾叶有理气血、散寒止痛、温经止血、安眠和祛湿止痒的功效，对毛囊炎、湿疮疥癣有一定的疗效，本发明选用3～5年的陈艾。
鼠尾草，多年生草本，植株呈丛生状，叶对生长椭圆形，色灰绿，叶表有凹凸状织纹，香味刺鼻浓郁，夏季开淡紫色小花，生长强健，耐病虫害；干燥后的气味浓厚，花可拿来泡茶，散发清香味道，可消除体内油脂，帮助循环，具防腐、抗菌、止泻的效果。
茴香为多年生草本，全株有特殊香辛味，用于寒疝腹痛，睾丸偏坠，妇女痛经，少腹冷痛，脘腹胀痛，食少吐泻等症。
花椒为芸香科植物花椒的一种干燥成熟果皮，用于脘腹冷痛，呕吐泄泻，虫积腹痛，蛔虫症，湿疹瘙痒。
陈皮为芸香科植物橘及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮，用于肺气拥滞、胸膈痞满及脾胃气滞、脘腹胀满等症。
木香为菊科植物木香的根，用于脾胃气滞所致的脘腹胀痛、食少呕吐。

1、凹凸棒无烟艾灸条的生产方法：①将艾叶混合物的配料加入已经运转的粉碎机中粉碎为艾叶粉状混合物，粉状混合物颗粒细度≤0.105毫米；②将艾叶粉状混合物加入已经运转的双卧轴强制式搅拌机内搅拌，搅拌过程中喷入雾状去离子水后为湿润状态的艾叶混合物；③将湿润状态的艾叶混合物输入对辊机中挤压为艾叶片状混合物，片状混合物的厚度控制在1～3毫米；④将艾叶片状混合物输入挤条机中挤压为长圆柱形的凹凸棒无烟艾灸条半成品，半成品直径控制在10～22毫米，长度控制在50～200毫米；⑤将凹凸棒无烟艾灸条半成品输入烘干炉中进行缓慢的烘干，烘干温度控制在80～105℃，烘干时间控制在4～8小时；⑥当凹凸棒无烟艾灸条半成品经过烘干后的含水率≤12％时，输入炭化炉内进行炭化处理，炭化温度控制在300～650℃，时间控制在2～12小时，炭化处理冷却后用纯棉纸包装为凹凸棒无烟艾灸条成品。

1.一种凹凸棒无烟艾灸条的生产方法，其特征在于，①将艾叶混合物的配料加入已经运转的粉碎机中粉碎为艾叶粉状混合物，粉状混合物颗粒细度≤0.105毫米；②将艾叶粉状混合物加入已经运转的双卧轴强制式搅拌机内搅拌，搅拌过程中喷入雾状去离子水后为湿润状态的艾叶混合物；③将湿润状态的艾叶混合物输入对辊机中挤压为艾叶片状混合物，片状混合物的厚度控制在1～3毫米；④将艾叶片状混合物输入挤条机中挤压为长圆柱形的凹凸棒无烟艾灸条半成品，半成品直径控制在10～22毫米，长度控制在50～200毫米；⑤将凹凸棒无烟艾灸条半成品输入烘干炉中进行缓慢的烘干，烘干温度控制在80～105℃，烘干时间控制在4～8小时；⑥当凹凸棒无烟艾灸条半成品经过烘干后的含水率≤12％时，输入炭化炉内进行炭化处理，炭化温度控制在300～650℃，时间控制在2～12小时，炭化处理冷却后用纯棉纸包装为凹凸棒无烟艾灸条成品；
所述湿润状态的艾叶混合物的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成：艾叶混合物65～95％和去离子水5～35％；
所述步骤①中的艾叶混合物的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成：艾叶35～65％、高粘凹凸棒石粘土粉5～20％、鼠尾草1～10％、茴香1～10％、花椒1～10％、陈皮1～10％、木香1～8％、桂枝1～8％、丹参1～6％、藿香1～6％和干姜1～6％。
