Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1前序部分所述特征的车辆座椅。
背景技术
DE 10306626A1中披露了具有用于调节座椅高度和座垫(seatcushion)倾斜度的调节装置的车辆座椅。所述车辆座椅可纵向调节。在这种情况下,设置多个臂和一个滑动导向装置,上述允许对座椅高度和座垫倾斜度联合地进行调节,其中,所述多个臂可相对于彼此枢转。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要对上述类型的车辆座椅进行改进。根据本发明,该目的通过一种具有权利要求1的特征的车辆座椅来实现。有利的实施例形成从属权利要求的主题。
根据本发明,通过布置多个耦联元件,可以将倾斜度的可调节性整合到该结构中。对于可调节性而言,仅需要在多铰链的机构中设置两个配件,其中优选地,所述两个配件之一释放用于高度调节,而另一个配件释放用于倾斜度调节,而在每一种情况下,另一个配件是固定的。所述多铰链机构优选经由所述两个配件专门锁定,即所有其它铰链优选配置成不具有锁定机构。但是当然,为了增加安全性,可设置用于锁定单个铰链的附加手段,但是所述手段对于调整车辆座椅高度/倾斜度的实际功能而言不是必须的。
具体地,所述两个配件优选具有布置于其相对端部上的一个共用耦联元件。所述耦联元件尤其优选是连接到座椅结构,进而连接到座椅表面的多铰链机构的耦联元件。
优选地,两个相对的耦联元件具有三角形结构,其中在每一拐角区域内设置铰链。所述三角形结构优选配置成单件,但是多个部分的实施例也是可能的,例如所述多个部分通过将联杆而一起牢固连接到铰链上。
优选地,至少一个配件配置成闩锁配件,更优选地,两个配件均配置成闩锁配件。此外,它们也可配置成旋转配件或以简单的锁定机构的形式来配置,其中,所述简单的锁定机构利用为此设置的螺栓等而锁定于离散位置。

具体实施方式
适于多用途车辆或不同机动车的车辆座椅1经由基座2可移位地连接到导轨(未示出),基座2具有在座椅的纵向方向上进行调节的纵向调节装置3。车辆座椅1包括可在高度和倾斜度方面进行调节的座椅表面5,所述座椅表面包括支承坐垫和靠背7的座椅结构6,靠背7基本上可独立于座椅的倾斜度来进行调节,所述靠背包括支承座垫的靠背结构8。
在当前情况下,车辆座椅相对于中央纵向平面基本成镜像对称配置,因此下面仅对一侧进行详细描述。运动(尤其是调节运动)的传递经由垂直于中心纵向平面布置的耦联元件(诸如像模压的横向筒管)来进行。
整个基座2包括由七个构件构成的八向联动装置,其具有七根摆杆a,b,c,d,e,f,g和八个铰链ab,bc,cd,de,ef,bg,fg,fa,其中,所述铰链的其中两个铰链de,ef能够通过配件10、11来固定。如果两个配件10、11被锁定,则该系统没有自由度,即座椅被固定在位。
下面参照附图1至3对高度调节进行更详细的描述。所述高度调节通过由六个构件构成的七向联动装置来进行,所述联动装置具有由耦联元件a,b,c,d-e,f,g形成的六根摆杆,其中,所述耦联元件经由七个铰链连接到一起。对于高度调节而言,铰链de被锁定,因此耦联元件d和e用作单根摆杆,这样由七个构件的八向联动装置形成所述六个构件的七向联动装置。
在这种情况下,包括铰链ab和fa的耦联元件a直接或经由中间元件可位移地布置在设置于车辆地板上的导轨中,其中,铰链ab和fa布置成向上偏移,并且由于它们的升高的布置与座椅结构6相结合来限定最低座椅高度。
第二耦联元件b以铰链方式在铰链bc上的另一端处连接到第三耦联元件c,其中所述第二耦联元件b以铰链方式在前部铰链ab处连接到第一耦联元件a,所述第二耦联元件起到摆杆的作用且可绕铰链ab枢转。耦联元件c在铰链cd处连接到第四耦联元件d,第四耦联元件d又在铰链de处连接到第五耦联元件e。但是,对于高度调节而言,所述铰链de在当前情况下被固定。第五耦联元件e经由铰链ef连接到第六耦联元件f,其中,所述铰链ef(相应于铰链de)可被固定。此外,第七耦联元件g设置于耦联元件b和f之间,所述第七耦联元件经由铰链bg和fg以铰链方式附接。
如从附图可看出的那样,第二耦联元件b配置成三角形,且具有另一铰链bg,通过该另一铰链bg,第二耦联元件b以铰链方式连接到较低的耦联元件g,其功能在下面进行更详细的描述。设置于耦联元件a的另一端处的耦联元件f也具有相应的形状,所述耦联元件f经由另一铰链fg连接到耦联元件g的相对端。所述耦联元件g确保耦联元件b和f以相同的方式移动。当配件10打开时,由于弹簧向上推座椅框架,因此座椅表面5并不降低。
对于固定而言,第一配件10设置于铰链ef中,并且第二配件11设置于铰链de中。在当前情况下,两个配件均配置成闩锁配件,如在DE 102006015560 B3中披露的那样,即相邻耦联元件之间的角度可被设定且被固定,由此来确定所有的其它角度。
下面参照图4和图5来对倾斜度调节进行更详细的描述。如上所述,整个基座2包括由七个构件构成的八向联动装置,其具有七根摆杆a,b,c,d,e,f,g和八个铰链ab,bc,cd,de,ef,bg,fg,fa,其中所述铰链的其中两个铰链de,ef能够通过配件10、11来固定。对于调节倾斜度而言,第一配件10是固定的,即当调节倾斜度以及耦联元件e和f用作单根摆杆时,耦联元件e和f之间的角度是恒定的,这样继而形成六个构件的七向联动装置,但是该联动装置与调节高度的六个构件的七向联动装置不同。
通过致动配件11来调节倾斜度。通过耦联元件d和e之间的夹角减小,从图4(多铰链机构)的延伸角度开始,铰链de升高,由此耦联元件e(其上布置有座椅表面5)的倾斜度相对于在当前情况下平行于水平方向布置的耦联元件a来进行改变,这样在当前情况下,前座椅边缘升高。由于固定配件10,耦联元件e和f之间的角度保持不变。配置成三角形的耦联元件f也因此而改变其倾斜度。铰链fg中的运动传递到另外的耦联元件g,进而传递到相对的三角形耦联元件b(铰链bg),即两个三角形耦联元件b和f相应于彼此的各自枢转运动。铰链bc依靠铰链ef升高,以及短的耦联元件c枢转,以便适应固定到配件的耦联元件d的运动,耦联元件d经由铰链cd连接到藕联元件c。
示意图示出耦联元件a和g具有相同的长度,以及两个耦联元件b和f在其铰链布置方面彼此相同,上述允许高度和倾斜度调节的解耦。
但是,如果耦联元件a和g具有不同的长度,和/或耦联元件b和f在其铰链布置方面不同,这将导致高度和倾斜度调节的叠加效果。
作为上面描述的替代,配件10也可设置于下述铰链之一中:ab,fa,fg,bg,bc。然而在铰链ef中的布置是有利的,因为在这种情况下,配件10可紧固到座椅框架。
作为上面描述的替代,配件11也可布置于铰链cd中,但是布置于铰链de中是有利的,因为在这种情况下,配件11可紧固到座椅框架。
如上所述,配件10为闩锁配件,但备选地,旋转配件或任何其它锁定机构也是可能的。在配件11的情况下,如上所述,优选设置成闩锁配件,但作为选择,也可设置成旋转配件。

Claims (9)

1.一种车辆座椅,尤其是多用途车辆的座椅,包括基座(2),支承座椅表面(5)或形成所述座椅表面的座椅结构(6),以及多个耦联元件(a,b,c,d,e,f,g),所述耦联元件(a,b,c,d,e,f,g)允许相对于所述基座(2)调节所述座椅表面(5)的高度和倾斜度,其中:
