Abstract

一种线缆连接器组件,可与一对接连接器配合,其包括导电线缆、连接于导电线缆一端的水平电路板、及设置于电路板上侧面与下侧面并可与对接连接器导电配合的若干导电端子。所述对接连接器通过导电端子及电路板电性连接至导电线缆。设置于电路板上侧面的导电端子包括处于离所述电路板不同高度的第一导电端子与第二导电端子。所述线缆连接器组件还包括第一绝缘本体,所述第一导电端子与第二导电端子固持于第一绝缘本体。本发明线缆连接器组件通过端子模组化设置于电路板的相对两侧,增加端子排布密度,且组装方便。

线缆连接器组件
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种线缆连接器组件,尤其涉及连接背板的高密度线缆连接器组件。
【背景技术】
公开于1986年11月6日的PCT专利申请公开号WO86/06556揭示一种模组线缆连接器。公告于2003年12月31日的中国实用新型专利ZL02290238.4揭示一种具有转接电路板的线缆连接器,且其仅具有两排导电端子,不满足更高密度连接的需求。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高密度低外形的线缆连接器组件。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现:一种线缆连接器组件,可与一对接连接器配合,其包括导电线缆、连接于导电线缆一端的水平电路板、及设置于电路板上侧面与下侧面并可与对接连接器导电配合的多个导电端子,所述对接连接器通过导电端子及电路板电性连接至导电线缆,其中设置于电路板上侧面的导电端子包括处于离所述电路板不同高度的第一导电端子与第二导电端子,所述线缆连接器组件还包括第一绝缘本体,所述第一导电端子与第二导电端子固持于第一绝缘本体。
相较于现有技术,本发明线缆连接器组件通过端子模组化设置于电路板的相对两侧,可以降低连接器组件的高度,增加端子排布空间,便于端子阻抗匹配设计,且组装方便。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图8,一种线缆连接器组件100,可与一对接连接器(未图示)配合。所述线缆连接器组件100包括导电线缆10、连接于导电线缆10一端的水平电路板12、及设置于电路板12上侧面122与下侧面124并可与对接连接器400导电配合的导电端子14,所述对接连接器400通过导电端子14及电路板12电性连接至导电线缆10。所述导电端子14包括设置于电路板12上侧面122不同高度的第一导电端子141与第二导电端子142、设置于电路板12下侧面124不同高度的第三导电端子143与第四导电端子144。所述线缆连接器组件100还包括第一绝缘本体152与第二绝缘本体156,所述第一导电端子141与第二导电端子142固持于第一绝缘本体152,所述第三导电端子143与第四导电端子144固持于第一绝缘本体156。
所述电路板12设有若干导电通孔123,所述导电端子14均设有垂直电路板12方向延伸的接脚146,所述接脚146插入前述导电通孔123中。所述第一绝缘本体152与第一导电端子141、第二导电端子142一体注塑成型,形成第一端子模组21。第二绝缘本体156与第三导电端子143、第四导电端子144一体注塑成型,形成第二端子模组22,且所述第一至第四导电端子141-143设置于垂直于电路板12的竖直平面。所述线缆连接器组件100包括多个堆叠设置于电路板12上侧面122的前述第一端子模组21与多个堆叠设置于电路板12下侧面124的前述第二端子模组22。所述线缆连接器组件100还包括设置于相邻两第一端子模组21之间的第一屏蔽片25、组设于第一端子模组21与第一屏蔽片25前端的第一组接件31、设置于相邻两第二端子模组22之间的第二屏蔽片26、组设于第二端子模组22与第二屏蔽片26前端的第二组接件32。
所述导电线缆10与电路板12连接处一体成型有绝缘保护件102,所述绝缘保护件102完全包覆导电线缆10与电路板12的连接处。所述线缆连接器组件100还包括盖设于电路板12相反两侧的第一金属盖104与第二金属盖106,第一金属盖104与第二金属盖106夹持于绝缘保护件102的相反两侧,且第一金属盖104内侧设有抵压于绝缘保护件102的凸点108。另外,第一金属盖104设有框形凸肋105,所述框形凸肋105包括抵接于堆叠之第一端子模组21后侧(也即第一绝缘本体152后侧)的水平定位凸条109及连接凸条109两端的卡持部107,所述卡持部107从相反两侧卡持于堆叠之第一端子模组21(也即第一绝缘本体152)。第二金属盖106亦设有类似定位第一端子模组22之凸肋结构,在此不作赘述。

Claims (10)

1.一种线缆连接器组件,可与一对接连接器配合,其包括导电线缆、连接于导电线缆一端的水平电路板、及设置于电路板上侧面与下侧面并可与对接连接器导电配合的多个导电端子,所述对接连接器通过导电端子及电路板电性连接至导电线缆,其特征在于:设置于电路板上侧面的导电端子包括处于离所述电路板不同高度的第一导电端子与第二导电端子,所述线缆连接器组件还包括若干堆叠设置的第一绝缘本体以及盖设于电路板相反两侧的第一金属盖与第二金属盖,所述第一导电端子与第二导电端子固持于各第一绝缘本体,所述第一金属盖设有框形凸肋,凸肋包括抵接于多个第一绝缘本体后侧的水平定位凸条及连接凸条两端的卡持部,所述卡持部从两侧卡持堆叠后的多个第一绝缘本体。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:设置于电路板下侧面的导电端子包括处于离所述电路板不同高度的第三导电端子与第四导电端子,所述线缆连接器组件还包括第二绝缘本体,所述第三导电端子与第四导电端子固持于第二绝缘本体。
3.如权利要求2所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电路板设有若干导电通孔,所述导电端子均设有垂直电路板方向延伸的接脚,所述接脚插入前述导电通孔中。
4.如权利要求3所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一绝缘本体与第一导电端子、第二导电端子形成第一端子模组,第二绝缘本体与第三导电端子、第四导电端子形成第二端子模组,且所述第一至第四导电端子设置于垂直于电路板的竖直平面。
5.如权利要求4所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆连接器组件包括多个堆叠设置于电路板上侧面的前述第一端子模组与多个堆叠设置于电路板下侧面的前述第二端子模组。
6.如权利要求5所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆连接器组件还包括设置于相邻两第一端子模组之间的第一屏蔽片、组设于第一端子模组与第一屏蔽片前端的第一组接件、设置于相邻两第二端子模组之间的第二屏蔽片、组设于第二端子模组与第二屏蔽片前端的第二组接件,所述第一组接件与第二组接件的两侧分别设有凸起和凹槽,第一组接件与第二组接件通过将第二组接件的凸起收容于第一组接件的凹槽中的方式堆叠在一起。
7.如权利要求6所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一金属盖上设有收容第一组接件凸起的收容孔。
8.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述导电线缆与电路板连接处一体成型有绝缘保护件,所述绝缘保护件完全包覆导电线缆与电路板的连接处。
9.如权利要求8所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一金属盖与第二金属盖夹持于绝缘保护件的相反两侧,且第一金属盖内侧设有抵压于绝缘保护件的凸点。
10.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一金属盖与第二金属盖通过贯通电路板的固定件固持为一体。
