Abstract

一种显示装置,包括:前盖、后盖、驱动电路、夹设于前盖与后盖之间的显示屏及用以固定显示屏的金属架。该金属架通过导线接地,该金属架还具有与显示屏接触的折边而使显示屏接地。该显示装置可以及时地释放静电,对显示屏起到更好的防电磁干扰保护。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示装置,特别是一种液晶显示装置。
背景技术
由于具有体积小、重量轻、功耗低、寿命长等系列优点,液晶显示器件被广泛应用于生活中的各个领域。随着人们需求的增加,液晶显示器也越做越大,同时也要求驱动电路的频率也越来越快。由于信号传送的频率变快,使得电路板与液晶显示器中的其他电子元件产生电磁干扰(Electro MagneticInterference),从而对显示的稳定性造成影响,甚至损害组件。目前液晶显示器的防电磁干扰措施主要是针对驱动电路采用引导线接地的方式使显示器内部所产生的静电能释放到外界以保护驱动。但是,由于驱动频率的加快,静电电压随之升高,这时,单靠液晶屏与电路板的连接导线来接地就不能满足及时释放静电的需求。
发明内容
因此,有必要提供一种能更好地防止液晶屏受电磁干扰的显示装置。
一种显示装置,包括:前盖、后盖、驱动电路、夹设于前盖与后盖之间的显示屏及用以固定显示屏的金属架。该金属架通过导线接地,该金属架还具有与显示屏接触的折边而使显示屏接地。
该显示装置由于采用接地的金属架与显示屏接触,因此可以及时地释放静电,对显示屏起到更好的防电磁干扰保护。
下面参照附图,结合具体较佳实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,示出了本发明的显示装置10的分解图。其包括一前盖30、一液晶板40、一金属架50、一后盖20及一驱动电路(图中未示出)。前盖30与后盖20大致呈矩形,二者采用扣合的方式组合。前盖30为一中空结构,中部有一开口(图中未示出)用以暴露出液晶板40。液晶板40通过前盖30中的开口向外显示图像信息。前盖30四边向后盖20方向垂直向上翻折而与后盖20相抵接组合,以在二者之间形成容纳液晶板40及金属架50等部件的空腔。前盖30内设有多个卡扣31(图中仅示出一个),用以固定金属架50。该卡扣31为一呈倒L形的弹片,其靠近前盖30的边缘。前盖30在靠近卡扣31的位置处向上凸伸出一凸柱32,并在凸柱32的外周面形成一连接前盖30的加强筋(图未标)。前盖30与后盖20的外型按设计者要求设计成流线型。
请再参阅图2-3,金属架50由一金属板一体冲裁而成。金属架50置于液晶板40上而与前盖30共同夹置液晶板40。金属架50左右两侧朝向前盖30向下形成阶梯状翻折51。翻折51的最后端形成有一与卡扣31对应的卡边510。该卡边510相比翻折51向下凹陷。卡扣31与卡边510扣合从而固定金属板50及前盖30。由此,夹置在金属架50与前盖30之间的液晶板40被牢固地固定起来。
金属架50与一接地导线(图未示)连接。金属架50上形成有多个阶梯状凹孔512和阶梯状凸部511,用以走线及固定驱动电路或后盖20。阶梯状翻折51在对应凸柱32的位置处形成一镂空52,并在镂空52中延伸出一折边53。折边53的上部自镂空52的内边缘朝向前盖30向下翻折,其下部沿水平方向弯折而形成一可形变弹片531。该弹片531垂直于翻折51,其包括二触点532、533,其中触点533相比触点532更靠近金属架50的内侧。弹片531的自由末端从触点533朝向外侧翘起。当金属架50把液晶板40扣合在前盖30上时,凸柱32的外周面抵靠弹片531使其发生形变。凸柱32与弹片531接触于接触点532上,使弹片531向液晶板40方向变形,从而与液晶板40接触于接触点533上。这样,弹片531通过凸柱32的支撑就能更好地与液晶板40接触,从而将液晶板40上带有的静电迅速释放到与金属架50接触的接地导线,能使得显示装置10得到更好的防电磁干扰效果。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示装置,包括:前盖、后盖、驱动电路、夹设于前盖与后盖之间的显示屏及用以固定显示屏的金属架,其特征在于:该金属架接地,金属架具有与显示屏接触的折边而使显示屏接地。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于:金属架折边下部弯折形成可形变的金属弹片。
3.如权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于:前盖包括朝向后盖凸起的凸柱。
4.如权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于:前盖的凸柱的外周面抵靠折边下部的金属弹片而使弹片形变接触显示屏。
5.如权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于:金属架的边缘朝向前盖形成翻折,弹片垂直于金属架的翻折。
6.如权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于:弹片与显示屏接触的接触点与凸柱的接触点比较,要更贴近金属架内侧。
7.如权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于:弹片末端从弹片与显示屏的接触点朝向外翘起。
8.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于:金属架采用卡扣固定在前盖及后盖中。
9.如权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于:凸柱外周面有加强筋。
10.如权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于:显示屏被金属架与前盖夹置于两者中间。
