一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种成槽机，特别是一种建造混凝土连续墙用的双动力成槽机。

目前，现有的成槽设备一般都很难克服坚硬的岩石。
三、发明内容：
本发明弥补了以上空白，提供了一种能入岩的双动力成槽机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种双动力成槽机，钻杆设于成槽机上部位置，钻杆下端连于框架上端，框架下端固定于立杆上端，液压油缸设于框架内，液压油缸上端铰接于框架上端，液压油缸下端铰接于连杆A和连杆B的上端，连杆A的下端通过铰轴A铰接于臂杆A上端，连杆B的下端通过铰轴B铰接于臂杆B上端；臂杆A为两个，上端通过连接杆A相连，每个臂杆A下端连有电机A，电机A下端通过短钻杆A连于钻头A，两个电机A通过铰轴C铰接于立杆，臂杆B亦为两个，上端通过连接杆B相连，每个臂杆B下端连有电机B，电机B下端通过短钻杆B连于钻头B，两个电机B通过铰轴D铰接于立杆。
本发明具有以下的特点：
本发明设有的合金切刀在旋转与往复运动的同时，切削坚硬岩石。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例，该实施例钻杆1设于成槽机上部位置，钻杆下端连于框架2上端，框架下端固定于立杆18上端，液压油缸3设于框架内，液压油缸上端铰接于框架上端，液压油缸下端铰接于连杆A4和连杆B5的上端，连杆A4的下端通过铰轴A6铰接于臂杆A8上端，连杆B5的下端通过铰轴B7铰接于臂杆B9上端；臂杆A8为两个，上端通过连接杆A19相连，每个臂杆A下端连有电机A10，电机A下端通过短钻杆A12连于钻头A14，两个电机A通过铰轴C16铰接于立杆18，臂杆B9亦为两个，上端通过连接杆B20相连，每个臂杆B下端连有电机B11，电机B下端通过短钻杆B13连于钻头B15，两个电机B通过铰轴D17铰接于立杆18。
本发明工作时，液压油缸总是一伸一缩运动，液压油缸在伸缩运动过程中驱动两个钻头A和两个钻头B 相向往复运动，同时，两个电机A分别驱动两个钻头A互为反向转动，两个电机B亦分别驱动两个钻头B互为反向转动，两个钻头A和两个钻头B在互为反向转动的同时亦互为反向运动，四钻头在运动中切割土层成槽，成槽泥渣由反循环系统置换（反循环系统在图中未标出）。

1.一种双动力成槽机，钻杆（1）设于成槽机上部位置，钻杆下端连于框架（2）上端，框架下端固定于立杆（18）上端，液压油缸（3）设于框架内，液压油缸上端铰接于框架上端，液压油缸下端铰接于连杆A（4）和连杆B（5）的上端，连杆A（4）的下端通过铰轴A（6）铰接于臂杆A（8）上端，连杆B（5）的下端通过铰轴B（7）铰接于臂杆B（9）上端，其特征在于：臂杆A（8）为两个，上端通过连接杆A（19）相连，每个臂杆A下端连有电机A（10），电机A下端通过短钻杆A（12）连于钻头A（14），两个电机A通过铰轴C（16）铰接于立杆（18），臂杆B（9）亦为两个，上端通过连接杆B（20）相连，每个臂杆B下端连有电机B（11），电机B下端通过短钻杆B（13）连于钻头B（15），两个电机B通过铰轴D（17）铰接于立杆（18）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双动力成槽机，其特征在于：液压油缸在伸缩运动过程中驱动两个钻头A和两个钻头B 相向往复运动，同时，两个电机A分别驱动两个钻头A互为反向转动，两个电机B亦分别驱动两个钻头B互为反向转动。
