一种袖珍式潜水器,由液氧瓶、液氧汽化器、液氮瓶、液氮汽化器、缓冲瓶,呼吸面罩等组成,使用所有材料都是防水渗漏材料,液氧瓶液氧输出管与液氧汽化器液氧输入管连接,液氧汽化器氧气输出管与缓冲瓶氧气输入管连接,液氮瓶液氮输出管与液氮汽化器液氮输入管连接,液氮汽化器氮气输出管与缓冲瓶氮气输入管连接,缓冲瓶气体输出管与呼吸面罩的气体输入管连接,适用于水下探险,考古,捕捞,救灾等活动,由于液化空气与空气的膨胀比是1∶800左右;所以本发明的优点是:体积小、质轻、移动方便、高效、使用快捷。

技术领域:本发明属于水下探险,考古,捕捞,抢救等活动使用的潜水器领域。
背景技术:现在潜水器使用的是压缩空气,由于潜水员负载能力有限,气瓶的承压和容积有限,缺点是:压缩气体钢瓶沉重,充装压缩空气少,在深水工作,时间大量用于升降中,有效的工作时间非常少。
发明内容:用于液化空气与空气的膨胀比是1∶800左右,用体积小、质轻、移动、携带、方便的液氧瓶、液氮瓶、液氧汽化器、液氮汽化器、缓冲瓶、呼吸面罩等组成袖珍式潜水器,依据使用场所不同,选择不同容积的液氧瓶、液氮瓶,按照空气中氧氮组成比汽化液氧和液氮,在缓冲瓶中等压混合均匀,液氧(或液氮)汽化器设计在液氧瓶(或液氮)瓶中,减少袖珍式潜水器的体积,在缓冲瓶中等压混合均匀汽化后的氧气和氮气,经过调整混合气体的温度和湿度后,进入呼吸面罩,在水下实现正常呼吸,满足实际工作需要,由液氧瓶、液氮瓶、液氧汽化器、液氮汽化器、缓冲瓶,吸氧面罩等组成袖珍式潜水器,使用所有材料都是防水渗漏材料,依据实际情况可以随身携带,使用安全、方便、快捷,使用时间可知可控。

1.一种袖珍式潜水器,其特征是:由液氧瓶(1)、液氧汽化器(2)、液氮瓶(8)、液氮汽化器(9)、缓冲瓶(3),呼吸面罩(4)等组成,使用所有材料都是防水渗漏材料,液氧瓶(1)液氧输出管与液氧汽化器(2)液氧输入管连接,液氧汽化器(2)氧气输出管与缓冲瓶(3)氧气输入管连接,液氮瓶(8)液氮输出管与液氮汽化器(9)液氮输入管连接,液氮汽化器(9)氮气输出管与缓冲瓶(3)氮气输入管连接,缓冲瓶(3)气体输出管与呼吸面罩(4)的气体输入管连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的液氧瓶(1),其特征是:液氧瓶(1)为双层容器,内层为压力容器,外层为真空容器,内层容器盛装液氧,液氧汽化器(2)固定在外层容器内壁上,内外两层之间抽真空,用多层绝热材料绕包内层容器外壁(或其他绝热材料填充内层容器和外层容器之间的空间),其下有0---16个支承部支撑液氧瓶,并沿所述的液氧瓶周边均布;所述的液氧瓶(1)上有压力表、液位计、真空表、安全泄压阀、液氧输入控制阀、氧气输出控制阀、减压阀、液氧输入管、氧气输出管。
3.如权利要求1所述的液氮瓶(8),其特征是:液氮瓶(8)为双层容器,内层为压力容器,外层为真空容器,内层容器盛装液氮,液氮汽化器(9)固定在外层容器内壁上,内外两层之间抽真空,用多层绝热材料绕包内层容器外壁(或其他绝热材料填充内层容器和外层容器之间的空间),其下有0---16个支承部支撑液氮瓶,并沿所述的液氮瓶(8)周边均布;所述的液氮瓶(8)上有压力表、液位计、真空表、安全泄压阀、液氮输入控制阀、氮气输出控制阀、减压阀、液氮输入管、氮气输出管。
