本发明涉及机械加工技术领域，具体涉及一种机械加工中对工件进行捡取的夹取装置，该捡取装置包括基座、设置在基座上的左夹紧件、以及与左夹紧件配合的右夹紧件，所述左夹紧件、右夹紧件的中部通过转轴设置在基座上，所述左夹紧件的上端与右夹紧件的上端之间设置有弹簧，所述左夹紧件的下端与右夹紧件的下端对工件进行夹紧。本发明靠压缩弹簧把工件夹紧，不需要外加驱动力，结构简单，便于操作，降低了人工的劳动量，提高了工作效率。

本发明涉及机械加工技术领域，具体涉及一种机械加工中对工件进行捡取的夹取装置。
背景技术
目前的机械加工中，人们对工件或工具的取放均为人工操作，增加了人工的劳动量，同时也降低了工作效率，但是随着社会的发展，以及劳动资源的短缺，机械加工中的机械化发展越来越被需要。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题，本发明提供一种工件夹取装置，其结构简单、便于操作，能够对工件进行夹取，降低了人工的劳动量，提高了工作效率。
实现本发明的技术方案如下：
工件夹取装置，该捡取装置包括基座、设置在基座上的左夹紧件、以及与左夹紧件配合的右夹紧件，所述左夹紧件、右夹紧件的中部通过转轴设置在基座上，所述左夹紧件的上端与右夹紧件的上端之间设置有弹簧，所述左夹紧件的下端与右夹紧件的下端对工件进行夹紧。
所述左夹紧件的上端开设有左限位槽，右夹紧件的上端开设有右限位槽，所述弹簧的左端位于左限位槽内、右端位于右限位槽内。
所述左限位槽内设置有左螺钉，弹簧的左端固定设置在左螺钉上，右限位槽内设置有右螺钉，弹簧的右端固定设置在右螺钉上。
所述左夹紧件下部设置有左限位螺钉，右夹紧件下部设置有右限位螺钉，所述左限位螺钉、右限位螺钉相配合。
所述左限位螺钉、右限位螺钉之间设置有定位销，该定位销下端固定设置在基座上。可以通过调节左限位螺钉或右限位螺钉来调节左夹紧件、右夹紧件的张开或闭合大小。
采用了上述方案，在夹取工件之前，左夹紧件、右夹紧件在弹簧的作用下闭合，并通过左限位螺钉、右限位螺钉靠在定位销上；在对工件或工具进行夹取时，使本发明的位置下降到工件的上方，使左夹紧件、右夹紧件碰到工件，工件对左夹紧件、右夹紧件的下端产生一对反作用力，使左夹紧件、右夹紧件撑开，然后靠弹簧将工件夹紧，根据需要对本发明进行移动，当本发明将工件传送到指定位置后，由于左夹紧件、右夹紧件不会自动松开工件，因而需要外力夹紧工件，使工件脱离左夹紧件、右夹紧件。本发明靠压缩弹簧把工件夹紧，不需要外加驱动力，结构简单，便于操作，降低了人工的劳动量，提高了工作效率。

参见图1，工件夹取装置，该捡取装置包括基座1、设置在基座1上的左夹紧件2、以及与左夹紧件2配合的右夹紧件3，左夹紧件2、右夹紧件3的中部通过转轴4设置在基座1上，左夹紧件的上端与右夹紧件的上端之间设置有弹簧5，左夹紧件的下端与右夹紧件的下端对工件进行夹紧。左夹紧件的上端开设有左限位槽6，右夹紧件的上端开设有右限位槽7，弹簧5的左端位于左限位槽内、右端位于右限位槽内。左限位槽内设置有左螺钉8，弹簧的左端固定设置在左螺钉上，右限位槽内设置有右螺钉9，弹簧的右端固定设置在右螺钉上。左夹紧件下部设置有左限位螺钉10，右夹紧件下部设置有右限位螺钉11，左限位螺钉、右限位螺钉相配合。左限位螺钉、右限位螺钉之间设置有定位销12，该定位销12下端固定设置在基座1上。

1.工件夹取装置，其特征在于：该夹取装置包括基座、设置在基座上的左夹紧件、以及与左夹紧件配合的右夹紧件，所述左夹紧件、右夹紧件的中部通过转轴设置在基座上，所述左夹紧件的上端与右夹紧件的上端之间设置有弹簧，所述左夹紧件的下端与右夹紧件的下端对工件进行夹紧；
所述左夹紧件的上端开设有左限位槽，右夹紧件的上端开设有右限位槽，所述弹簧的左端位于左限位槽内、右端位于右限位槽内；
所述左限位槽内设置有左螺钉，弹簧的左端固定设置在左螺钉上，右限位槽内设置有右螺钉，弹簧的右端固定设置在右螺钉上；所述左夹紧件下部设置有左限位螺钉，右夹紧件下部设置有右限位螺钉，所述左限位螺钉、右限位螺钉相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工件夹取装置，其特征在于：所述左限位螺钉、右限位螺钉之间设置有定位销，该定位销下端固定设置在基座上。
