Abstract
本发明涉及一种沉水植物繁育毯及其应用。本发明的沉水植物繁育毯自下而上分别由载体层、基质层和附着层三层构成,其中载体层由棕榈、竹木植物纤维构成,基质层由适宜沉水植物生长的生长基质构成,附着层由植物纤维网构成。本发明还进一步提供了一种沉水植被移植技术,为将采用繁育毯制备的沉水植物种苗繁育胚体经种苗培育后移植至生态修复区水底,用于生态修复区沉水植被的种植与恢复。本发明相比与传统的沉水植物移栽技术方法,移栽成本低、速度快、成活率高、技术简便、技术可操作性强、移栽后群落形成速度快、繁育速率快、群落稳定性好等优点,可实现沉水植物的快速移栽、群落构建及配置。

背景技术
[0002] 受经济社会高速发展的影响,目前我们江河湖泊水体污染日趋恶化,湖泊富营养化严重,水生生态系统退化严重。随着水体污染与治理研究的进一步深入,目前实验室规模的研究普遍认为,与物化技术相比,通过生态修复与重建的方法恢复水体中的水生植被群落来治理水体污染和湖泊富营养化是一种比较理想的污染治理技术途径。
[0003] 在水生植物的 生态类群中,沉水植物因为其根茎叶完全浸没在水中与水的关系最为密切,并占据着水生生态系统的关键界面,对于维持水生生态系统的平衡、改善水体水质和富营养化状况都具有举足轻重的作用,对水体生产力及生物地球化学循环都具有非常重要的影响。沉水植物的恢复是水生态修复成功的重要标志。在实际工程中,由于光照、水质、底质等的影响,沉水植被着床困难,恢复难度极大,是河湖水生植被恢复的重点和难点。
[0004] 在自然条件下,大多数沉水植物种群的更新与发展大都依赖种子或营养繁殖体进行繁殖,并以营养繁殖较为普遍。但是在污染水体治理中,由于透明度低,繁殖体萌发期间的水底光照严重不足,种苗不能进行必须的光合作用,水生植被的恢复非常困难。因此,在污染严重的水体中依靠植物的自然恢复是不现实的。利用芽苞等异化的营养繁殖体进行繁殖又受到季节和环境因素的严格限制,成活率极低。采用传统的人工移栽方式费时又费力,种植成活率低。为此,在生态修复的过程中,探寻适合沉水植物大面积繁殖与栽培的技术方法是非常必要的。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种适用于水体生态修复领域的沉水植物快速移栽的繁育毯技术。
[0006] 本发明针对目前生态修复领域中面临的沉水植被着床困难、恢复难度大、成本高的难题,采用环保无毒的植物纤维材料,利用其天然多孔隙、断面易于富集根际微生物、能保持原生的小生境特性,结合富含沉水植物物种基因的底泥,制作沉水植物繁育毯作为沉水植物繁育载体,可实现沉水植物快速移栽和群落构建。
[0007] 本发明技术的具体内容包括繁育毯设计、种苗繁育胚体制作、种苗培养和植被快速移栽等四部分内容。
[0008] 本发明首先公开了一种沉水植物繁育毯,自下而上分别由载体层、基质层和附着层三层构成,其中载体层由植物纤维(如棕榈纤维、竹木纤维等)构成,基质层由适宜沉水植物生长的生长基质构成,附着层由植物纤维网构成。

[0018] 对于可以收集种子、孢芽和冬芽等繁殖体的苦草、黑藻、菹草等沉水植物物种,进行繁育时先将种子、孢芽和冬芽等繁殖体在水体中浸泡12小时以上,然后拌合细沙撒播在基质层表面,上面覆盖植物纤维网(约0.5cm厚)作为附着层,此时视为种苗繁育胚体制作完成。
[0019] 对于可以采用的分株或者营养体扦插繁殖的伊乐藻、黑藻等沉水植物物种,可以将植株高度约为15〜30cm时的新鲜植株茎切割成5cm以上的茎段,按照覆盖度80%均匀铺设在基质层上,上面覆盖植物纤维网(约0.5cm厚)作为附着层,此时视为种苗繁育胚体制作完成。

[0034] 如图1所示繁育毯,自下而上分别由载体层、基质层和附着层三层构成,位于最底部的载体层由厚度约2cm的植物纤维构成,位于中间的基质层由腐殖土、淤泥和缓释固化剂混合配置成厚度约3cm的基质构成,基质选自以下配方之任一:腐殖土占40%、游泥占30%、缓释固化剂占30% ;腐殖土占50%、淤泥占25%、释固化剂占25% ;腐殖土占35%、淤泥占40%、缓释固化剂占25% ;腐殖土占50%、淤泥占40%、缓释固化剂占10%。缓释固化剂选用聚乙烯、脲甲醛、脲异丁醛、脲己醛、或草酰胺中的任一种,位于表层的附着层由网目为3*3cm的植物纤维网(棕榈纤维、竹木纤维、藤苇纤维、干草纤维中的一种或多种编制而成)构成。单块繁育毯宽度以不超过IOOcm为宜。载体层与附着层通过机械设备每隔50cm宽度用鱼线缝合起来,将基质层包围在繁育毯中间。

[0036] 将苦草、黑藻及菹草的种子、孢芽或冬芽分别在水体中浸泡12小时以上,然后拌合细沙,分别撒播在不同繁育毯的基质层表面,上面覆盖0.5cm厚的植物纤维网作为附着层,分别制成苦草、黑藻及菹草的种苗繁育胚体。[0037] 将植株高度约为15〜30cm时的新鲜黑藻及伊乐藻植株茎分别切割成5cm以上的茎段,按照盖度80%分别均匀铺设在不同繁育毯的基质层上,上面覆盖0.5cm厚的植物纤维网作为附着层,分别制成黑藻及伊乐藻的种苗繁育胚体。

[0039] 种苗培育前首先应准备好供培养种苗用的育苗池。育苗池蓄满水后透明度应不小于30cm,可蓄水深度80〜IOOcm左右为宜。种苗繁育胚体制作完成后即可放入育苗池中,此时育苗池中的水位以漫过繁育胚体不超过5cm为宜。繁育胚体出苗后,初始时尽量低水位运行以满足植物光合作用的需求,随着沉水植物的生长可逐步提高水位,但整个培育过程中,育苗池中的水位以控制在超过种苗高度5〜20cm的范围内为宜。水位升幅不宜过大,以免引起水草死亡和腐烂。

[0041] 对于可调控水位的修复区域在繁殖胚体出苗后即可进行植被移栽。将繁育毯连同上面生长的水生植物按照条块分割后收获出池、运输至工程区域,采用人工方法将繁育毯整块的平整铺设在规定的生态修复区域水体底部。移栽时先降低生态修复区水位,进行水位调节,初始时通过低水位运行满足植物光合作用的正常进行,后期随着水草的生长逐步提高水位。水位升幅不宜过大,以免引起水草死亡和腐烂。不同种类的沉水植物种植比例按照设计的群落构建方法配置。

[0043] 实施案例一(可调控水位区域):
[0044] 项目实施地点位于浙江省市嘉兴市新塍塘,工程河段长度1.0km,平均宽度10m。由于工程所在河道宽度较小,底泥淤积严重,过水能力较差。在进行河道拓浚后,保留河道两端的施工围堰,开展沉水植物恢复工作。初始时,利用施工围堰控制工程河段内的水深20cm。2010年3月20〜22日,将从种苗基地培育好的平均苗高IOcm左右的繁育毯通过汽车运输至工程区域,人工铺设在河道底部。工程共铺设繁育毯2500m2,其中苦草、伊乐藻和轮叶黑藻三种沉水植物5:2:3的比例搭配种植进行沉水植物群落构建。
[0045] 繁育毯种植完成后,利用施工围堰进行水位调节和控制。4月20日,调节工程河段水位至水深40cm,5月15日,调节河道水位水深至70cm,6月30日调节水深至1.0m。7月15日后正式拆除两端围堰。
[0046] 2010年10月22日,对工程河段的生态修复效果进行了生态调查监测。调查结果表明,经过7个月的运行管理,生态修复区内通过群落镶嵌技术构建的沉水植物群落系统稳定,水体透明度恢复至1.0m以上,区域生物多样性明显提高,沉水植物覆盖率提高至100%,达到了预期设定的恢复目标。
[0047] 实施案例二(不可调控水位的开敞水域):
[0048] 项目实施地点位于江苏省苏州市太湖贡湖沿岸的某河流入湖口,生态修复区面积20亩,工程区域平均水深1.50m,受风浪扰动影响水体透明度较低,仅为30〜40cm,,现状生态环境较差,直接移栽沉水植物无法成活。由于工程区域是太湖开敞水域的一部分,不具备水位调控的条件,因此需根据生态修复区域的环境特征分析考虑采用适当的工程技术措施对生态修复区进行环境调控。2009年2月工程首先在工程水域四周布设了两道软围隔,将修复区水体与贡湖大水体隔开,有效了降低了工程区域的风浪扰动造成的泥沙再悬浮,较好的改善了水体的透明度,同时对生态修复区岸边的陆域进行截污控源。经过I个月的环境调控过程,生态修复区的透明度提高至70〜80cm。此时,将从种苗基地培育好的平均苗高50cm左右的繁育毯通过汽车运输至工程区域,人工铺设在修复区底部。工程共铺设繁育毯4500m2,其中苦草、马来眼子菜、狐尾藻、伊乐藻、轮叶黑藻三种沉水植物2:3:2:2:1的比例搭配种植进行沉水植物群落构建。2009年9月24日,修复区内构建的沉水植物群落基本达到稳定,此时拆除软围隔。
[0049] 2009年10月29日和2010年7月3日,分别对工程区域的生态修复效果进行了生态调查监测。调查结果表明,生态修复区内通过群落镶嵌技术构建的沉水植物群落系统稳定,沉水植物覆盖率分别达到75%和68%,区域生物多样性明显提高,达到了预期设定的恢复目标。·

5.如权利要 求3所述沉水植物种苗培育方法,其特征在于:所述育苗池蓄满水后透明度应不小于30cm,可蓄水深度SO-1OOcm ;沉水植物种苗繁育胚体培育时,育苗池中的水位漫过繁育胚体不超过5cm ;繁育胚体出苗后,育苗池中的水位控制在超过种苗高度5-20cm。
6.一种沉水植被快速移栽方法,为将沉水植物种苗繁育胚体在育苗池中培育出苗或培育至适应生态修复区域透明度和光照条件的高度后,将繁育毯连同生长在繁育毯上的沉水植物按条块分割后收获出池,将繁育毯整块平整铺设在生态修复区域的水体底部,所述沉水植物种苗繁育胚体为:将沉水植物的繁殖体种植在权利要求1-2任一权利要求所述沉水植物繁育毯的基质层上,上面覆盖所述沉水植物繁育毯的附着层后获得。
7.如权利要求6所述沉水植被快速移栽方法,其特征在于,所述沉水植物的繁殖体选自沉水植物的种子、孢芽、冬芽、分株和营养体。
8.如权利要求6所述沉水植被快速移栽方法,其特征在于,移栽时,根据不同修复区域的状况分两种情况采取不同的制作方式: a.对于可调控水位的修复区域,在繁殖胚体出苗后即进行植被移栽,将繁育毯连同上面生长的水生植物按照条块分割后收获出池、运输至工程区域,采用人工方法将繁育毯整块的平整铺设在生态修复区域水体底部,移栽时先降低生态修复区水位,进行水位调节,初始时通过低水位运行满足植物光合作用的正常进行,后期随着水草的生长逐步提高水位; b.对于无法调控水位的开敞水域的生态修复区,对修复区的环境条件监测评估后,控制区域的环境条件,并将种苗培育至可适应生态修复区透明度和光照条件的高度后再进行移栽,移栽时将繁育毯连同上面生长的水生植物按照条块分割后收获出池、运输至工程区域,然后采用人工方法将繁育毯整块的铺设在水底。
9.如权利要求6-8任一所述的沉水植被快速移栽方法用于沉水植被种植或恢复的用途。
