Abstract

本发明公开了一种液晶显示器,包括:背板;液晶显示面板,设置于背板的内侧;电路板,设置于背板的外侧,所述电路板上形成有开孔;其中,液晶显示器进一步包括设置在背板上的夹持件,夹持件包括与背板连接的连接部以及与连接部连接的接触部,接触部上设有凸包,电路板被接触部弹性固定至背板上,且凸包的至少一部分凸伸至所述开孔中。采用上述设计,保证电路板与背板之间连接可靠的前提下可提高电路板组装至背板的效率。

液晶显示器及其背板组件
技术领域
本发明涉及显示器及其光源模组,特别涉及一种液晶显示器及其背板组件。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Displ ay,LCD)因为具有体积小、重量轻等优点,渐渐取代传统体积较为庞大的阴极射线显示器(CathodeRay Tube),普遍被社会大众使用。
一种现有的液晶显示器包括背板、液晶显示面板和电路板。背板包括第一表面和与第一表面相对且被铁件覆盖的第二表面。电路板和液晶显示面板分别位于背板的第一表面和第二表面的铁件上。其中,电路板的两端分别开设螺纹孔,背板第二表面的铁件上与电路板的螺纹孔相对应的位置处亦开设螺纹孔,并最终通过螺钉将电路板与背板连接。
通过上述方式将电路板组装至背板需要较多的工时,效率较低。
因此,有必要提供一种液晶显示器及其背板组件,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种能快速将电路板组装至背板的液晶显示器及其背板组件。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种液晶显示器,包括:背板;液晶显示面板,设置于背板的内侧;电路板,设置于背板上,所述电路板上形成有开孔;其中,液晶显示器进一步包括设置在背板上的夹持件,夹持件包括与背板连接的连接部以及与连接部连接的接触部,接触部上设有凸包,电路板被接触部弹性固定至背板上,且凸包的至少一部分凸伸至所述开孔中。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种背板组件,包括:背板;电路板,设置于背板上,电路板包括开孔;其中,背板组件进一步包括设置于背板上的夹持件,夹持件包括与背板连接的连接部以及与连接部连接的接触部,接触部上设有凸包;电路板被接触部弹性固定至所述背板上,且凸包的至少一部分凸伸至开孔中。
本发明的有益效果是:通过设置在背板外侧的夹持件将电路板固定至背板,且夹持件的凸包卡固于电路板的开孔中,保证电路板与背板之间连接可靠的前提下可提高电路板组装至背板的效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
请参照图1,本发明实施例液晶显示器100包括背板1、设置于背板1内侧的液晶显示面板2、设置于背板1上的电路板3,以及夹持件4。
电路板3上形成有开孔31。夹持件4设置在背板1上,用于夹持电路板3。夹持件4包括与背板1连接的连接部41、与连接部41连接的接触部42。其中,接触部42上设有凸包43。电路板3被接触部42弹性固定至背板1上,凸包43的至少一部分凸伸至开孔31中。
请一并参照图2,电路板3的开孔31可以是通孔,也可以是盲孔;开孔31的截面形状可以是圆形、椭圆形、多边形等;本发明对此不作限制。因现有技术中电路板与背板的连接采用螺钉固定的方式,所以市场上流通的电路板3上都被预设了螺纹通孔,本发明本实例中采用预设螺纹通孔的电路板3,亦即开孔31优选预设的螺纹通孔。如此以来能够省去在电路板3上另设开孔的工序,节约成本、减少制造工序。实际应用中开孔31则不应受到本实施例的限制。
电路板3的螺纹通孔(亦即之前提到的开孔31)周围设有导电区32。夹持件4可以与背板1一体成型,亦可以组装在背板1之上。优选地,夹持件4与背板1一体成型,二者均由导电材料制成。当电路板3被夹持件4弹性固定至背板1上时,接触部41与导电区32接触使电路板3接地。
为了与电路板3上的开孔31的形状相匹配,优选地凸包43的形状与开孔3的形状相对应,从而使开孔31与凸包43互相匹配。为了稳固夹持电路板3,优选地,当电路板3选择螺纹通孔作为开孔31与凸包43相卡持时,凸包43优选半球状或类球状等形状,且接触部42上的凸包43的尺寸大于圆形开孔31的径向尺寸;从而防止凸包43在开孔31中晃动。
请一并参照图3,为了节约夹持件4的占用空间,连接部41与背板1垂直设置。为了提高夹持件4对电路板3的夹持力度,接触部42的自由端朝向背板倾斜延伸且与连接部41的夹角小于90°。
请一并参图4,图4所示为本发明液晶显示器实施例的背板组件50的第一实施方式的俯视图。背板组件50包括背板51、第一电路板52、第二电路板53、柔性电路板54、固定至第一电路板52的连接器55、固定至第二电路板53的连接器56和夹持件57。
其中,第一电路板52和第二电路板53设置于背板51的两不同外侧面上,柔性电路板54连接连接器55和连接器56从而将第一电路板52和第二电路板53连接起来。第一电路板52是通过夹持件57固定至背板51。第二电路板53的固定方式不受此限制,可以为传统的螺钉固定,当然亦可以同第一电路板52的固定方式相同。
利用夹持件固定电路板的固定方式在之前已经详细描述过,背板组件50的第一实施方式中不再赘述。
作为对背板组件50的第一实施方式的变通,第一电路板52采用螺纹固定的方式,第二电路板53采用夹持件57固定的方式;或者第一电路板52和第二电路板53均采用夹持件4固定的方式都在本申请的保护范围中。
请一并参图5,图5所示为本发明液晶显示器实施例的背板组件60的第二实施方式的俯视图。背板组件60包括背板61、第一电路板62、第二电路板63、柔性电路板64、固定至第一电路板62的连接器65、固定至第二电路板63的连接器66和夹持件67。
与背板组件50的第一实施方式不同的是,背板组件60的第一电路板62和第二电路板63设置于背板61的相同外侧面并通过连接器65、66和柔性电路板64相连。第一电路板62、第二电路板63分别固定至背板61的固定方式与背板组件50的第一电路板52、第二电路板53分别固定至背板51的固定方式相似,在此不一一列举。
实际应用中,电路板设置在背板上的位置不局限于上述两种实施方式,电路板的设置位置为现有技术在此不再赘述。
本发明的有益效果是:通过设置在背板外侧的夹持件将电路板固定至背板,且夹持件的凸包卡固于电路板的圆形开孔中,保证电路板与背板之间连接可靠的前提下可提高电路板组装至背板的效率。

Claims (10)

1.一种液晶显示器,包括:
背板;
液晶显示面板,设置于所述背板的内侧;
电路板,设置于所述背板上,所述电路板上形成有开孔;
其特征在于,所述液晶显示器进一步包括设置在所述背板上的夹持件,所述夹持件包括与所述背板连接的连接部以及与所述连接部连接的接触部,所述接触部上设有凸包,所述电路板被所述接触部弹性固定至所述背板上,且所述凸包的至少一部分凸伸至所述开孔中。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述背板和所述夹持件均为导电材料制成,所述电路板的所述圆形开孔周围与所述接触部弹性接触的区域为导电区。
3.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述夹持件和所述背板一体成型。
4.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述开孔为螺纹通孔,所述凸包为半球状,所述凸包的径向尺寸大于所述开孔的径向尺寸。
5.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述连接部与所述背板互相垂直。
6.如权利要求5所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述接触部与所述连接部的夹角小于90°。
7.一种背板组件,包括:
背板;
电路板,设置于所述背板上,所述电路板包括开孔;
其特征在于,所述背板组件进一步包括设置于所述背板上的夹持件,所述夹持件包括与所述背板连接的连接部以及与所述连接部连接的接触部,所述接触部上设有凸包;所述电路板被所述接触部弹性固定至所述背板上,且所述凸包的至少一部分凸伸至所述开孔中。
8.如权利要求7所述的背板组件,其特征在于:所述背板和所述夹持件均为导电材料制成,所述电路板的所述圆形开孔周围与所述接触部弹性接触的区域为导电区。
9.如权利要求8所述的背板组件,其特征在于:所述夹持件和所述背板一体成型。
10.如权利要求7所述的背板组件,其特征在于:所述开孔为螺纹通孔,所述凸包为半球状,所述凸包的径向尺寸大于所述开孔的径向尺寸。
