Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种灯管连接器,包括绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体的导电端子,所述绝缘本体包括灯管收容部和具有侧向开口的板收容部,所述板收容部围设形成板收容空间,所述导电端子具有组装于灯管收容部的接触部及置于板收容空间内的弹性接脚,所述灯管连接器还具有自板收容部底部凸入板收容空间的弹性臂,且所述导电端子的弹性接脚与弹性臂相对设置。藉此,使得电路板插入时可以得到相对设置于板收容空间的弹性臂与弹性接脚的抵接,在避免导电端子本身变形量过大的同时,亦实现了稳定的电性接触。

Description

灯管连接器
【技术领域】
本实用新型关于一种灯管连接器,尤指一种用于液晶显示器背光模组的灯管连接器。
【背景技术】
液晶显示器已广泛应用于各种信息、通讯、消费性产品之中。然而,由于液晶显示面板中液晶本身不具发光特性。因此,为达到显示效果,需给液晶显示器面板提供一光源装置。在现有技术中,具有背光源之液晶显示器系众所周知之事,其主要通过在液晶屏幕周边设置灯管,再通过一些机构将灯管的线光源转换成面光源,且达到一定的亮度,提供给液晶显示器面板辉度充分且分布均匀的背光。
请参阅中国台湾专利公告第M359140号揭示的一种灯管连接器,其包括绝缘本体和自上而下装入绝缘本体的导电端子,所述绝缘本体包括灯管容置口和矩形的背板容置口,所述导电端子包括位于灯管容置口的灯管弹片及位于背板容置口的背板弹片,所述背板插入灯管连接器的背板容置口时挤压背板弹片并弹性抵靠形成电性连接。由于背板与背板容置口上下接触方向常有间隙或者导电端子因过大的变形量而减弱对背板的抵接力,进而影响背板与背板弹片的接触稳定性。
鉴于此,实有必要提供一种改进的灯管连接器,以克服上述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型目的在于提供一种灯管连接器,其可提供给背板良好的电性接触,进而实现稳定的电连接性能。
为此,本实用新型提供了一种灯管连接器,包括绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体的导电端子,所述绝缘本体包括灯管收容部和具有侧向开口的板收容部,所述板收容部围设形成板收容空间,所述导电端子具有组装于灯管收容部的接触部及置于板收容空间内的弹性接脚,所述灯管连接器还具有自板收容部 底部凸入板收容空间的弹性臂,且所述导电端子的弹性接脚与弹性臂相对设置。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型灯管连接器具有以下优点:所述灯管连接器具有自板收容部底部凸入板收容空间的弹性臂,所述导电端子的弹性接脚与弹性臂相对设置。藉此,使得电路板插入时可以得到相对设置于板收容空间的弹性臂与弹性接脚的抵接,在避免导电端子本身变形量过大的同时,亦实现了稳定的电性接触。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图4并主要参考图2,本实用新型灯管连接器100,包括绝缘本体1和收容于绝缘本体1的导电端子2,所述绝缘本体1包括基座11、自基座11向上延伸并具有顶部开口131的灯管收容部13以及自基座11向下延伸并具有侧向开口151和底部开口153的板收容部15,所述板收容部15围设形成板收容空间155,所述导电端子2具有固持于所述基座11内的保持部21、自保持部21向上延伸并置于灯管收容部13以作为接触部的夹臂23及自保持部21向下延伸并置于板收容部15的弹性接脚25。电路板200自侧向开口151装入板收容部15并与导电端子2的弹性接脚25相抵接,灯管300则自顶部开口131装入灯管收容部13,并进一步通过组装于顶部开口131的夹臂保持盖3使夹臂23进一步夹合实现对灯管300的固持和电性连接。
请参阅图2和图3,所述灯管连接器100还包括组配于板收容部15底部开口153的盖体4,所述盖体4上并排设有两个凸入板收容部15的弹性臂41(亦即所述板收容部底部并排设置有两个弹性臂),由于弹性臂41设置在与弹性接脚25相对的侧面上,从而可以防止侧向开口151与电路板200的间隙过大造成的接触不稳定,同时可以减小导电端子2弹性接脚25的行程,避免导电端子2弹性接 脚25因过大的变形量造成破坏而减弱对电路板200的抵接力,进一步稳定电性连接。
请参阅图4并结合图1,所述具有电路板200自侧向开口151装入板收容部15的方向为插入方向B,所述弹性臂41沿插入方向B倾斜向上延伸(即沿远离侧向开口151的方向倾斜延伸入板收容空间155)并形成有具最高点的支撑端411。所述导电端子2则沿与插入方向B相反的方向倾斜向下延伸(即沿靠近侧向开口151的方向倾斜延伸入板收容空间155)并形成有具最低点的自由末端251,所述导电端子2弹性接脚25的最低点在插入方向B上较弹性臂41的最高点更靠近侧向开口151。如此,弹性臂41可以很好地导引电路板200的插入过程,逐渐与导电端子2弹性接脚25接触,同时结合自由末端251较支撑端411更靠近侧向开口151的结构(即导电端子2与电路板200的接触部分位于侧向开口151和支撑端411之间),以支持这一连接的可靠性。同时所述盖体4上还包括间隔设置于弹性臂41延伸方向前后两端的保护凸部43,一来可以保护弹性臂41,二来也可以限制电路板200插入的倾斜角度,防止电路板200过分上翘对导电端子2造成破坏。
请参阅图5并结合上一段说明书内容,下面介绍本实用新型的第二实施例。前面所讲的实施例是弹性臂设置于分离的盖体上的结构,其实,同样功能的弹性臂也可以在一体的绝缘本体上实现,以下主要介绍不同点,相同结构使用相同的标号且不再另行详细介绍。灯管连接器100’包括一体形成有底壁4’的板收容部15’,弹性臂41和间隔设置于弹性臂41延伸方向前后两端的保护凸部43设置于前述板收容部15’的底壁4’上,此时的结构亦可以实现本实用新型保护端子和接触稳定性的效果。当然,因为板收容部15’内部成型的需要,可能需要在其他地方设有开放式模具结构,这是一般技术人员很容易想到的,更不会影响本实用新型的实施。
综上所述,上述描述的是本实用新型的较佳实施例,当然并不限于此。即凡是依本实用新型权利要求书及本实用新型说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本实用新型专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种灯管连接器,包括绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体的导电端子,所述绝缘本体包括灯管收容部和具有侧向开口的板收容部,所述板收容部围设形成板收容空间,所述导电端子具有组装于灯管收容部的接触部及置于板收容空间内的弹性接脚,其特征在于:所述灯管连接器还具有自板收容部底部凸入板收容空间的弹性臂,且所述导电端子的弹性接脚与弹性臂相对设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的灯管连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体还包括位于灯管收容部和板收容部之间的基座,所述导电端子还包括位于接触部和弹性接脚之间的保持部,保持部固持于所述基座内。
3.如权利要求2所述的灯管连接器,其特征在于:所述灯管收容部的接触部呈夹臂状。
4.如权利要求3所述的灯管连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性臂沿远离侧向开口的方向倾斜延伸入板收容空间,所述导电端子的弹性接脚沿靠近侧向开口的方向倾斜延伸入板收容空间。
5.如权利要求4所述的灯管连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子弹性接脚包括具有最低点的自由末端,所述自由末端沿与插入方向相反的方向倾斜向下延伸,所述弹性臂包括具有最高点的支撑端,所述导电端子弹性接脚的最低点在插入方向上较弹性臂的最高点更靠近侧向开口。
6.如权利要求5所述的灯管连接器,其特征在于:所述板收容部底部并排设置有两个弹性臂。
7.如权利要求6所述的灯管连接器,其特征在于:所述板收容部底部还包括间隔设置于弹性臂插入方向前后两端的保护凸部。
8.如权利要求7所述的灯管连接器,其特征在于:所述灯管连接器还包括组装于顶部开口并使夹臂进一步夹合的夹臂保持盖。
9.如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的灯管连接器,其特征在于:所述板收容部具有底部开口,所述灯管连接器包括组配于底部开口的盖体,所述弹性臂设于盖体上并凸入板收容空间。
10.如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的灯管连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性臂一体形成于绝缘本体上并自板收容部底部凸入板收容空间。
