Abstract

本发明公开了一种背光源和液晶显示器,涉及液晶显示器制造领域,用以达到提升背光均一性的目的。一种背光源,包括:光源、导光板以及扩散片;其中,所述导光板包括至少两个导光板单元,在与每相邻的两个导光板单元之间的接缝相对应的位置,所述扩散片的形状为线形凸起,且所述线形凸起的方向与所述导光板射出光的方向一致。本发明的方案用于背光源和液晶显示器的生产与制造。

Description

一种背光源和液晶显示器
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示器制造领域,尤其涉及一种背光源和液晶显示器。
背景技术
在实现液晶显示器优质的画面显示过程中,背光源的设计尤为重要。背光源包括:光源(点光源或线光源等)、导光板以及扩散片。其中,光源发出的光射入导光板,在导光板的作用下形成较为均匀的面光源;扩散片可以使得从导光板透射出的光进一步均匀。背光源将已调节好的较为均匀的背光射入显示屏,以实现显示的目的。目前,为了实现局部调光,通常会将导光板分成若干个导光板单元,以便对各个导光板单元进行单独控制,从而实现局部调光。
然而,这种应用于局部调光的导光板,如图1所示,每相邻的两个导光板单元之间会存在接缝10,从而导致光路不规则,虽然现有技术中扩散片可以在一定程度上减弱由于光路不规则造成的显示屏亮暗不均,但由于扩散片的作用有限,这种显示屏亮暗不均的情况还是较为严重,以至影响整个液晶显示器的性能。
发明内容
本发明提供一种背光源和液晶显示器,用以达到提升背光均一性的目的。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种背光源,包括:光源、导光板以及扩散片;其中,所述导光板包括至少两个导光板单元,在与每相邻的两个导光板单元之间的接缝相对应的位置,所述扩散片的形状为线形凸起,且所述线形凸起的方向与所述导光板射出光的方向一致。
一种液晶显示器,包括:液晶显示面板和背光源;其中,所述背光源为上述的背光源。
本发明提供的背光源和液晶显示器,在与每相邻的两个导光板单元之间的接缝相对应的位置,所述扩散片的形状为线形凸起,这样就使得从接缝处透过的不规则的光在线形凸起扩散片的作用下变得均匀;从而实现了提升背光均一性的目的。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了一种背光源,如图2所示,包括:光源、导光板12以及扩散片11;其中,所述导光板12包括至少两个导光板单元,在与每相邻的两个导光板单元之间的接缝10相对应的位置,所述扩散片11的形状为线形凸起,且所述线形凸起的方向与所述导光板12射出光的方向一致。
其中,所述光源可以是点光源或线光源等。需要说明的是,由于本发明主要涉及背光源中的导光板和扩散片,故在本发明所有附图中的背光源结构只标示出导光板和扩散片两部分,并未标示出光源或者背光源中的其他部件。另外,在本发明所有实施例中背光是指从背光源射出的光。
其中,如图3所示,在与每相邻的两个导光板单元之间的接缝10相对应的位置,所述扩散片11的形状为线形凸起;在本发明实施例中该扩散片中形状为线形凸起的部分称为线形凸起扩散片112。在光经导光板12射出后,导光板单元接缝10处射出不规则的光,所述不规则的光将射进线形凸起扩散片112处,线形凸起扩散片112将不规则的光发散,射出更加均匀的光,从而实现了提升背光均一性的目的。
进一步的,如图4所示的背光源,在与所有所述接缝10的交汇处相对的位置,所述扩散片11的形状为半球形凸起,所述半球形凸起与所述线形凸起平滑连接,且所述半球形凸起的方向与所述导光板12射出光的方向一致。
其中,在与所有所述接缝10的交汇处相对的位置,所述扩散片11的形状为半球形凸起;在本发明实施例中该扩散片中形状为半球形凸起的部分称为半球形凸起扩散片113。此半球形凸起扩散片113与所述线形凸起扩散片112平滑连接。在光经导光板12射出后,导光板单元接缝10与导光板单元接缝处10的交汇处射出不规则的光,所述不规则的光将射进半球形凸起扩散片113处,半球形凸起扩散片113将不规则的光发散,射出更加均匀的光,从而实现了提升背光均一性的目的。
进一步的,所述线形凸起和所述半球形凸起的高度一致,并且所述线形凸起和所述半球形凸起的直径相同。
其中,线形凸起扩散片112和半球形凸起扩散片113的高度一致,并且线形凸起扩散片112和半球形凸起扩散片113的直径相同,使得半球形凸起扩散片113与线形凸起扩散片112的连接更加平滑;所述不规则的光射进半球形凸起扩散片113和线形凸起扩散片112的连接处,连接处的扩散片将不规则的光发散,射出更加均匀的光,从而实现了提升背光均一性的目的。
进一步的,在与每一所述导光板单元相对应的位置,所述扩散片11的形状为平面。
其中,在与每一所述导光板单元相对应的位置,所述扩散片11的形状为平面;本发明实施例中该扩散片中形状为平面的部分称为平面形扩散片111。
优选的,在所设背光源中所述扩散片的材料为PET(PolyesterTerephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯),所述扩散片的厚度为1mm以下。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中的背光源采用的是侧入式背光模式。
本发明还提供了应用上述背光源的液晶显示器。所述液晶显示器包括液晶显示面板和背光源;其中,所述背光源可以是上述实施例中的任一背光源。
背光源射出的光为背光,背光射入液晶显示面板以使得该液晶显示面板得以显示。
本发明提供的一种背光源和液晶显示器,在与每相邻的两个导光板单元之间的接缝相对应的位置,所述扩散片的形状为线形凸起,这样就使得从接缝处透过的不规则的光在线形凸起扩散片的作用下变得均匀;进一步的,在与所有所述接缝的交汇处相对的位置,所述扩散片的形状为半球形凸起,所述半球形凸起与所述线形凸起平滑连接,这样就使得从接缝交汇处透过的不规则的光在半球形凸起扩散片的作用下变得均匀,从而实现了提升背光均一性的目的。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (8)

1.一种背光源,包括:光源、导光板以及扩散片;其中,所述导光板包括至少两个导光板单元,其特征在于,在与每相邻的两个导光板单元之间的接缝相对应的位置,所述扩散片的形状为线形凸起,且所述线形凸起的方向与所述导光板射出光的方向一致。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光源,其特征在于,在与所有所述接缝的交汇处相对应的位置,所述扩散片的形状为半球形凸起,所述半球形凸起与所述线形凸起平滑连接,且半球型凸起的方向与所述导光板射出光的方向一致。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光源,其特征在于,所述线形凸起和所述半球型凸起的高度一致。
4.根据权利要求3所述的背光源,其特征在于,所述线形凸起和所述半球形凸起的直径相同。
5.根据权利要求4所述的背光源,其特征在于,在与每一所述导光板单元相对应的位置,所述扩散片的形状为平面。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项权利要求所述的背光源,其特征在于,所述扩散片的材料为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯PET。
7.根据利要求1~5任一项权利要求所述的背光源,其特征在于,所述扩散片的厚度为1mm以下。
8.一种液晶显示器,包括:液晶显示面板和背光源,其特征在于,所述背光源为权利要求1~6中任一项所述的背光源。
