本发明涉及一种中药药物制剂的用途，具体涉及天麻素注射液在制备治疗慢性胃炎药物中的应用
技术背景：
天麻素注射液主要成份为天麻素，其化学名称为：4-羟甲基苯-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷半水合物。用于神经衰弱、神经衰弱综合症及血管神经性头痛等症(如偏头痛、三叉神经痛、枕骨大神经痛等)，亦可用于脑外伤性综合症、眩晕症如美尼尔病、药性眩晕、外伤性眩晕、突发性耳聋、前庭神经元炎、椎基底动脉供血不足等。
实践中意外地发现，天麻素注射液治疗慢性胃炎具有非常好的疗效。本发明对该药进行了临床药效研究，证明其疗效确切。
发明内容：
本发明提供了天麻素注射液在制备治疗慢性胃炎药物中的应用。
上述慢性胃炎为慢性萎缩性胃炎或慢性浅表性胃炎。
具体实施方式：
为了更好地理解本发明，发明人提供以下研究资料，说明本发明的技术效果。
实验一：天麻素注射液治疗慢性胃炎114例观察
1.临床资料
治疗组114例，住院患者76例，门诊患者38例；男63例，女51例；年龄20～78岁，平均55岁；病程8个月～7年，平均2.4年。慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)70例，慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)44例；伴有肠上皮化生12例，伴有不典型增生17例。
对照组48例，住院患者27例，门诊患者21例；男30例，女18例；年龄20～74岁，平均52.6岁；病程7个月～8年，平均2.3年；慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)33例，慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)15例；伴肠上皮化生6例，伴不典型增生8例。
两组在年龄、性别、病情轻重诸方面均无显著性差异(P＞0.05)，具有可比性。均符合全国胃炎会议拟定的标准，合并溃疡者不在观察之列，排除肝肾心脏等疾病。
2.治疗方法
两组在治疗前停服各种药物1周。
治疗组：用昆明制药集团股份有限公司生产的天麻素注射液(国药准字H20013045，规格：1ml:0.1g)，一次0.6g，用5％葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注，每日1次。
对照组：用广东珠海丽珠制药厂生产的丽珠得乐颗粒(枸橼酸铋钾颗粒)1包(含铋110mg)，每日3次冲服。
两组均4周为一疗程，连续治疗2个疗程。治疗结束后有86％的病例接受胃镜复查。
3.疗效标准
参照中国中西医结合研究会消化疾病专业委员会制定的慢性胃炎(CG)疗效标准。
(1)临床症状标准：上腹部疼痛、饱胀、纳差等症状消失为显效，症状减轻为有效，无变化或加重者为无效。
(2)病理诊断疗效标准：在距幽门5cm范围内胃窦粘膜取活体组织，经常规切片并作HE(伊红染色法)染色，炎症分轻中重3级，根据固有膜内有无中性粒细胞浸润，将慢性胃炎(CG)分为活动性和非活动性，参考全国胃炎会议拟定标准，组织学炎症减轻1级或由活动性转为非活动性为病理好转。
4.治疗结果
临床症状：

两组总有效率比较，治疗组优于对照组，有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。

两组好转率比较，治疗组优于对照组，有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。
凡作胃镜复查者均同时作HP试验：
治疗组：治疗前HP阳性101例，治疗后转阴47例，转阴率46.5％；
对照组：治疗前HP阳性39例，治疗后转阴18例，转阴率46.2％；
两组转阴率比较，无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。
5.结论
天麻素注射液对慢性胃炎(慢性萎缩性胃炎、慢性浅表性胃炎)具有很好的治疗效果。
