Abstract

一种连接装置,用于将第一部件与第二部件可操作性地转动连接,该第一部件及第二部件上分别开设有第一穿孔与第二穿孔。该连接装置包括连接杆,该连接杆包括定位部以及旋转部,同时该连接杆可沿轴向移动地穿设于所述第一穿孔与第二穿孔中,将所述第一部件与第二部件相连。当定位部同时位于第一穿孔及第二穿孔中时,该第一部件与第二部件相对固定,当定位部脱离至少一个穿孔时,该第一部件与第二部件能相对转动。本发明还涉及一种带有该连接装置的支架。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接装置及带有连接装置的支架。
背景技术
连接装置做为一种辅助工具,在日常生活中的使用被越来越普及。使用者在将若干需要相连接的部件相互连接一起时,往往会因为连接时操作的复杂或连接后相连部件之间旋转角度的限制给使用者带来不便。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种操作简单、方便的连接装置。
还有必要提供一种带有该连接装置的支架。
一种连接装置,用于将第一部件与第二部件可操作性地转动连接,该第一部件及第二部件上分别开设有第一穿孔与第二穿孔。该连接装置包括连接杆,该连接杆包括定位部以及旋转部,同时该连接杆可沿轴向移动地穿设于所述第一穿孔与第二穿孔中,将所述第一部件与第二部件相连。当定位部同时位于第一穿孔及第二穿孔中时,该第一部件与第二部件相对固定,当定位部脱离至少一个穿孔时,该第一部件与第二部件能相对转动。
本发明由于通过连接杆的定位部以及旋转部与相连部件上开设的穿孔相配合来实现部件的连接及旋转功能,使连接装置的操作更简单,同时相连后部件之间不同的旋转角度也更容易实现。

具体实施方式
图1示出了本发明在一些实施例中的电子设备100,其包括一电子装置1及将该电子装置1附着于一承载体(图未示)上的支架2。在一些实施例中,该电子装置1可为平板手机或平板电脑等。
请一并参考图2,在一些实施例中,该支架2包括座体10、旋转臂20以及承载部30。该旋转臂20的一端转动连接于该座体10上,另一端则转动连接于该承载部30上。该座体10包括底座101以及连接部103,该底座101可附着于一承载体上,用以支撑该支架2。该连接部103与该旋转臂20可操作性地转动连接,用以与该旋转臂20相配合,调节旋转臂20的旋转角度。该旋转臂20包括第一连接部201与第二连接部203,该第一连接部201与该第二连接部203分别与座体10的连接部103以及承载部30可操作性地转动连接。该承载部30包括用以承放电子装置1的容腔301以及用以与第二连接部203转动连接的第三连接部303。
在一些实施例中,该第一连接部201与第二连接部203的分别通过两连接装置40与座体10的连接部103以及承载部30的第三连接部303的连接方式基本相同,下面仅以座体10的连接部103与第一连接部201之间的连接关系为例进行说明。
请一并参考图3,在一些实施例中,该连接部103包括有一U形本体1030,该U形本体1030包括第一支柱1032及第二支柱1034,该第一支柱1032及第二支柱1034之间具有一定间隔,供旋转臂20设置。该旋转臂20则通过一连接装置40可转动地连接于该U形本体1030内。
该连接装置40包括连接杆400,该连接杆400由定位部401以及旋转部403组成。该定位部401以及该旋转部403为连接装置40形状不一的两端。在一些实施例中,该定位部401为一多边形柱体,该旋转部403为一圆柱体,同时该第一支柱1032及第二支柱1034上分别设置与该定位部401以及旋转部403相匹配的第一多边形穿孔1036以及第一圆柱形穿孔1038(如图4所示)。该旋转臂20的第一连接部201上也设置有穿孔2010,该穿孔2010包括与定位部401相配合多边形孔2012以及与旋转部403相配合的圆柱形孔2014(如图4所示),该圆柱形孔2014的尺寸小于该多边形孔2012的尺寸,当该定位部401位于该多边形孔2012中时,该定位部401不能随意朝该圆柱形孔2014方向移动。该连接装置40与第一多边形穿孔1036、第一圆柱形穿孔1038以及穿孔2010相互配合,将旋转臂20可操作性地转动连接于该U形本体1030内。
该旋转部403与该定位部401相对的一端上还设置有按压部4030,该按压部4030可通过一螺钉4032固定于该旋转部403上,用以为连接装置40提供外力。同时,该旋转部403上还套设有一弹性元件4034。
请一并参考图4及图5,在一些实施例中,该连接杆400贯穿于座体10的U形本体1030中,该弹性元件4034的一端抵接于按压部4030的内壁面,另一端抵接于座体10的U形本体1030上,此时该连接杆400沿轴向上不能随意移动。该旋转部403的一部分收容于旋转臂20的圆柱形孔2014内,另一部分则收容于第二支柱1034的第一圆柱形穿孔1038内,同时该定位部401的一部分卡制第一支柱1032的第一多边形穿孔1036内,另一部分则卡制于旋转臂20的多边形孔2012内,使得该旋转臂20不能够相对于连接装置40转动,该连接装置40也不能相对于该U形本体1030转动。当对按压部4030施加一沿连接杆400轴向的力时,该弹性元件4034被压缩,该定位部401在移动一预设距离后会脱离与第一多边形穿孔1036以及多边形孔2012的配合,而该旋转部403的一部分则相应地移动到第一多边形穿孔1036及多边形孔2012内,因此该旋转臂20能够相对于连接装置40转动,该连接装置40也能够相对于U形本体1030转动。当去掉施加在按压部4030上的外力时,在弹性元件4034的作用下,定位部401重新与第一多边形穿孔1036及多边形孔2012配合,该旋转臂20又相对于连接装置40不能转动。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种连接装置,用于将第一部件与第二部件可操作性地转动连接,该第一部件及第二部件上分别开设有第一穿孔与第二穿孔,该连接装置包括连接杆,其特征在于:连接杆包括定位部以及旋转部,该连接杆可沿轴向移动地穿设于所述第一穿孔与第二穿孔中,将所述第一部件与第二部件相连;当定位部同时位于第一穿孔及第二穿孔中时,该第一部件与第二部件相对固定,当定位部脱离至少一个穿孔时,该第一部件与第二部件能相对转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于:所述连接杆的定位部形状及尺寸与所述第一穿孔相匹配,使该定位部位于该第一穿孔时,第一部件相对于连接杆固定。
3.如权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于:所述连接杆的定位部形状及尺寸与所述第二穿孔相匹配,使该定位部位于第二穿孔中时,第二部件相对于连接杆固定。
4.如权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于:该连接装置包括一弹性元件,用于将所述定位部保持在所述第一穿孔及第二穿孔中。
5.如权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于:所述第二穿孔包括与第二穿孔相连的第三穿孔,所述连接杆的旋转部形状及尺寸与所述第三穿孔相匹配,供旋转部穿置。
6.如权利要求5所述的连接装置,其特征在于:该第三穿孔的尺寸小于所述第二穿孔,以限制所述定位部于该第二穿孔中时朝向第三定位孔的移动。
7.如权利要求6所述的连接装置,其特征在于:该连接杆旋转部的断面尺寸小于所述定位部的断面尺寸,使该旋转部位于第一穿孔及第二穿孔中时,能相对于所述第一穿孔及第二穿孔转动。
8.如权利要求7所述的连接装置,其特征在于:该旋转部末端设置有按压部。
9.如权利要求8所述的连接装置,其特征在于:该旋转部上还套设有一弹性元件,使所述连接杆的定位部保持在所述第一穿孔以及第二穿孔中。
10.一种支架装置,包括底座、旋转臂以及承载部,其特征在于该旋转臂通过一连接装置与该底座及承载部可操作性地转动连接,该连接装置为权利要求1~9任何一所述的连接装置。
