Abstract

本发明涉及苯三酸镉钙异金属配合物的合成及应用。采用溶剂热的方法,反应物Cd(NO3)2·4H2O,Ca(NO3)2·4H2O,1,3,5‑苯三甲酸的摩尔比为1:1:1,采用DMF(N,N’‑二甲基甲酰胺)和水的混合物作为溶剂,溶剂热反应升温至100‑130℃,恒温2‑4天,即可得到苯三酸镉钙异金属配合物。该化合物结晶于非心空间群Pna2(1),其二阶非线性是KDP的5倍,可能成为一种新的二阶非线性光学材料,并可用于光盘记录、激光投影电视、光纤通信等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种非线性光学晶体材料苯三酸镉钙异金属配合物(分子式:C18H18Cd2CaO18)的合成及应用。
背景技术
非线性光学晶体,具有倍频效应(SHG),在激光频率转换、电光调制、光折变信息处理等高科技领域有着非常重要的应用价值。非线性光学晶体以其优良的性质得到了广泛关注。非线性光学材料在现代科学技术中,特别是若干军事和民用高科技领域,例如激光致盲武器、海洋鱼群探测、潜艇深水通讯、光盘记录、激光投影电视、光纤通信等。目前实际应用的非线性光学晶体有LiB3O5(LBO),KH2PO4(KDP),KTiOPO4(KTP),LiNbO3(LNO),BaB2O4(BBO)等。一般来说,设计非线性光学材料的关键是诱导非中心对称结构的形成和增加化合物的极化率。目前构造非线性晶体材料常用的方法是利用容易产生非心结构的无机基团(BO3 3-,PO4 3-,IO3 3-,含有孤对电子的离子(Se(IV)、Te(IV)、Bi(III)、Pb(II)等)与畸变的八面体配位的d0电子构型的过渡金属离子在高温下固相合成。在此,我们通过引入第二种金属离子(Ca2+)到Cd2+-1,3,5-苯三甲酸体系中,在溶剂热条件下,成功得到了新的非线性光学晶体材料。其粉末倍频效应为KDP的5倍。目前有关这方面的研究尚无文献报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于合成一种非线性光学晶体材料苯三酸镉钙异金属配合物(分子式:C18H18Cd2CaO18),其技术方案如下:
我们选择四水硝酸镉(Cd(NO3)2·4H2O),四水硝酸钙(Ca(NO3)2·4H2O),1,3,5-苯三甲酸作为原料,其摩尔比为1:1:1,采用DMF(N,N’-二甲基甲酰胺)和水的混合物作为溶剂,在溶剂热条件下,1,3,5-苯三甲酸脱去质子与镉离子、钙离子配位,从而生长出非心的苯三酸镉钙异金属配合物的单晶。非线性光学测试表明,该化合物具有优良的非线性光学性能。
我们测得该配合物的晶体结构和分子结构,镉离子和钙离子通过1,3,5-苯三甲酸的羧基连成一个复杂的三位结构,结构参数如下:
分子式为C18H18Cd2CaO18,空间群为Pna21,单胞参数为 α=β=γ=90°,Z=4,单胞体积
本发明提供的苯三酸镉钙异金属配合物是在溶剂热条件下合成得到的。
该配合物可能成为一种新的非线性光学晶体材料,预期在激光频率转换、电光调制、光折边信息处理等高科技领域有着重要的应用价值。
具体实施方式
例1化合物的制备
称取Cd(NO3)2·4H2O(0.3mmol),Ca(NO3)2·4H2O(0.3mmol)和1,3,5-苯三甲酸(0.3mmol),并加入3mL DMF(N,N’-二甲基甲酰胺)和3mL蒸馏水作为溶剂,装入密闭的反应釜中,升温至100-130℃,恒温2-4天,便可得到无色透明的块状晶体。经X-射线单晶衍射分析,确定该晶体为C18H18Cd2CaO18
例2二阶非线性测试
将制备的晶体研磨均匀得到固体粉末,在改进过的Kurtz-Perry粉末倍频测试系统进行二阶非线性测试,结果显示,该配合物具有优良的非线性光学性能,在1064nm激光照射下,输出很强的532nm绿光,其粉末SHG系数为KDP的5倍。

1.一种非线性光学晶体材料苯三酸镉钙异金属配合物,其特征在于:该配合物的分子式为C18H18Cd2CaO18,空间群为Pna21,单胞参数为 α=β=γ=90°,Z=4,
2.制备权利要求1所述的配合物的方法,包括如下步骤:反应物Cd(NO3)2·4H2O,Ca(NO3)2·4H2O,1,3,5-苯三甲酸的摩尔比为1:1:1,采用N,N’-二甲基甲酰胺和水的混合物作为溶剂,溶剂热反应升温至100-130℃,恒温即可制取。
3.权利要求1所述的配合物的用途,其特征在于:该晶体可用于光盘记录、激光投影电视、光纤通信领域。
