Abstract
本发明公开了一种柔性材料激光焊接装置,包括支撑立架、台面、安装立板、激光器、导光口、抬料辊、焊接压头;台面固定在支撑立架上,中间开有一槽,焊接压头跨过台面安装;安装立板固定在台面的进料端的中线上;焊接压头固定在台面和安装立板上,夹持着两需被焊接的柔性材料或在两需被焊接柔性材料的拼缝上覆盖有辅助柔性材料的两需被焊接柔性材料匀速地走料;激光器、抬料辊固定在安装立板上,抬料辊将上层柔性材料抬起,导光口与激光器相连,从导光口输出的激光照射两需被焊接柔性材料的叠合部分或辅料柔性材料覆盖在两需被焊接柔性材料的拼缝上所形成的叠合部分,形成激光热辐射区,实现柔性材料的激光拼焊、叠焊。本装置具有稳定性好、环保、无强电磁辐射、对人体伤害小、能耗低等特点,保证了焊缝强度一致,焊接效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种柔性材料激光焊接装置,该焊接装置用激光将柔性材料覆带拼接或者层叠地焊接在一起,属于激光加工技术应用领域。
背景技术
通常柔性材料焊接使用高频加热并压辊的方式进行,但使用高频热烫机有诸多缺点,高频机也称高周波,工作电流和功耗非常大,通常在1.5千瓦以上,5千瓦到8千瓦也是常见的,因此,在高频机工作时,经常会拉低局部电网的电压,影响周边供电线路安全;高频机在工作时,会产生一个大功率几十兆频率的电磁波, 由于高频机功率太大,电磁波很难滤得干净, 高频干扰经电源线泄漏可达方园几百米,在这个范围内的电视,收音机都会受到干扰,电脑等数字设备也会受到极大的干扰,甚至损坏;大量泄漏的高频电磁波在周围人体内形成传导电流,对生物基体细胞“加热”的作用,会使操作和周边的人体受到很大的伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服目前柔性材料焊接使用高频加热并压辊的方式进行,使用高频热烫机产生的诸多缺点,提供一种柔性材料激光焊接装置。
本发明的技术方案是,一种柔性材料激光焊接装置,其特点是,该柔性材料激光焊接装置包括支撑立架、台面、安装立板、激光器、导光口、抬料辊、焊接压头;所述的台面固定在支撑立架上,台面中间开有一槽,使焊接压头的上下压紧棍跨过台面安装;所述的安装立板固定在台面的进料端的中线上,处在进料的开缝中间,避免了装置对焊接柔性材料幅面的限制;所述的焊接压头固定在台面和安装立板上,夹持着两需被焊接的柔性材料或在两需被焊接柔性材料的拼缝上覆盖有辅助柔性材料的两需被焊接柔性材料匀速地走料;所述的激光器、抬料辊固定在安装立板上,抬料辊将上层柔性材料抬起,导光口与激光器相连,从导光口输出的激光照射两需被焊接柔性材料的叠合部分或辅助柔性材料覆盖在两需被焊接柔性材料的拼缝上所形成的叠合部分,形成激光热辐射区,实现柔性材料的激光叠焊或拼焊。
所述的焊接压头包括上压紧辊、下压紧辊、加压臂、张力调节臂、张力拉簧、张力调节螺丝、心轴,所述的上压紧辊和下压紧辊内各自置有电机;所述下压紧辊安装在台面的下面,从台面的开槽处露出,顶端高出台面;所述的张力调节臂和加压臂由张力拉簧连接,通过心轴安装在安装立板上,绕心轴旋转;所述的张力调节螺丝连接张力调节臂和安装立板,通过调节张力调节螺丝拉动张力调节臂绕心轴旋转,使张力拉簧获得初始拉力;所述的上压紧辊在台面的上方,安装在加压臂的前端,叠在下压紧辊的上面,由加压臂通过张力拉簧和张力调节臂对下压紧辊形成压力,该压力大小通过张力调节螺丝调节,使得上压紧辊和下压紧辊之间得到焊接压力。

本发明的有益效果是:提供了一种柔性材料激光焊接装置,该装置具有稳定性好、能耗低、环保等特点,可以保证焊缝强度一致。激光的单波长特性,针对特定的材料,吸收率高,针对性强,能效高;新型激光器通常功耗百瓦以下,大大降低能源消耗;激光器没有强电磁辐射和电网以及空间辐射,对人体伤害小。

一种柔性材料激光焊接装置,由图1-图5所示,其特点是,该柔性材料激光焊接装置包括支撑立架1、台面2、安装立板3、激光器4、导光口5、抬料辊6、焊接压头7;所述的台面2固定在支撑立架3上,台面2中间开有一槽,使焊接压头7的上下压紧棍71、72跨过台面安装;所述的安装立板3固定在台面2的进料端的中线上,处在进料的开缝中间,避免了装置对焊接柔性材料幅面的限制;所述的焊接压头7固定在台面2和安装立板3上,夹持着两需被焊接的柔性材料81、82或在两需被焊接柔性材料81、82的拼缝上覆盖有辅助柔性材料9的两需被焊接柔性材料81、82匀速地走料;所述的激光器4、抬料辊6固定在安装立板3上,抬料辊6将上层柔性材料81或9抬起,导光口5与激光器4相连,从导光口5输出的激光照射两需被焊接柔性材料81、82的叠合部分或辅助柔性材料9覆盖在两需被焊接柔性材料81、82的拼缝上所形成的叠合部分,形成激光热辐射区,为了确保激光热辐射区充分照射,抬料辊6将上层柔性材料81或辅助柔性材料9可靠抬起,上下层材料的接触面之间的前区域在激光充分照射和焊接压头7的传动、送料、压紧下,使激光热辐射区的两柔性材料81、82或和辅助柔性材料9快速受压熔焊在一起,实现柔性材料的激光叠焊或拼焊。

1、采取拼焊方式焊接。在焊接时,把两个柔性材料81和82的边缘进行对接,将辅助柔性材料9覆盖在两个柔性材料81和82的拼缝上,激光照射辅助柔性材料9和两柔性材料81和82接触面之间的前区域,形成激光热辐射区,实现激光柔性材料的拼焊。
2、采取叠式方式焊接。在焊接时,把将一层柔性材料81的边缘叠在另一层柔性材料82上面,激光照射柔性材料81和82交叠部分接触面之间的前区域,形成激光热辐射区,实现激光柔性材料的叠焊。
激光具有稳定性好,可以保证焊缝强度的稳定一致;激光的单波长的特性,针对特定材料的吸收率高,针对性强,能效高;新型激光器通常功耗百瓦以下,大大降低能源消耗;激光器没有强电磁辐射和电网以及空间辐射,对人体伤害小。因此本发明用激光作为焊接源,并配合相应的结构。
实施例1:
材料为双面涂覆有热熔胶的层压式复合材料,首先用超脉冲射频CO2激光器按图纸要求对柔性材料进行切割成型。采用CO2激光器,并将光斑进行扩束。激光功率控制在扩束后的光斑足以使柔性材料表面的热熔胶熔融。将切割成型的需缝合的两块柔性材料的边缘叠在一起,由上下两个压紧辊夹紧,通过加压臂、张力拉簧和张力调节臂对两层柔性材料形成压力,该压力大小通过张力调节螺丝进行调节,使待焊接材料之间获得焊接压力。激光照射两层柔性材料交叠部分接触面之间的前区域,形成激光热辐射区,上下压紧辊通过各自置有电机转速调节,控制两个需被焊接的柔性材料随着压辊的切线走向,向前走料运动,从而实现柔性材料的激光叠焊。

采用808nm半导体光纤输出激光器,材料为参杂808nm波长光吸收添加剂的柔性PP聚合物材料,光斑大小可调,激光功率控制在所设光斑足以使柔性材料表面及深层熔融。将两片相同材质的柔性PP聚合物材料拼合在一起,上面覆一层带状的辅助PP柔性聚合物材料,其材质可以不同于下层两待焊接的拼合的柔性材料。由上下两个压紧辊夹紧带状的辅助PP柔性聚合物材料和下层两待焊接的拼合的柔性材料,通过加压臂、张力拉簧和张力调节臂对上下两层柔性材料形成压力,该压力大小通过张力调节螺丝进行调节,使上下两层柔性材料之间获得焊接压力。激光照射在带状的辅助柔性聚合物材料和下层两待焊接的拼合的柔性材料的接触面之间的前区域,形成激光热辐射区,上下压紧辊通过各自置有电机转速调节,控制上下层柔性材料随着压辊的切线走向,向前走料运动,从而实现柔性材料的激光拼焊。
Claims (3)
1.一种柔性材料激光焊接装置,其特证在于,该柔性材料激光焊接装置包括支撑立架、台面、安装立板、激光器、导光口、抬料辊、焊接压头;所述的台面固定在支撑立架上,台面中间开有一槽,使焊接压头的上下压紧棍跨过台面安装;所述的安装立板固定在台面的进料端的中线上,处在进料的开缝中间,避免了装置对焊接柔性材料幅面的限制;所述的焊接压头固定在台面和安装立板上,夹持着两需被焊接的柔性材料或在两需被焊接柔性材料的拼缝上覆盖有辅助柔性材料的两需被焊接柔性材料匀速地走料;所述的激光器、抬料辊固定在安装立板上,抬料辊将上层柔性材料抬起,导光口与激光器相连,从导光口输出的激光照射两需被焊接柔性材料的叠合部分或辅料柔性材料覆盖在两需被焊接柔性材料的拼缝上所形成的叠合部分,形成激光热辐射区,实现柔性材料的激光叠焊或拼焊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性材料激光焊接装置,其特证在于,所述的焊接压头包括上压紧辊、下压紧辊、加压臂、张力调节臂、张力拉簧、张力调节螺丝、心轴,所述的上压紧辊和下压紧辊内各自置有电机;所述下压紧辊安装在台面的下面,从台面的开槽处露出,顶端高出台面;所述的张力调节臂和加压臂由张力拉簧连接,通过心轴安装在安装立板上,绕心轴旋转;所述的张力调节螺丝连接张力调节臂和安装立板,通过调节张力调节螺丝拉动张力调节臂绕心轴旋转,使张力拉簧获得初始拉力;所述的上压紧辊在台面的上方,安装在加压臂的前端,叠在下压紧辊的上面,由加压臂通过张力拉簧和张力调节臂对下压紧辊形成压力,该压力大小通过张力调节螺丝调节,使得上压紧辊和下压紧辊之间得到焊接压力。
3.根据权利要求1、2所述的柔性材料激光焊接装置,其特证在于,所述的上压紧辊和下压紧辊的转速通过各自置有电机分别调节,两需被焊接柔性材料或在两需被焊接柔性材料的拼缝上覆盖有辅助柔性材料的两需被焊接柔性材料的送料运动是通过上压紧辊和下压紧辊的旋转传动实现,在上压紧辊与下压紧辊的接触处,当上压紧辊的转速比下压紧辊的转速慢时,两需被焊接柔性材料的拼缝上的辅助柔性材料比下层的拼接的柔性材料或叠合在上层的柔性材料比下层的柔性材料走料慢时,会使焊缝向上弯曲;反之,则向下弯曲;当上压紧辊和下压紧辊接触处的转速相同时,焊缝平直,以使焊接压头控制走料的速度、焊缝的弯曲方向以及焊缝的弯曲度。
