Abstract
本发明涉及一种高压静电除尘器尾部电场智能刷扫振打装置,阳极板两侧设置有丝刷,丝刷固定安装在方钢上,方钢的两侧均通过钢丝绳分别与传动机构相连接,传动机构与连接杆相连接,连接杆通过传动链条与电磁离合器相连接,电磁离合器与减速机相连接,减速机与电动机相连接;在粉尘清扫室与气流出口仓支架设置有粉尘二次处理装置;本发明减少振打扬尘传统电除尘器的极板清灰依靠振打,将粉尘层从极板表面剥离,落入灰斗,可以有效地避免振打扬尘,显著减少电除尘出口器的粉尘排放浓度。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种刷扫装置,具体涉及一种对粉尘进行清扫的装置,特别涉及一种高压静电除尘器尾部电场智能刷扫振打装置。
背景技术
[0002] 我国对电厂和其它工业过程的粉尘排放出台了越来越严格的规定,出现了对更高效除尘设备的需求。其次,由于煤炭价格的不断攀升,以及国家节能降耗措施的具体实施,使原来废弃的低热值煤得到大量的使用,致使粉尘负荷超过原除尘设备的设计能力,导致排放超标,这就需要新的高效除尘技术来改造原有除尘器。
[0003] 静电除尘器是目前处理工业粉尘污染的主要设备,它的商业应用已达到100年历史。但是电除尘器的两个固有问题:二次扬尘和反电晕。电除尘器出口排放的粉尘中,有50%左右是由于末极电场振打二次扬尘引起的。振打二次扬尘是影响电除尘器效率的重要原因之一。无论采取何种振打方式清灰,都必然要引起振打二次扬尘。发生振打二次扬尘会使烟气中的粉尘受气流夹裹而直接逃离电场,还会使已被收集的粉尘脱离极板而重返气流。这些现象如果发生在前级电场,其他级的电场还将有一次再收集的机会,但是如果发生在最末级电场时,扬尘只能随着气流跑出去,造成出口排放量增加。
[0004] 电除尘过程包括粉尘的传输、荷电、驱极和收集,包含了机械、物理、化学、电气过程。现代电除尘研究认为,流场分布、电场分布、粉尘荷电和运动、极板粉尘层的清除等过程决定了除尘效率。对上述过程的改进,都可以提高电除尘器的除尘效果。为了能有效地解决传统电除尘器的固有缺陷,我们研制了一种尾部电场移动刷扫装置电除尘器,采用移动刷扫装置去除收尘电极上的粉尘,防止了收尘极振打二次扬尘和反电晕的发生。
发明内容
[0005] 针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种结构简单、操作方便、清扫彻底、维修方便、运行可靠、无扬尘、避免反电晕、自动化程度高的高压静电除尘器尾部电场智能刷扫振打装置。
[0006] 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种高压静电除尘器尾部电场智能刷扫振打装置,包括吹灰器、抑尘板电极电压下降装置、负压抽吸装置、粉尘进口、与粉尘进口相连通的安装有阳极板和阴极板的粉尘清扫室、与粉尘清扫室相连通的气流出口仓以及设置在粉尘清扫室底部的除尘器灰斗,所述的阳极板两侧设置有丝刷,丝刷固定安装在方钢上,方钢的两侧均通过钢丝绳分别与传动机构相连接,传动机构与连接杆相连接,连接杆通过传动链条与电磁离合器相连接,电磁离合器与减速机相连接,减速机与电动机相连接;在粉尘清扫室与气流出口仓支架设置有粉尘二次处理装置。
[0007] 所述的粉尘二次处理装置包括蒸汽吹灰管道、与蒸汽吹灰管道相连通的送气分流管道、横向设置在送气分流管道一侧的槽板、以及设置在槽板上的均匀分布的鳍片,在槽板的下部安装有振动装置。[0008] 所述的除尘器灰斗通过负压抽吸管道与负压抽吸装置相连通,负压抽吸装置通过送风管道与外界相连通。
[0009] 所述的丝刷两端设置有碳刷,在碳刷、丝刷外部套装有防尘罩,防尘罩与阳极板的筋板相连接。
[0010] 所述的丝刷活动安装在阳极板两侧,其数量是阳极板数量的两倍。
[0011] 所述的气流出口仓上安装有烟气粉尘浓度监测装置,烟气粉尘浓度监测装置通过导线与使吹灰器、抑尘板电极电压下降装置、负压抽吸装置相连接。

[0014] 本发明具有如下的积极效果:
[0015] 首先,本发明减少振打扬尘传统电除尘器的极板清灰依靠振打,将粉尘层从极板表面剥离,落入灰斗。在这一过程中,有相当一部分灰尘会再次被气流带走,成为再飞扬粉尘。这种再次被气流带走的粉尘,就称为振打扬尘。根据上个世纪70年代的研究,对于除尘效率98%左右的电除尘器,这部分振打扬尘可以占总排放粉尘量的30% ;对于近年来除尘效率高于99.5%的电除尘器,振打扬尘占总排放粉尘量的50%左右。移动刷扫装置的电除尘器的极板清灰不是依靠振打,而是凭借设置在烟气流场中的丝刷清扫,可以有效地避免振打扬尘,显著减少电除尘出口器的粉尘排放浓度。
[0016] 其次,本发明清灰效果彻底,依靠振打清灰的电除尘器极板表面往往有一层清不掉的灰,这部分灰紧贴极板金属表面,是电除尘器在常温状态开始通烟气时,烟气中的水分和酸露与粉尘结合所形成。而采用丝刷清灰,可以彻底刷除极板表面的粉尘层,露出金属表面。
[0017] 再次,本发明避免反电晕,移动刷扫装置的电除尘器的丝刷彻底清除了极板上的粉尘层,消除了极板粉尘层产生的电压降,用于粉尘收尘的有效电晕功率提高。除此以外,该技术还可以避免反电晕的产生,特别适合于高比电阻粉尘的收集。当电流经过沉积在极板上的粉尘层时,将在粉尘内产生电场,可以使粉尘层内的空气产生局部放电。这种局部放电就称为反电晕。反电晕产生极性相反的电荷,从粉尘层发出的正电荷中和了烟气中粉尘的负电荷,从而削弱了除尘过程。被中和的粉尘颗粒在气流中运动时,不能被捕集。在反电晕条件下,除尘效率严重降低。采用移动刷扫装置的电除尘器,由于极板清灰彻底,使极板一直处于清洁状态。在两次刷灰的间隔时间里,极板表面还不能形成连续的粉尘层,建立不起强的粉尘层电场,也就不会出现由于粉尘层气隙击穿所引发的反电晕。
[0018] 另外,本发明实现全自动智能化控制,对电除尘器运行的控制实现全自动智能化控制,使对电除尘器的运行调整实现全过程动态化、实事化,它的使用使除尘器的运行和管理上了一个新的台阶,减少了操作人员的工作量,并且为除尘器长期稳定的运行创造了条件。

[0027] 如图1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8所示,一种高压静电除尘器尾部电场智能刷扫振打装置,包括吹灰器、抑尘板电极电压下降装置、负压抽吸装置、粉尘进口 1、与粉尘进口 I相连通的安装有阳极板13和阴极板的粉尘清扫室2、与粉尘清扫室2相连通的气流出口仓3以及设置在粉尘清扫室2底部的除尘器灰斗4,所述的阳极板13两侧设置有丝刷12,丝刷12固定安装在方钢16上,方钢16的两侧均通过钢丝绳11分别与传动机构10相连接,传动机构10与连接杆9相连接,连接杆9通过传动链条5与电磁离合器6相连接,电磁离合器6与减速机7相连接,减速机7与电动机8相连接;在粉尘清扫室2与气流出口仓3支架设置有粉尘二次处理装置。

[0029] 为解决电除尘器最末端电场振打装置产生的二次扬尘问题,本发明采用移动的丝刷12对阳极板进行移动刷扫,丝刷12可以是金属材料,也可以是非金属材料,在每块阳极板13两侧面安装丝刷12,传动机构10与连接杆9带动多组极板丝刷12刷扫,拉动每组丝刷12,并依靠每组丝刷12的重力作用完成清扫作业,传动端固定在电除尘器上部夹层内,不占用空间且电机安装在电除尘器顶部实行变频控制。
[0030] 采用丝刷12的电除尘器的工作原理与传统电除尘器一样,仍然是依靠静电力来收集粉尘。来自高压直流电源的高电压施加到电晕线上,电晕线产生电晕放电,流经电场的烟气中的粉尘荷电后,在电场力作用下,被收集到极板上,但极板清灰不是依靠振打,而是凭借设置在阳极板两侧的上下移动的丝刷12清灰。
[0031] 固定在末端电场阳极板两侧的丝刷12向上移动依靠固定在电除尘器顶部的电动机8来驱动,在转轴上安装有电磁离合器6,在向下移动时电磁离合器分离,依靠丝刷12的自重自动移动;刷子的两端采用碳刷18固定,可以有效地减少摩擦阻力;齿轮箱内部转动部分的润滑采用碳粉,可有效的解决高温问题。传动端固定在电除尘器上部夹层内,不占用空间。电机安装在电除尘器顶部实行变频控制。[0032] 气流出口仓3与粉尘清扫室2之间安装粉尘二次处理装置,粉尘二次处理装置包括蒸汽吹灰管道21、与蒸汽吹灰管道21相连通的送气分流管道22、横向设置在送气分流管道22 —侧的槽板24,在槽板上匀分布着鳍片25,在槽板24的下部安装有振动装置14。并在抑尘板下部安装高效鳞片;在除尘器灰斗4部分采用负压抽吸,负压抽吸管道19自动控制,在蒸汽吹灰管道21动作的同时负压抽吸同时开启。
[0033] 在安装丝刷12的刷架沿风速方向前后端有一定的夹角,夹角根据实际情况进行调整,在丝刷外侧安装防尘罩15。
[0034] 如图5、8所示,本发明在气流出口仓3上安装有烟气粉尘浓度监测装置26,当烟气粉尘浓度3 20mg/m3时,烟气粉尘浓度监测装置会自动检测并通过智能控制器发出动作信号,使吹灰器、抑尘板电极电压下降装置、负压抽吸装置同时动作,以增强吹灰效果。当烟气粉尘浓度< 20mg/m3时,吹灰器、抑尘板电极电压下降装置与负压抽吸装置停止动作。
[0035] 本发明经过多次试验,在电除尘器进出口安装烟气在线监测系统,根据根据出口粉尘含量及进口粉尘含量,通过智能控制器进行逻辑运算、算术计算及顺序控制实现对电场电压、振打频率及除灰程序,实现电除尘器运行的智能化控制。

1.一种高压静电除尘器尾部电场智能刷扫振打装置,包括吹灰器、抑尘板电极电压下降装置、负压抽吸装置、粉尘进口(I)、与粉尘进口(I)相连通的安装有阳极板(13)和阴极板的粉尘清扫室(2)、与粉尘清扫室(2)相连通的气流出口仓(3)以及设置在粉尘清扫室(2)底部的除尘器灰斗(4),其特征在于:所述的阳极板(13)两侧设置有丝刷(12),丝刷(12)固定安装在方钢(16)上,方钢(16)的两侧均通过钢丝绳(11)分别与传动机构(10)相连接,传动机构(10)与连接杆(9)相连接,连接杆(9)通过传动链条(5)与电磁离合器(6)相连接,电磁离合器(6)与减速机(7)相连接,减速机(7)与电动机(8)相连接;在粉尘清扫室(2)与气流出口仓(3)支架设置有粉尘二次处理装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压静电除尘器尾部电场智能刷扫振打装置,其特征在于:所述的粉尘二次处理装置包括蒸汽吹灰管道(21)、与蒸汽吹灰管道(21)相连通的送气分流管道(22)、横向设置在送气分流管道(22)—侧的槽板(24)、以及设置在槽板上的均匀分布的鳍片(25),在槽板(24)的下部安装有振动装置(14)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高压静电除尘器尾部电场智能刷扫振打装置,其特征在于:所述的除尘器灰斗(4)通过负压抽吸管道(19)与负压抽吸装置相连通,负压抽吸装置通过送风管道(20)与外界相连通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高压静电除尘器尾部电场智能刷扫振打装置,其特征在于:所述的丝刷(12)两端设置有碳刷(18),在碳刷(18)、丝刷(12)外部套装有防尘罩(15),防尘罩(15)与阳极板(13)的筋板(17)相连接。
