本发明涉及一种高效连续绳状水洗机，它由若干台单级U型水洗机并列联接而成；单级U型水洗机，包括U形箱体、一对轧辊、喷淋器、加热器、水斗、转辊、输水管Ⅰ、输水管Ⅱ和水泵；其中喷淋器设置在U形箱体一端口处，在喷淋器上方设置一对轧辊；水斗在U形箱体另一端口处，在水斗上方设置一转辊；加热器设置在U形箱体外的U形凹口中，喷淋器和加热器通过输水管Ⅰ连接，加热器通过输水管Ⅱ与U形箱体底部连通，水泵连接在输水管Ⅱ上；每台单级U型水洗机中安装有喷淋器的端口、安装有水斗的端口相对应的分别与相邻的另一台安装有水斗的端口、安装有喷淋器的端口紧靠在一起。本发明具有结构紧凑，设备占地面积小，用水量小的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水洗机，尤其涉及一种高效连续绳状水洗机。
背景技术
   目前传统的针织水洗设备是由多台间歇单元机前后联接组成，由此造成设备长度长，长度一般在140米以上，占地面积也就很大，比较浪费生产场地，同时各个单元机的用水量都比较大，由此整个设备在其工作过程中的耗水量就很大。
发明内容
针对上述缺点，本发明的目的在于提供一种体积小、占地面积小和节约用水量的高效连续绳状水洗机。
本发明的技术内容为，高效连续绳状水洗机，其特征是它由若干台单级U型水洗机并列联接而成；单级U型水洗机，包括U形箱体、一对轧辊、喷淋器、加热器、水斗、转辊、输水管Ⅰ、输水管Ⅱ和水泵；其中喷淋器设置在U形箱体一端口处，在喷淋器上方设置一对轧辊；水斗在U形箱体另一端口处，在水斗上方设置一转辊；加热器设置在U形箱体外的U形凹口中，喷淋器和加热器通过输水管Ⅰ连接，加热器通过输水管Ⅱ与U形箱体底部连通，水泵连接在输水管Ⅱ上；每台单级U型水洗机中安装有喷淋器的端口、安装有水斗的端口相对应的分别与相邻的另一台安装有水斗的端口、安装有喷淋器的端口紧靠在一起。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点为：本发明结构紧凑，单级U型水洗机体积小，从而使设备整体体积变小，设备的占地面积就相应变小，同时由于单级U型水洗机体积小，其用水量也小。

具体实施例
如图1和图2所示，高效连续绳状水洗机，其特征是它由若干台单级U型水洗机1并列联接而成；单级U型水洗机1，包括U形箱体1.1、一对轧辊1.2、喷淋器1.3、加热器1.4、水斗1.5、转辊1.6、输水管Ⅰ1.7、输水管Ⅱ1.8、水泵1.9；其中喷淋器1.3设置在U形箱体1.1一端口处，在喷淋器1.3上方设置一对轧辊1.2；水斗1.5在U形箱体1.1另一端口处，在水斗1.5上方设置一转辊1.6；加热器1.4设置在U形箱体1.1外的U形凹口1.10中，喷淋器1.3和加热器1.4通过输水管Ⅰ1.7连接，加热器1.4通过输水管Ⅱ1.8与U形箱体1.1底部连通，水泵1.9连接在输水管Ⅱ1.8上；每台单级U型水洗机1中安装有喷淋器1.3的端口、安装有水斗1.5的端口相对应的分别与相邻的另一台安装有水斗1.5的端口、安装有喷淋器1.3端口紧靠在一起。
本发明的工作原理为：布料由最前的第一台单级U型水洗机1的一对轧辊1.2输入U形箱体1.1中，同时水泵1.9将U形箱体1.1中的清洗液通过输水管Ⅱ1.8输入加热器1.4加热，再通过输水管Ⅰ1.7输入喷淋器1.3对布料进行喷淋，布料在U形箱体1.1中堆置后经水斗1.5和转辊1.6由后续相邻的另一台单级U型水洗机1的一对轧辊1.2将布料输入另一台单级U型水洗机1中继续水洗。

1.高效连续绳状水洗机，其特征是它由若干台单级U型水洗机(1)并列联接而成；单级U型水洗机(1)，包括U形箱体(1.1)、一对轧辊(1.2)、喷淋器(1.3)、加热器(1.4)、水斗(1.5)、转辊(1.6)、输水管Ⅰ(1.7)、输水管Ⅱ(1.8)、水泵(1.9)；其中喷淋器(1.3)设置在U形箱体(1.1)一端口处，在喷淋器(1.3)上方设置一对轧辊(1.2)；水斗(1.5)在U形箱体(1.1)另一端口处，在水斗(1.5)上方设置一转辊(1.6)；加热器(1.4)设置在U形箱体(1.1)外的U形凹口(1.10)中，喷淋器(1.3)和加热器(1.4)通过输水管Ⅰ(1.7)连接，加热器(1.4)通过输水管Ⅱ(1.8)与U形箱体(1.1)底部连通，水泵(1.9)连接在输水管Ⅱ(1.8)上；每台单级U型水洗机(1)中安装有喷淋器(1.3)的端口、安装有水斗(1.5)的端口相对应的分别与相邻的另一台安装有水斗(1.5)的端口、安装有喷淋器(1.3)端口紧靠在一起。
