Abstract
本发明公开了一种利用糖蜜生产酒精的废水制备混凝土液体外加剂的方法,其包括将回收的糖蜜生产酒精废水蒸发浓缩至酒精浓度为35-39%的浓缩液,按浓缩液重量的0.2-0.4%掺入木质素磺酸盐混凝土减水剂改性剂,调整其酸碱度至pH3.5,即得混凝土减水剂。经试验表明:减水率可达到8-9%,对混凝土强度不降低,对钢筋锈蚀没有锈蚀影响,与现有技术相比,既能节约氢氧钠的用量,又能降低废水蒸发浓缩的能源用量,就地使用不须烘干,既能做普通混凝土的减水剂,也可用于混凝土外加剂的缓凝剂,还能与萘系等其他高效减水剂复配用于混凝土泵送剂和用于冶炼行业有色金属做冶炼的矿粉团、耐火材料以及陶瓷制品的粘结剂;另外,其工艺简单,设备投资少,易于操作和实施。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用糖蜜生产酒精的废水制备混凝土液体外加剂的方法。
背景技术
混凝土减水剂的胶砂减水率是一项重要技术指标。《林产化工通讯》1994年第1期刊登的《用栲胶设备生产粉状糖蜜减水剂开发研究》,介绍了一种利用糖蜜生产酒精的废水制造混凝土减水剂的方法,其糖蜜生产酒精废液浓度为4-8°Be’,pH值为5-6,蒸发浓缩至45-70%浓度后加调节剂进行中和反应,调节pH值至合适值,再喷雾干燥,制成粉状减水剂。采用这种方法制造的减水剂,经减水率和强度试验(见表1)表明:其胶砂减水率为6-7%,虽然能够达到GB8076-1997老标准普通减水剂的要求,但却低于国家标准GB8076-2008普通减水剂的减水率不小于8%的要求,且其设备投资大、工艺复杂。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够符合国家标准GB8076-2008普通减水剂的减水率要求,且工艺简单、设备投资少的利用糖蜜生产酒精的废水制备混凝土液体外加剂的方法。
其技术方案是:一种利用糖蜜生产酒精的废水制备混凝土液体外加剂的方法,其特征在于:包括将回收的糖蜜生产酒精废水蒸发浓缩至酒精浓度为35-39%的浓缩液,按浓缩液重量的0.2-0.4%掺入木质素磺酸盐混凝土减水剂改性剂,调整其酸碱度至pH3.5,即得混凝土液体外加剂。
其技术效果是:本发明采用物理和化学的方法对糖蜜生产酒精的废水进行改性处理制备得到的混凝土液体外加剂,经试验表明:减水率可达到8-9%,且对混凝土强度不降低(见表2),对钢筋锈蚀没有锈蚀影响(见表3),与上述现有技术相比,其不仅能提高减水率2%,而且能节约氢氧钠的用量,降低废水蒸发浓缩的能源用量,且就地使用不须烘干,既能做普通混凝土的减水剂,也可用于混凝土外加剂的缓凝剂(见表4),还能与萘系等其他高效减水剂复配用于混凝土泵送剂(见表5)和用于冶炼行业有色金属做冶炼的矿粉团、耐火材料以及陶瓷制品的粘结剂;另外,其工艺简单,设备投资少,易于操作和实施。

具体实施方式
实施例1。将回收的糖蜜生产酒精废水蒸发浓缩至酒精浓度为35%的浓缩液,按浓缩液重量的0.3%掺入木质素磺酸盐混凝土减水剂改性剂(由十二醇硫酸钠4-50%,三乙醇胺5-95%,消泡剂0.05-2%混合制得。详见中国专利ZL200410065665.7),调整其酸碱度至pH3.5,即得混凝土液体外加剂。采用测试减水剂的方法,按水泥重量的0.5%掺入本发明的混凝土液体外加剂,混合均匀后进行减水率和强度试验(见表2、4),即能得到符合国标GB8076-2008要求的混凝土外加剂标准型普通减水剂和混凝土外加剂缓凝型普通减水剂的缓凝剂。
实施例2。将回收的糖蜜生产酒精废水蒸发浓缩至酒精浓度为36%的浓缩液,按浓缩液重量的0.4%掺入木质素磺酸盐混凝土减水剂改性剂,调整其酸碱度至pH3.5,即得混凝土液体外加剂。采用测试混凝土泵送剂的方法,按混凝土胶凝料重量的1.5%,掺入由引气剂、葡萄糖酸钠、萘系高效减水剂(粉剂)、水和本混凝土液体外加剂混合的混合液(混合液的比例为1∶15∶200∶584∶200)进行试验(见表4),即能得到符合国标GB8076-2008要求的混凝土泵送剂(见表5)。

1.一种利用糖蜜生产酒精的废水制备混凝土液体外加剂的方法,其特征在于:包括将回收的糖蜜生产酒精废水蒸发浓缩至酒精浓度为35-39%的浓缩液,按浓缩液重量的0.2-0.4%掺入木质素磺酸盐混凝土减水剂改性剂,调整其酸碱度至pH3.5,即得混凝土液体外加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用糖蜜生产酒精的废水制备混凝土液体外加剂的方法,其特征在于:所述混凝土液体外加剂用于混凝土减水剂、混凝土缓凝剂、混凝土泵送剂和冶炼行业有色金属做冶炼的矿粉团、耐火材料以及陶瓷制品的粘结剂。
