Abstract

一种低速电动汽车的充电禁行装置,属于电动汽车技术领域,涉及一种充电辅助装置。该装置在充电机内置继电器,继电器的一个触点连接电机控制器的控制器电源进线,另一端点连接钥匙启动开关。本发明电路简单,使用电器元件少,能有效的杜绝电动汽车处于充电状态时的误操作启动,只有在拔下充电线的情况下才能启动行车,杜绝安全隐患。

本发明属于电动汽车技术领域,涉及一种充电辅助装置。
背景技术
现在充电口都是设置在左后门的附近,即类似燃油车的加油口位置,充电时连接的全部都是220v的交流市电,如果司机在启动车辆时忘记拔掉充电线,车辆开走的话会造成一定的人身及车辆危险。
中国知识产权局的中国专利库中公开了一种电动汽车行车充电互锁装置,公开号是CN102069715A,这种禁行装置增加了断路器、若干接触器、分流器、电压传感器及若干熔断器,上述禁行装置成本高,结构复杂,不便于操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种低速电动汽车的充电禁行装置,以解决现有技术启动车辆时忘记拔掉充电线,车辆开走的话会造成一定的人身及车辆危险;以及现有技术电动汽车行车充电互锁装置成本高,结构复杂,不便于操作等问题。
本发明主要由充电插头、充电机、启动开关、电池组、电子油门、电机控制器及直流动力电机组成,解决其问题所采用的技术方案是在充电机内置继电器,继电器的一个触点连接电机控制器的控制器电源进线,另一端点连接钥匙启动开关。
采用本发明的积极效果是电路简单,使用电器元件少,能有效的杜绝电动汽车处于充电状态时的误操作启动,只有在拔下充电线的情况下才能启动行车,杜绝安全隐患。

具体实施方式
如图所示:在充电机2内置常闭继电器3,继电器3的触点连接电机控制器8的控制器电源进线7,继电器3的另一端点连接钥匙启动开关4。直流动力电机9与现有技术的结构相同。
此继电器线圈受充电机控制电路控制,当车辆处于充电状态时,该继电器3线圈通电触点断开,电机控制器8控制电源断开,电机控制器8不工作,即使启动开关4,电机控制器8仍处于失电状态,驱动电机不会驱动车辆,只有拔下充电端,充电机2不充电了,继电器3的线圈失电,触点闭合,钥匙启动开关4才能使电机控制器8的控制电源端供电,电机控制器8才能工作,才能驱动车辆行驶。

1.一种低速电动汽车的充电禁行装置,主要由充电插头、充电机、启动开关、电池组、电子油门、电机控制器及直流动力电机组成,其特征是在充电机内置继电器,继电器的一个触点连接电机控制器的控制器电源进线,另一端点连接钥匙启动开关。
