实施例5：含有人参与藏红花、海马的胶囊剂的制备
人参3克，藏红花2克，海马4克
将上述中药材干燥粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀，装入硬将囊壳，制得本发明的中药组合物。
实施例6：含有人参与藏红花、海马的胶囊剂的制备
人参为30克，藏红花为25克，海马30克
将上述中药材干燥粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀，装入硬将囊壳，制得本发明的中药组合物。
试验实施例1：本发明对小鼠免疫功能的影响试验
1、检测产品：实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5的产品为样品。
2、检测用动物：小鼠、大鼠，雌雄各半。
3、检验依据：卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003版)
4、检测项目：
4.1体重，胸腺/体重比值，脾脏/体重比值
4.2comA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验(MTT法)
4.3二硝基氟苯诱导的小鼠迟发性变态反应(DTH)
4.4抗体生成细胞检测(Jerne改良玻片法)
4.5血清溶血素试验
4.6小鼠碳廓清试验
4.7小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验(滴片法)
4.8NK细胞活性测定
5、检测结果及判定
5.1实验动物的体重，胸腺/体重比值，脾脏/体重比值的检测结果表明，在本试验条件下，所实样品在500、1000、3000mg\kg(分别相当于成人每日每千克体重推荐摄入量的5倍、10倍、30倍)剂量时，五组样品对动物的体重，胸腺/体重比值，脾脏/体重比值均未见明显影响。
5.2comA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验(MTT法)结果表明，在本实验条件下，各剂量组光密度差值与溶剂对照组值比较，均无统计学显著性差异(P＞0.05)。提示样品无增强小鼠淋巴细胞增殖能力。
5.3二硝基氟苯诱导的小鼠迟发性变态反应(DTH)结果表明，在本实验条件下，各剂量组光密度差值与溶剂对照组值比较，五组样品均无统计学显著性差异(P＞0.05)。提示样品具有增强二硝基氟苯引起的小鼠迟发性变态反应作用。试验剂量组为阳性，提示样品可增强小鼠细胞免疫功能。
5.4抗体生成细胞检测(Jerne改良玻片法)结果表明，在本试验条件下，各剂量组溶血空斑数均高于溶剂对照组值，且低、中剂量组有统计学显著差异(P＜0.05)，提示样品具有增强小鼠产生抗体生产细胞的能力。
5.5血清溶血素试验结果表明，在本实验条件下，各剂量组小鼠血清半数溶血值与溶剂对照组值比较，均无统计学显著差异(P＞0.05)。提示样品无增强小鼠产生血清溶血素的能力。一项试验的剂量组为阳性，提示样品可增强小鼠体液免疫功能。
5.6小鼠碳廓清试验结果表明，在本实验条件下，各剂量组小鼠的吞噬植树A与溶剂对照组值比较，均无统计学显著性差异(P＞0.05)。提示样品五增强碳廓清能力的作用。
5.7小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验(滴片法)结果表明，在本试验条件下，各个样品及各剂量组小鼠的单核-巨噬细胞吞噬百分率及吞噬指数与溶剂对照组值比较，均无统计学显著性差异(P＞0.05)。提示样品五增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力的作用。试验结果均为阴性，提示样品无增强小鼠单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能。
5.8NK细胞活性测定结果表明，在本试验条件下，各剂量组小鼠的NK细胞活性均高于溶剂对照组值，且高剂量组有统计学显著性差异(P＜0.05)，提示样品具有增强小鼠的NK细胞活性的作用。
综合以上试验结果，根据保健食品增强免疫力功能评价标准，本发明组方4个样品均具有增强免疫力的功能。
试验例2：本发明对改善人体免疫功能的临床疗效
儿童：免疫功能低下，易感冒，平均每月两次以上，或一年内患有肺炎两次以上的患者。
老年病人：患多种慢性疾病，诊断为肺气虚证的患者。
2、服药方法及疗程：
口服本发明实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5的产品为样品。对照：人参、藏红花、海马单剂胶囊，以及人参+藏红花胶囊(1∶1)、藏红花+海马胶囊(1∶1)、人参+海马胶囊(1∶1)
成人：每次3例，每日3次。
6岁以下儿童：每次1粒，每日2-3次。
6岁以上儿童：每次2粒，每次2-3次。
以上病人均以一个月为一疗程，其治疗1-3个疗程。
3、观察方法：
进行血、尿、便常规化验和心、肺功能检查，并观察：发热、恶寒，鼻部症状，咽部症状及全身情况以及查体温，咽扁桃体，舌象脉象，指纹等变化，分别进行疗效评价。

本发明药物副作用：服药期间少数患者口干，便干外，均无任何不良反应，停药或减量、口感，便干症状消失。
试验实施例3：本发明对改善和促进小鼠睡眠试验
利用本发明制剂(实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5)对其急性毒性、三项致突变和改善睡眠进行检测，得出如下结果：五个制剂对两性别的SPF级昆明种小鼠经口毒性，一次灌胃量达10.0g/kg.bw，一周内动物均未见明显中毒症状，无动物死亡，按急性毒性分级标准规定，该受试动物属无毒级。三项目致突变试验(小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、Ames试验)结果均为阴性；30天喂养试验结果表明：该受试物按0.28、0.70、1.40g/kg.bw剂量(分别相当于推荐人群日摄入量0.014g/kg.bw的20、50、100倍)对wistar大鼠的临床检查、血液学、生化学、脏器重量和系数以及病理组织学等指标均无明显影响，未发现受试动物有明显的毒性作用；
采用SPF级昆明小鼠，连续给予受试物20天改善睡眠作用试验结果表明：1)该受试物低、中、高剂量组明显延长阈剂量戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时间，差异有显著性；2)中、高剂量组能明显提高阈下剂量戊比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠发生率，且差异有显著性；3)中、高剂量组能明显缩短巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠潜伏期，且差异有显著性；以上结果表明：该受试物与戊巴比妥钠、巴比妥钠有协同睡眠作用。说明本发明的组合物对小鼠的睡眠有显著促进作用。
试验实施例4：本发明对小鼠抗疲劳的影响试验
本发明制剂(实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5、实施例6)对小鼠抗疲劳影响试验。按表2所示剂量灌胃给药，每日1次，连续10日，正常对照组及模型组给予等体积蒸馏水，体积均为20ml/kg。并于试验开始第一天。于末次给药后1小时，将动物放入15±1℃的游泳槽中，观察小鼠放入水中沉至水底再无力浮起的时间为持续游泳时间。结果见表2.由表2结果可见，本发明的组合物可明显延长小鼠低温持续游泳时间。

试验结果表明，本发明的制剂可显著延长小鼠低温持续游泳时间，表明本发明的制剂对小鼠有较好的抗疲劳效果。
试验实施例5：本发明的制剂对男性阳痿患者治疗临床试验
1、临床资料：参加试验的总人数：204人，参加试验年龄结构：30岁以下45人，31-40岁73人，41-50岁60人，51-60岁47人，61岁以上32人。病史最长10年，最短2个月。平均病程13.5个月。按照试验需要每个年龄段分四组，分别参加本发明四个实施例的验证试验。以海马单剂胶囊为对照，对照组中，30岁以下8人，31-40岁10人，41-50岁12人，51-60岁11人，61岁以上9人。体查：性器官发育正常。临床主要表现：房事时阴精不能正常勃起，虽通过感官刺激或生殖器接触阴精能勉强勃起，但不能坚挺，不能满意插入阴道，或插入后在1-2分钟内萎软。或伴有腰漆酸痛、头晕耳鸣、遗精、早泄、夜间尿多，甚至胃寒肢冷、面色苍白。
2、治疗方法：早晚各服1次，每次3克。15天为一个疗程，用药期间，不加其他药物。用药期间观察、记录患者用药前后症状变化情况，每周进行临床观察记录一次，并在治疗前后常规检查肝功能、肾功能、血常规等。对照药剂：海马单剂胶囊；海马+人参胶囊(海马∶人参＝1∶1)。
3、临床观察
3.1疗效治愈标准：感官刺激或生殖器接触时阴精能正常勃起，完成正常房事过程可达5分钟以上，随访一年以上无复发。显效：感官刺激能勃起但不坚挺，生殖器接触时常能正常勃起并完成房事过程，但时间在3-5分钟以内。有效：基本上能满足阴茎的插入，完成房事过程时间不超过3分钟。无效：治疗前后性能无明显改变，不能完成正常房事。
3.2治疗结果最短1个疗程，最长5个疗程。结果总有效率均达到86％，明显优于对照药剂。
表3不同年龄治疗效果比较
从表中可以看出，50岁以下患者用本发明制剂效果良好，随着年龄的增长，效果不佳，其原因可能是随着年龄的增长，机体对药物的反应性下降有关。表明本发明的制剂对阳痿(主治肾阳虚证)有显著治疗效果。
Claims (6)
1.一种具有协同提高人体机体免疫力、抗疲劳作用和滋阴补肾的保健品组合物，其特征在于其有效成分为人参、藏红花和海马，并按照下述重量份的原料组成：人参为5-50份，藏红花为4-40份，海马5-45份。
2.根据权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于总有效组分中，按重量份：人参为5-30份，藏红花为4-25份，海马5-30份。
3.根据权利要求1的组合物，其特征在于所述的组合物为口服剂型的制剂。
4.权利要求1的组合物在制备具有提高免疫力保健药物中的用途。
5.权利要求1的组合物在制备具有抗疲劳保健药物中的用途。
6.权利要求1的组合物在制备具有滋阴补肾中药中的用途。
