本发明公开了一种高贴服高导电光伏焊带,包括电池片、下锡层、铜基带和上锡层,所述上锡层、铜基带和下锡层依次从上到下贴附于位于所述电池片的上侧面上的银浆层的上侧面上,所述铜基带上对称形成两个朝向上锡层方向的凸槽。该光伏焊带既可保证铜基带和电池片之间的连接强度,又可保证焊带的导电性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高贴服高导电光伏焊带。
背景技术
光伏焊带是光伏组件的主要辅料之一,在太阳能电池板上起着连接硅片和导电的作用,其内在的导电性、可焊性和伸长率对光伏组件的质量起着至关重要的作用。
随着光伏技术的不断发展,硅片的各项参数较之以前有很大改进,尤其是单位面积的硅片功率越来越高,可光伏焊带的导电性能却没有多大变化,并越来越成为提高硅片功率的瓶颈之一。光伏焊带的导电性能主要是由其中的铜基带完成的,铜基带越接近电池片上的导电珊线,电池片导出的电量越大,导电性能越好,而传统光伏焊带为了保证与导电珊线的连接强度,在铜基带与导电珊线之间要保证下锡层的厚度在0.015mm-0.02mm之间,由于锡的导电性能较差,造成焊带的导电性能变差。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种高贴服高导电光伏焊带,该光伏焊带既可保证铜基带和电池片之间的连接强度,又可保证焊带的导电性能。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高贴服高导电光伏焊带,包括电池片、下锡层、铜基带和上锡层,所述上锡层、铜基带和下锡层依次从上到下贴附于位于所述电池片的上侧面上的银浆层的上侧面上,所述铜基带上对称形成两个朝向上锡层方向的凸槽。这样,可使铜基带在没有凸槽位置处和电池片靠的更近,从而提高焊带的导电性,同时由于两凸槽处下锡层厚度变大,又不影响铜基带和电池片之间的连接强度。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述凸槽的截面呈矩形。
本发明的有益效果是:通过使铜基带预先加工成异形铜基带,即在铜基带上对称加工形成两个凸槽,这样可使铜基带在凸槽处与电池片之间的下锡层变厚,而在其他位置处的下锡层的厚度变薄,从而在既可保证铜基带和电池片之间的连接强度,又可保证铜基带和电池片之间电量的传导,从而保证焊带的导电性能。

具体实施方式
一种高贴服高导电光伏焊带,包括电池片1、下锡层2、铜基带3和上锡层4,所述上锡层、铜基带和下锡层依次从上到下贴附于位于所述电池片的上侧面上的银浆层5的上侧面上,其特征在于:所述铜基带上对称形成两个朝向上锡层方向的凸槽6。这样,可使铜基带在没有凸槽位置处和电池片靠的更近,从而提高焊带的导电性,同时由于两凸槽处下锡层厚度变大,又不影响铜基带和电池片之间的连接强度。
优选的,上述凸槽的截面呈矩形。

1.一种高贴服高导电光伏焊带,包括电池片(1)、下锡层(2)、铜基带(3)和上锡层(4),所述上锡层、铜基带和下锡层依次从上到下贴附于位于所述电池片的上侧面上的银浆层(5)的上侧面上,其特征在于:所述铜基带上对称形成两个朝向上锡层方向的凸槽(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高贴服高导电光伏焊带,其特征在于:所述凸槽的截面呈矩形。
