本发明公开了一种多层精馏塔，包括塔体，塔体顶部设有出气口，出气口下方依次设有一号液体分布器、一号填料层、二号液体分布器和二号填料层，塔体侧壁且二号填料层下方设有入气口，所述塔体底部设有出液口。本发明结构简单，设计科学合理，运行成本低，维护方便，适合大范围推广使用。

技术领域
本发明属于化工领域，具体涉及一种多层精馏塔。
背景技术
在生产脱硫剂过程中，由于原设备的设计缺陷，导致在处理时往往要通过导入多次液体试剂才能达到精馏指标，这样首先造成了试剂的大量浪费；其次，对精馏塔内部的设计要求高，必须设计多个填料层和液体分布器，大大减少了反应空间，降低了生产效率。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种多层精馏塔。
技术方案：为了达到上述目的，本发明具体是这样来完成的：一种多层精馏塔，包括塔体，塔体顶部设有出气口，出气口下方依次设有一号液体分布器、一号填料层、二号液体分布器和二号填料层，塔体侧壁且二号填料层下方设有入气口，所述塔体底部设有出液口。
为了使从一号填料层滤过的试剂更均匀地分布在二号填料层，所述二号液体分布器与一号填料层的横截面面积相等。
有益效果：本发明结构简单，设计科学合理，运行成本低，维护方便，适合大范围推广使用。

如附图所示，本发明提供的一种多层精馏塔，包括塔体1，塔体1顶部设有出气口2，出气口2下方依次设有一号液体分布器3、一号填料层4、二号液体分布器5和二号填料层6，塔体1侧壁且二号填料层6下方设有入气口7，所述塔体1底部设有出液口8。

1.一种多层精馏塔，其特征在于，包括塔体(1)，塔体(1)顶部设有出气口(2)，出气口(2)下方依次设有一号液体分布器(3)、一号填料层(4)、二号液体分布器(5)和二号填料层(6)，塔体(1)侧壁且二号填料层(6)下方设有入气口(7)，所述塔体(1)底部设有出液口(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层精馏塔，其特征在于，所述二号液体分布器(5)与一号填料层(4)的横截面面积相等。
