本发明涉及一种电器元件,具体讲是一种插座。
背景技术
传统的插座包括壳体,壳体上设有插孔,插孔内设有金属弹片,当插头的插针插入插座的插孔后,金属弹片将插针卡紧。在拔插头时,往往由于插头的插针与插孔内的金属弹片卡的太紧而导致插头很难拔出,费力不方便,甚至在拔插头过程中,尤其是老年人力量小只拔出一截插针,这时继续拔插头可能会触碰到插针,造成安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供拔插头过程省力、方便、安全的插座。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种插座,它包括壳体,壳体上设有配合插头的插针的插孔,插孔内设有金属弹片,它还包括杠杆、位于插孔下方的托板和与壳体固定的导向柱,导向柱与插孔的长度方向平行,托板贯穿有通孔,托板经通孔套合在导向柱上,托板上设有与每个插孔一一对应的凸柱,杠杆的中段与壳体铰接,杠杆的下端与托板铰接。
采用以上结构的插座与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
需要将插头从插座拔出时,下压杠杆的上端,使得杠杆绕着其中段的铰接点转动,带动杠杆下端抬升,进而带动托板沿着导向柱向上运动,而托板上的凸柱向上运动的时候,就会将插头的插针从插座的插孔中顶起,由于杠杆能够省力,且凸柱与插孔内的插针正对,这样,能轻松便捷的将插针从插孔顶出,整个过程省力方便快捷,而且拔插头过程中不会触碰到插针,杜绝触电隐患,十分安全。
作为改进,它还包括用于复位托板的弹簧,这样,人们松手后,弹簧能将托板自动复位,同时带动杠杆的上端也复位,方便下一次下压杠杆上端来拔插头的过程。
作为还改进,壳体下端设有容置托板的导向孔,导向孔的上端设有安装孔,导向柱的上端固定在安装孔的孔底壁,弹簧套合在导向柱上,弹簧的上端与安装孔的孔底壁抵紧,弹簧的下端与托板抵紧,这样,人们松开杠杆后,弹簧将托板自动下压,进而带动杠杆的上端自动上升复位,而且,安装在安装孔内的弹簧固定更牢固稳定。
作为再改进,杠杆下端设有第一轴,托板的下端面设有轴座,第一轴套合在轴座的轴孔内,这样的结构简单,装配方便。
作为进一步改进,杠杆的中段设有第二轴,壳体固定有支架,支架的上端设有圆缺槽,杠杆的第二轴容置在支架的圆缺槽内,这样的结构便于装配,而且装配后能方便将杠杆的中段铰接在壳体上,结构稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,本发明插座,它包括壳体1。壳体1上设有配合插头2的插针2.1的插孔4,插孔4内设有金属弹片4.1。该插座还包括杠杆5、位于插孔4下方的托板6、与壳体1固定的导向柱7和用于复位托板6的弹簧3。导向柱7与插孔4的长度方形平行,如插孔4为圆孔,导向柱7则与插孔4的中心轴线平行,托板6贯穿有通孔,托板6经通孔套合在导向柱7上。壳体1下端设有容置托板6的导向孔1.1,导向孔1.1的上端设有安装孔1.1.1,导向柱7的上端固定在安装孔1.1.1的孔底壁,本实施例中导向柱7与安装孔1.1.1的孔底壁是为一体的,弹簧3套合在导向柱7上,弹簧3的上端与安装孔1.1.1的孔底壁抵紧,弹簧3的下端与托板6抵紧。托板6上设有与每个插孔4一一对应的凸柱6.1,具体的说,每根凸柱6.1的轴线与该凸柱6.1对应的插孔4的轴线位于同一直线上,这样,该凸柱6.1上升时,能与位于该插孔4内的插针2.1正对且将插针2.1顶出,也就是说,本发明的抬升部件凸柱6.1顶插孔4内的插针2.1时,上顶的角度最为合理,力的作用点也位于插针2.1的正下方,故上顶插针2.1的过程最顺畅最省力,不会使得插针2.1因受力角度不合理而与插孔4卡住。杠杆5的中段与壳体1铰接,即杠杆5的中段设有第二轴5.2,壳体1固定有支架1.2,支架1.2的上端设有圆缺槽1.2.1,杠杆5的第二轴5.2容置在支架1.2的圆缺槽1.2.1内。杠杆5的下端与托板6铰接,即杠杆5下端设有第一轴5.1,托板6的下端面设有轴座6.2,第一轴5.1套合在轴座6.2的轴孔内。
在壳体1的侧壁上设有缺口1.3,杠杆5的上端经缺口1.3伸出壳体1外,杠杆5在复位状态时,在弹簧3的作用下,杠杆5的上端顶在缺口1.3的上边缘。

1.一种插座,它包括壳体(1),壳体(1)上设有配合插头(2)的插针(2.1)的插孔(4),插孔(4)内设有金属弹片(4.1),其特征在于:它还包括杠杆(5)、位于插孔(4)下方的托板(6)和与壳体(1)固定的导向柱(7),导向柱(7)与插孔(4)的长度方向平行,托板(6)贯穿有通孔,托板(6)经通孔套合在导向柱(7)上,托板(6)上设有与每个插孔(4)一一对应的凸柱(6.1),杠杆(5)的中段与壳体(1)铰接,杠杆(5)的下端与托板(6)铰接;它还包括用于复位托板(6)的弹簧(3);壳体(1)下端设有容置托板(6)的导向孔(1.1),导向孔(1.1)的上端设有安装孔(1.1.1),导向柱(7)的上端固定在安装孔(1.1.1)的孔底壁,弹簧(3)套合在导向柱(7)上,弹簧(3)的上端与安装孔(1.1.1)的孔底壁抵紧,弹簧(3)的下端与托板(6)抵紧。

3.根据权利要求1所述的插座,其特征在于:杠杆(5)的中段设有第二轴(5.2),壳体(1)固定有支架(1.2),支架(1.2)的上端设有圆缺槽(1.2.1),杠杆(5)的第二轴(5.2)容置在支架(1.2)的圆缺槽(1.2.1)内。
