Abstract
The invention discloses a socket comprising a casing. The casing is provided with jacks each matched with a pin of a plug, the jack is internally provided with a metal dome; the socket further comprises a lever, a support plate located below the jacks and a guide post fixed with the casing, the guide post is parallel to the length direction of the jacks, the support plate penetrates through via holes and is sleeved on the guide post via the via holes, the support plate is provided with protruding posts corresponding to the jacks one by one, the middle section of the lever is hinged with the casing, and the lower end of the lever is hinged with the support plate. The invention can eject the pin upwardly out of the jack conveniently, and no contact with the pin is generated in the process of unplugging.
Description
- The invention relates to an electric appliance element, specifically to a socket.
- A traditional socket includes a housing provided with jacks thereon, and each jack is internally provided with a metal dome that clamps a pin when the pin of a plug is inserted into the jack of the socket. During unplugging, the plug is often difficult to pull out because the pin of the plug is clamped too tightly by the metal dome in the jack, so the unplugging operation is laborious and inconvenient, and even in the process of unplugging, the elders could pull out only a small section of the pin due to their small force, in this case, continuous unplugging may result in contact with the pin to bring hidden safety trouble.
- The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a socket that is labor-saving, convenient and safe during unplugging.
- The technical solution adopted in the invention is to provide a socket comprising a casing, the casing is provided with jacks each matched with a pin of a plug, the jack is internally provided with a metal dome; the socket further comprises a lever, a support plate located below the jacks and a guide post fixed with the casing, the guide post is parallel to the length direction of the jacks, the support plate penetrates through via holes and is sleeved on the guide post via the via holes, the support plate is provided with protruding posts corresponding to the jacks one by one, the middle section of the lever is hinged with the casing, and the lower end of the lever is hinged with the support plate.
- Compared with the prior art, the socket having the structure discussed above has the advantages as below:
- If the plug needs to be pulled out of the socket, the upper end of the lever is pressed down so that the lever rotates about a hinging point on the middle section thereof to drive the lower end of the lever to ascend, thus the support plate is driven to move upwardly along the guide post, and the pin of the plug will be ejected upwards out of the jack of the socket when the protruding post on the support plate moves upwardly, besides, the pin can be ejected upwards out of the jack easily and conveniently because labor-saving effect is realized by means of the lever and the protruding post is aligned to the pin in the jack, the entire course is labor-saving, convenient and fast; and no contact with the pin is generated in the process of unplugging, thus eliminating the accident of electric shock and obtaining great safety.
- As an improvement, the socket further comprises a spring for resetting the support plate, in this way, the spring can reset the support plate automatically after a user loosens his hand, at the same time, the upper end of the lever is also driven to reset, which facilitates the next unplugging course.
- As a further improvement, the lower end of the casing is provided with a guide hole for accommodating the support plate, the upper end of the guide hole is provided with an installation hole, the upper end of the guide post is fixed on the bottom wall of the installation hole, the spring is sleeved on the guide post, the upper end of the spring abuts against the bottom wall of the installation hole, and the lower end of the spring abuts against the support plate, in this way, the spring presses the support plate down automatically after a user loosens his hand on the lever, so as to drive the upper end of the lever to ascend and reset automatically, furthermore, the spring installed in the installation hole is fixed more firm and stably.
- As a further improvement, the lower end of the lever is provided with a first shaft, the lower end face of the support plate is provided with a shaft base and the first shaft is sleeved in a shaft hole of the shaft base; such a structure is simple and convenient for assembly.
- As a further improvement, the middle section of the lever is provided with a second shaft, the casing is fixed with a bracket, the upper end of the bracket is fixed with a circular slot and the second shaft of the lever is accommodated in the circular slot of the bracket; such a structure is convenient for assembly, and after assembly, the middle section of the lever can be hinged to the casing conveniently, so the structure is stable and reliable.

FIG.4 is an exploded structural diagram of the lever and the support plate of the socket in the invention. - Wherein: 1 casing, 1.1 guide hole, 1.1.1 installation hole, 1.2 bracket, 1.2.1 circular slot, 1.3 notch, 2 plug, 2.1 pin, 3 spring, 4 jack, 4.1 metal dome, 5 lever, 5.1 first shaft, 5.2 second shaft, 6 support plate, 6.1 protruding post, 6.2 shaft base, and 7 guide post.
- Further description is made below to the invention with reference to the drawings and the embodiments.
- Shown as
FIG.1, FIG.2 ,FIG.3 and FIG.4 , the socket in the invention comprises acasing 1. Thecasing 1 is provided with jacks 4 each matched with a pin 2.1 of aplug 2, the jack 4 is internally provided with a metal dome 4.1. The socket further comprises alever 5, asupport plate 6 located below the jacks 4, aguide post 7 fixed with thecasing 1 and aspring 3 for resetting thesupport plate 6. Theguide post 7 is parallel to the length direction of the jacks 4, theguide post 7 is parallel to the central axis of the jacks 4 if the jacks are circular, thesupport plate 6 penetrates through via holes and is sleeved on theguide post 7 via the via holes. The lower end of thecasing 1 is provided with a guide hole 1.1 for accommodating thesupport plate 6, the upper end of the guide hole 1.1 is provided with an installation hole 1.1.1, the upper end of theguide post 7 is fixed on the bottom wall of the installation hole 1.1.1, in this embodiment, theguide post 7 is integrated with the bottom wall of the installation hole 1.1.1, thespring 3 is sleeved on theguide post 7, the upper end of thespring 3 abuts against the bottom wall of the installation hole 1.1.1, and the lower end of thespring 3 abuts against thesupport plate 6. Thesupport plate 6 is provided with protruding posts 6.1 corresponding to the jacks 4 one by one, specifically, the axis of each protruding post 6.1 and the axis of the jack 4 to which this protruding post 6.1 is corresponding are located on the same line, therefore, when ascending, the protruding post 6.1 can be aligned to the pin 2.1 in the jack 4 and eject the pin 2.1 out upwardly, that is to say, when the protruding post 6.1, as an ascending component in the invention, ejects the pin 2.1 in the jack 4 out upwardly, the most reasonable upward ejection angle is obtained, and the action point of force is located right below the pin 2.1, as a result, the course of ejecting the pin 2.1 upwardly is the smoothest and most labor-saving, and the jamming of the pin 2.1 with the jack 4 owing to force application is avoided. The middle section of thelever 5 is hinged with thecasing 1, namely, the middle section of thelever 5 is provided with a second shaft 5.2, thecasing 1 is fixed with a bracket 1.2, the upper end of the bracket 1.2 is fixed with a circular slot 1.2.1, and the second shaft 5.2 of thelever 5 is accommodated in the circular slot 1.2.1 of the bracket 1.2. The lower end of thelever 5 is hinged with thesupport plate 6, namely, the lower end of thelever 5 is provided with a first shaft 5.1, the lower end face of thesupport plate 6 is provided with a shaft base 6.2, and the first shaft 5.1 is sleeved in a shaft hole of the shaft base 6.2. - A notch 1.3 is arranged on the sidewall of the
casing 1, the upper end of thelever 5 stretches out of thecasing 1 via the notch 1.3, and when thelever 5 is under a reset state, the upper end of thelever 5 supports the upper edge of the notch 1.3 under the action of thespring 3.
Claims (5)
- A socket, comprising a casing (1), the casing (1) being provided with jacks (4) each matched with a pin (2.1) of a plug (2), the jack (4) being internally provided with a metal dome (4.1), characterized in that: the socket further comprises a lever (5), a support plate (6) located below the jacks (4) and a guide post (7) fixed with the casing (1), the guide post (7) is parallel to the length direction of the jacks (4), the support plate (6) penetrates through via holes and is sleeved on the guide post (7) via the via holes, the support plate (6) is provided with protruding posts (6.1) corresponding to the jacks (4) one by one, the middle section of the lever (5) is hinged with the casing (1), and the lower end of the lever (5) is hinged with the support plate (6).
- The socket according to claim 1, characterized in that: the socket further comprises a spring (3) for resetting the support plate (6).
- The socket according to claim 2, characterized in that: the lower end of the casing (1) is provided with a guide hole (1.1) for accommodating the support plate (6), the upper end of the guide hole (1.1) is provided with an installation hole (1.1.1), the upper end of the guide post (7) is fixed on the bottom wall of the installation hole (1.1.1), the spring (3) is sleeved on the guide post (7), the upper end of the spring (3) abuts against the bottom wall of the installation hole (1.1.1), and the lower end of the spring (3) abuts against the support plate (6).
- The socket according to claim 1, characterized in that: the lower end of the lever (5) is provided with a first shaft (5.1), the lower end face of the support plate (6) is provided with a shaft base (6.2), and the first shaft (5.1) is sleeved in a shaft hole of the shaft base (6.2).
- The socket according to claim 1, characterized in that: the middle section of the lever (5) is provided with a second shaft (5.2), the casing (1) is fixed with a bracket (1.2), the upper end of the bracket (1.2) is fixed with a circular slot (1.2.1), and the second shaft (5.2) of the lever (5) is accommodated in the circular slot (1.2.1) of the bracket (1.2).
