In the present embodiment, the bottom cover positioning posts 22 are provided with third positioning holes 221, and the pressing positioning posts 14 can pass through the second positioning holes 4241 to reach the third positioning holes 221, so as to achieve direct positioning between the pressing cover 1 and the bottom cover 2.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the middle frame positioning post 424 in this embodiment can be a step post, and after the narrow portion of the positioning post is penetrated through by the first positioning hole 33 on the circuit board 3, the positioning post can abut against the step surface of the middle frame positioning post 424, so that the middle frame positioning post 424 can not only limit the circuit board 3 to rotate in the middle frame assembly 4, but also provide a certain supporting function for the circuit board 3.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 13, the pressing positioning posts 14 and the middle frame positioning posts 424 cooperate to limit the pressing cover 1 from rotating around the center of the middle frame assembly 4, and to limit the moving distance of the pressing cover 1 in the pressing direction. Specifically, the pressing positioning column 14 may include a pressing limiting portion 141 and a pressing positioning portion 142 arranged along the pressing direction, where the pressing limiting portion 141 and the positioning portion are in a stepped column structure, the pressing positioning portion 142 may extend into the second positioning hole 4241, and the pressing limiting portion 141 may abut against an end surface of the second positioning hole 4241. When the pressing cover 1 is not pressed, a distance exists between the pressing limiting part 141 and the end face of the second positioning hole 4241; when the pressing cap 1 is pressed, the pressing stopper 141 abuts against the end surface of the second positioning hole 4241, that is, the pressing distance of the pressing cap 1 is limited.
In addition, when the pressing cover 1 in the button is reset along the resetting direction, the pushing force provided by the resetting piece is needed. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the reset element is located in the connection space and is disposed on the connection plate 42, wherein as shown in fig. 5, the circuit board 3 is provided with a second through hole 34, as shown in fig. 11, the pressing cover 1 is provided with a pressing reset column 13 facing the reset element, and the pressing reset column 13 passes through the second through hole 34 and abuts against the reset element. A user presses the pressing cover 1, so that the pressing column 11 presses the trigger switch 5 along the pressing direction, and simultaneously presses the reset column 13 to press the reset piece, and the reset piece deforms and has a tendency of driving the pressing reset column 13 to move along the reset direction; when the user stops pressing the pressing cover 1, the reset piece can drive the pressing reset column 13 to reset. Optionally, the restoring member and the connecting plate 42 are separately provided, or may be integrally formed. The specific optional reset piece is an elastic sheet 425 integrally formed with the connecting plate 42. Wherein, the connecting plate 42 is provided with a plurality of shrapnels 425 which are evenly distributed around the center of the connecting plate 42, so that the whole pressing cover 1 is evenly stressed and the resetting process is stable. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the portion of the connecting plate 42 located in the connecting space is provided with four elastic pieces 425 around the center of the connecting plate 42, and correspondingly, the pressing cover 1 is provided with four pressing reset columns 13 respectively abutted to the four elastic pieces 425; four of the pressing and resetting columns 13 are positioned around the pressing column 11.
Further, the circuit board 3 is further connected with a power supply for supplying electric energy to the circuit board, wherein the button cell 6 can be selected, the power supply needs to be replaced periodically when the button cell 6 is used, in order to facilitate the button replacement of the power supply, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a power supply mounting position for mounting the power supply is provided on one side of the circuit board 3 facing the bottom cover 2, wherein as shown in fig. 7, a third through hole 426 corresponding to the power supply mounting position is provided on the connecting plate 42, and the button cell 6 can be replaced directly by opening the bottom cover 2. Further optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the bottom cover 2 is provided with a wrench slot 23, the wrench slot 23 being configured to facilitate disengagement of the bottom cover 2 from the center frame assembly 4. Optionally, as shown in fig. 7, the third through hole 426 includes a receiving portion 4261 for receiving a battery and a battery fastening hand portion 4262 for taking and placing the battery at an edge, the receiving portion 4261 is communicated with the battery fastening hand portion 4262, and a user can place a finger behind the battery fastening hand portion 4262 and contact with a side wall of the battery, so as to take out the button battery 6.
In addition, in order to ensure that the button cell 6 can provide electric energy for the button, the button cell 6 needs to be stably connected with a power supply mounting position arranged on the circuit board 3, and usually, the bottom cover 2 can be directly placed downwards or placed in a vertical state. When bottom 2 was placed down, the power installation position opening that circuit board 3 set up was towards bottom 2, and button cell 6 is installed very probably down promptly after, for avoiding button cell 6 to break away from the power installation position under self action of gravity, as shown in fig. 4, 10 and 11, bottom 2 is provided with arch 24 towards one side of power installation position, and arch 24 can with button cell 6 terminal surface butt in order to avoid button cell 6 to break away from the power installation position under self action of gravity. Further alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, the connecting plate 42 is provided with a plurality of flanges 427 at intervals at an end of the sidewall of the third through hole 426 close to the bottom cover 2 for clipping the button cell 6. When the bottom cover 2 is placed in a vertical state, the sidewall of the third through hole 426 can limit the button cell 6 to be separated from the battery mounting position under the action of gravity, and meanwhile, the protrusions 24 on the bottom cover 2 and the flanges 427 on the sidewall of the third through hole 426 can realize multi-directional fixation of the button cell 6, so as to ensure stable electrical connection between the button cell 6 and the circuit board 3.

A button comprises a pressing cover (1), a bottom cover (2) and a circuit board (3) arranged between the pressing cover (1) and the bottom cover (2), wherein a trigger switch (5) is arranged on one side, facing the pressing cover (1), of the circuit board (3), and is characterized by further comprising a middle frame assembly (4), the middle frame assembly (4) is arranged between the pressing cover (1) and the bottom cover (2), the circuit board (3) and the bottom cover (2) are both clamped with the middle frame assembly (4), the pressing cover (1) is selectively clamped with the middle frame assembly (4), and when the pressing cover (1) is pressed, the pressing cover (1) can be separated from the clamping with the middle frame assembly (4) and trigger the trigger switch (5);
the middle frame assembly (4) comprises a connecting plate (42) and a frame (41), the frame (41) is arranged along the circumferential direction of the connecting plate (42), the frame (41) is provided with a pressing clamping part (412) capable of being selectively clamped with the pressing cover (1), the pressing clamping part (412) comprises a reset limiting part (4121) and a movable groove (4122) which are arranged along the pressing direction, the pressing cover (1) is provided with a third clamping hook (12), the third clamping hook (12) can be abutted against the reset limiting part (4121), and when the pressing cover (1) is pressed, the third clamping hook (12) can move in the movable groove (4122) to be far away from the reset limiting part (4121);
the connecting plate (42) is provided with a middle frame positioning column (424), the middle frame positioning column (424) is provided with a second positioning hole (4241) along the axis direction of the middle frame positioning column, the pressing cover (1) is provided with a pressing positioning column (14), the bottom cover (2) is provided with a bottom cover positioning column (22), and the pressing positioning column (14) and the bottom cover positioning column (22) are arranged in the second positioning hole (4241) in a penetrating mode.
2. The push button according to claim 1, characterized in that the connection board (42) can be placed on the circuit board (3), and the rim (41) is provided with a first hook (411) extending towards the inside of the rim (41);
one side of the circuit board (3) is supported by the connecting plate (42), and the other side of the circuit board is abutted against the first clamping hook (411).

The push button according to claim 1, wherein the bottom cover (2) is located at one side of the connecting plate (42), the bottom cover (2) is provided with a second hook (21), the connecting plate (42) is provided with a first through hole (423), and the second hook (21) is engaged with the other side of the connecting plate (42) through the first through hole (423).

The button according to claim 1, wherein the pressing engagement portion (412) is disposed on an outer side of the frame (41), the pressing cover (1) comprises a flange capable of covering the frame (41), the third hook (12) is disposed on an inner side of the flange, and the third hook (12) is capable of engaging with the pressing engagement portion (412) from an outer side of the frame (41).

Push button according to claim 1, wherein the connecting plate (42) is arranged opposite to a pressing surface of the press cap (1), the connecting plate (42) being provided with a reset element configured to enable a movement of the press cap (1) in a direction opposite to the pressing direction.
6. The pushbutton as recited in claim 2, wherein the circuit board (3) is provided with a first positioning hole (33) capable of being sleeved with the middle frame positioning post (424).
7. The pushbutton according to claim 2, characterized in that the circuit board (3) is located on a side of the connecting plate (42) close to the pressing cap (1), a side of the circuit board (3) facing the bottom cap (2) is provided with a power supply mounting location, and the connecting plate (42) is provided with a third through hole (426) corresponding to the power supply mounting location for facilitating power supply replacement.
8. Button according to claim 7, wherein the bottom cover (2) is provided with a wrench groove (23), the wrench groove (23) being configured to facilitate disengagement of the bottom cover (2) from the middle frame assembly (4).
