技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池领域,具体涉及一种太阳能电池背板膜的余热回收系统。
背景技术
近年来,作为新一代的能量源,太阳能受到极大的关注和发展。它是一种大有前途的新型电源,具有永久性、清洁性和灵活性三大优点,其市场前景广阔。通常,太阳能电池包括高透明的前面保护片、填充材料、太阳能电池元件及背板膜构成,具有通过太阳光入射到太阳能电池元件来发电的功能。太阳能电池背板膜的主要作用是提高太阳能电池板的整体机械强度,另外可以阻止水汽渗透到密封层中,影响电池片的使用寿命。
在太阳能电池背板膜生产过程的烘干程序时,一般都是将热气输送到烘干房内进行烘干,然后再将气体从排气管排出,但由于排出的气体中仍具有一定的热量,直接排出浪费资源。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单,节能环保的太阳能电池背板膜的余热回收系统。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
太阳能电池背板膜的余热回收系统,包括进气口、出气口、进气管、出气管、加热器和烘干房,所述烘干房的顶部设有进气口和出气口,所述进气口和出气口分别连接有进气管和出气管,所述烘干房的外部设有加热器,所述加热器分别与进气管和出气管相连接,所述进气管和出气管均为不锈钢材质。
本发明的有益效果是:其结构简单合理,烘干房排气口排出的空气仍具有一定热量,通过管道排入到加热器中再输送到烘干房内使用,如此循环可以减少资源浪费,合理使用气体。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
太阳能电池背板膜的余热回收系统,包括进气口1、出气口2、进气管3、出气管4、加热器5和烘干房6,烘干房6的顶部设有进气口1和出气口2,进气口1和出气口2分别连接有进气管3和出气管4,烘干房6的外部设有加热器5,加热器5分别与进气管3和出气管4相连接,进气管3和出气管4均为不锈钢材质。
本发明是这样实施的:空气进入加热器5,经过加热器5的加热后通过进气管3流向进气口1向烘干房6内输送热气,对烘干房6内的太阳能电池背板膜进行烘干,这时烘干房6内聚集的气体从出气口2通过出气管4流向加热器5,加热器5又对其进行加热,然后再次输送到烘干房6,如此反复循环,不仅能保证向烘干房源源不断的输送热气,也能减少资源浪费。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述太阳能电池背板膜的余热回收系统,其特征在于:所述进气管和出气管均为不锈钢材质。
