Abstract
本发明提供一种背光模组,包括:背板、及以熔接方式固定于背板上的背光源,所述背板包括第一背板区块及连接于该第一背板区块的第二背板区块。本发明背光模组,其采用由高导热性材料及高强度材料拼接而成的背板,该背板的强度高、导热性好,且成本低,进而降低整个背光模组的成本;同时,将背光源以熔接方式固定于高导热性材料制成的背板上,使得背光源与背板无缝连接,进一步提高背光模组的导热效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用。现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示器,其包括液晶显示面板及背光模组(backlight module)。液晶显示面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃当中放置液晶分子,两片玻璃中间有许多垂直和水平的细小电线,通过通电与否来控制液晶分子改变方向,将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。由于液晶显示面板本身不发光,需要借由背光模组提供的光源来正常显示影像,因此,背光模组成为液晶显示装置的关键零组件之一。背光模组依照背光源入射位置的不同分成侧入式背光模组与直下式背光模组两种。直下式背光模组是将背光源例如CCFL(ColdCathode Fluorescent Lamp,阴极萤光灯管)或LED(Light Emitting Diode发光二极管)设置在液晶显示面板后方,直接形成面光源提供给液晶显示面板。而侧入式背光模组是将背光源,如LED背光源(lightbar),设于液晶显示面板侧后方的背板边缘,LED背光源发出的光线从导光板一侧的入光面进入导光板,经反射和扩散后从导光板出光面出射,以形成面光源提供给液晶显示面板。
现有的背光模组主要包括:背板、导光板、背光源、及光学膜片,而背板一般是由同一种材料制作而成,所用的材料是铝板、铁板或塑胶。如果整个背板采用铁板来制作,则还需要增加散热元件,就会导致成本的增加;如果整个背板采用铝板来制作,则不需额外增加散热元件,虽然铝导热效果比铁板的好,但是整个背板只有一部分发挥散热作用,另外一部分没有发挥散热作用而是支撑作用,这就不利于成本的控制和液晶模组的支撑固定。
现有背光源的安装方式主要是通过导热胶带或螺丝等方式固定在背板上,背光源通过导热胶带固定在背板上,由于导热胶带的热阻较大,其导热率仅为0.9~6W/K·m,铝的导热率可以达到137W/K·m,虽然背光源和背板的导热率很高,但是由于导热胶带的导热率很低,导致背光源产生的热量不能快速地被导走。而通过螺丝将背光源固定在背板上,在没有螺丝锁附的地方,背光源和背板之间存在空气层,由于空气的导热系数更差,导致表面接触热阻增大,所以整体的散热效果仍很差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于本发明提供一种背光模组,其散热性能好,成本低。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种背光模组,包括:背板、及以熔接方式固定于背板上的背光源,所述背板包括第一背板区块及连接于该第一背板区块的第二背板区块。
所述第一背板区块与第二背板区块由不同材料制成。
所述第一背板区块由高导热性材料制成,所述第二背板区块由高强度材料制成,所述背光源以熔接方式固定于该第一背板区块上。
所述第一背板区块由铝钣金制成,所述第二背板区块由铁钣金制成。
所述第一背板区块包括第一底板,第二背板区块包括第二底板,该第一底板的一端连接于该第二底板的一端,所述背光源以熔接方式固定于所述第一底板的另一端。
所述第一背板区块包括第一底板及垂直连接于第一底板的第一侧板,第二背板区块包括第二底板及垂直连接于第二底板的第二侧板,所述背光源以熔接方式固定于所述第一侧板上。
所述第一、第二背板区块之间的连接为铆接连接、或螺钉连接。
所述熔接方式为焊接。
所述背光模组还包括设于背板上的反射片、设于反射片上的导光板、及设于导光板上的光学膜片。
所述背光源为线性LED灯条。
本发明的有益效果:本发明背光模组,其采用由高导热性材料及高强度材料拼接而成的背板,该背板的强度高、导热性好,且成本低,进而降低整个背光模组的成本;同时,将背光源以熔接方式固定于高导热性材料制成的背板上,使得背光源与背板无缝连接,进一步提高背光模组的导热效果。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参与图1,本发明提供一种背光模组,其包括:背板1、及以熔接方式固定于背板1上的背光源2。
所述背板1包括第一背板区块12及连接于该第一背板区块12的第二背板区块14,该第一背板区块12与第二背板区块14由不同材料制成。所述第一背板区块12由铝钣金等高导热性材料制成,所述第二背板区块14由铁钣金等高强度材料制成,所述第一背板区块12包括第一底板122,第二背板区块14包括第二底板142,该第一底板122的一端通过螺钉或铆钉等方式连接于该第二底板142的一端,所述背光源2为线性LED灯条,该背光源2包括PCB板22及安装在该PCB板22上的LED灯24,该PCB板22可为现有的金属基板,所述PCB板22以熔接方式固定于该第一背板区块12的第一底板122的另一端,进而形成一侧入式背光模组。由于该背光源2连接于该高导热性材料制成的第一背板区块12上,LED灯24发光产生的热量,通过PCB板22快速传递到第一背板区块12上,该第一背板区块12把热量散发到空气中,从而保证了背光模组良好的导热效果,且该背光源2中PCB板22采用熔接方式固定于该第一背板区块12上,在本实施例中,所述熔接方式为焊接,该背光源2与该第一背板区块12无缝连接,进一步提高了背光模组的导热效果;同时由高强度材料制成的第二背板区块14保证整个背板1的强度,避免背光模组由于受到挤压而损坏,提高了整个背光模组的质量,且该第二背板区块14的成本相对较低,进而降低了整个背光模组的生产成本。
所述背光模组还包括设于背板1上的反射片3、设于反射片3上的导光板4、及设于导光板4上的光学膜片5,所述背光源2发出的光线进入导光板4,再进入光学膜片5,进而为液晶显示面板(未图示)提供均匀的面光源。
请参阅图2,为本发明的又一实施例背光模组结构的剖面示意图,其与上述实施例的区别在于:所述背板1’包括第一与第二背板区块12’、14’,该第一背板区块12’的一端通过螺钉或铆钉等方式连接于该第二背板区块14’的一端。所述第一背板区块12’包括第一底板122’及垂直连接于该第一底板122’另一端的第一侧板124’,所述第二背板14’包括第二底板142’及垂直连接于该第二底板142’另一端的第二侧板144’时,所述背光源2以熔接方式固定于背板1’的第一背板区块12’上的第一侧板124’上,所述熔接方式优选焊接,该背光源2与该第一背板区块12’无缝连接,其具有上述方式相同的技术效果,在此不做赘述。
本发明背光模组,其采用由高导热性材料及高强度材料拼接而成的背板,该背板的强度高、导热性好,且成本低,进而降低整个背光模组的成本;同时,将背光源以熔接方式固定于高导热性材料制成的背板上,使得背光源与背板无缝连接,进一步提高背光模组的导热效果。

Claims (10)
1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括:背板、及以熔接方式固定于背板上的背光源,所述背板包括第一背板区块及连接于该第一背板区块的第二背板区块。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一背板区块与第二背板区块由不同材料制成。
3.如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一背板区块由高导热性材料制成,所述第二背板区块由高强度材料制成,所述背光源以熔接方式固定于该第一背板区块上。
4.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一背板区块由铝钣金制成,所述第二背板区块由铁钣金制成。
5.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一背板区块包括第一底板,第二背板区块包括第二底板,该第一底板的一端连接于该第二底板的一端,所述背光源以熔接方式固定于所述第一底板的另一端。
6.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一背板区块包括第一底板及垂直连接于第一底板的第一侧板,第二背板区块包括第二底板及垂直连接于第二底板的第二侧板,所述背光源以熔接方式固定于所述第一侧板上。
7.如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一、第二背板区块之间的连接为铆接连接、或螺钉连接。
8.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述熔接方式为焊接。
9.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括设于背板上的反射片、设于反射片上的导光板、及设于导光板上的光学膜片。
10.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光源为线性LED灯条。
