Abstract
一种基材喷漆用粘合水，以CAB、PPD和溶剂为原料，其配比为CAB含量2%-4%，PPD含量3%-5%，溶剂91%-95%。采用这种粘合水在基材喷漆中使用，能有效地破坏基材表面的石蜡成分，同时不会损伤基材表面的光滑、不吸水、硬度高的优点，这些材料的喷漆工艺比传统贴纸贴皮工艺减少了打磨，底漆等表面处理的许多工序环节，大大降低了喷漆的生产成本。

技术领域
本发明是一种室内装饰、家具、新型材料的表面处理，增加附着力的粘合水。
背景技术
近几年，大量的新型材料如高分子材料、木塑材料、履膜材料和三聚氰胺材料进入市场，取代传统的贴纸贴皮材料，这些材料的其同特点就是表面光滑、硬度高，不吸水深受消费者喜受，许多使用者想将该材料提升一个层次在表面作漆处理，但均因附着力不好而失败。其原因是基材表面含有大量的石蜡成份，因此阻碍了基材与漆的结合。而要使其基材与漆相结合，就需用一种溶剂使其基材的表面石蜡成分破坏，但现有的溶剂又存在损坏基材表面的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术存在的缺陷，提出一种增强木器漆在基材表面的附着力的粘合水，既可以破坏这些新型材料表面的石蜡，又不损伤这些材料表面。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种基材喷漆用粘合水，其以醋酸丁酯纤维素塑料、对苯二胺和环己酮为原料，其重量配比为醋酸丁酯纤维素塑料含量2%-4%，对苯二胺含量3%-5%，溶剂环已铜91%-95%。
该基材喷漆用粘合水的使用方法如下：
1）、将选好需要喷漆的基材置于喷漆房；
2）、用喷枪在需喷漆的基材表面薄薄的喷上一层所述粘合水；
3）、在需修色的基材上喷上修色漆；
4）、再将修色的基材喷上清面漆；
5）、烘烤。
本发明提出的这种粘合水能有效地破坏基材表面的石蜡成分，同时不会损伤基材表面的光滑、不吸水、便度高的优点，增强木器漆附着力，这些材料的喷漆工艺比传统贴纸贴皮工艺减少了打磨，底漆等表面处理的许多工序环节，大大降低了喷漆的生产成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1：粘合水配比为醋酸丁酯纤维素塑料（CAB）含量2%，对苯二胺（PPD）含量5%，环己酮93%，以上原料按比例混合搅拌，即得粘合水。
实施例2：粘合水配比为醋酸丁酯纤维素塑料（CAB）含量:4%，对苯二胺（PPD）含量3%，环己酮93%，以上原料按比例混合搅拌，即得粘合水。
实施例3：粘合水配比为醋酸丁酯纤维素塑料（CAB）含量3%，对苯二胺（PPD）含量4%，环己酮93%，以上原料按比例混合搅拌，即得粘合水。
实施例4：粘合水配比为醋酸丁酯纤维素塑料（CAB）含量4%，对苯二胺（PPD）含量5%，环己酮91%，以上原料按比例混合搅拌，即得粘合水。
实施例5：粘合水配比为醋酸丁酯纤维素塑料（CAB）含量2%，对苯二胺（PPD）含量3%，环己酮95%，以上原料按比例混合搅拌，即得粘合水。
使用方法如下：
1）将选好需要喷漆的基材置于喷漆房；
2）用喷枪在需喷漆的基材表面薄薄的喷上一层所述粘合水；
3）在需修色的基材上喷上修色漆；
4）再将修色的基材喷上清面漆；
5）置于烤房烘烤。
Claims (2)
1.一种基材喷漆用粘合水，其特征在于，其以醋酸丁酯纤维素塑料、对苯二胺和环己酮为原料，其重量配比为醋酸丁酯纤维素塑料含量2%-4%，对苯二胺含量3%-5%，环己酮91%-95%；以上原料按比例混合搅拌，罐装即得。
2.权利要求1所述的基材喷漆用粘合水的使用方法，其特征在于，步骤如下：
1）将选好需要喷漆的基材置于喷漆房；
2）用喷枪在需喷漆的基材表面薄薄喷上一层所述粘合水；
3）在需修色的基材上喷上修色漆；
4）再将修色的基材喷上清面漆；
5）烘烤。
