Abstract
一种以弧菌为生态调控对象防治对虾细菌病的水质调控剂。调控剂是包括三种组份的组合物,A组份是包括漂白粉和三氯异氰尿酸钠的混合物,B组份是包括月桂基硫酸钠、月桂基磺酸钠以及起稳定增效作用的咪唑林、吐温20和柠檬酸的混合物,C组份包括白碳黑银络合物。优点为快速把细菌减少,又不引起菌群失调,增加水中溶解氧,破坏溶解性有机物,长期持有效氯,增进有益藻类生长,将水质控制到对虾最佳生长条件,以防治对虾细菌病的发生。
Description
本发明涉及一种在虾塘的水中用生态调控法防治对虾细菌病的水质调控剂。特别是以弧菌为生态调控对象防治对虾细菌病的水质调控剂。
现有技术中,用于防治对虾细菌病的药剂是用含有效氯的化合物作为杀菌剂以消灭虾塘中的细菌,但实际在养虾过程中,将细菌全部杀死会破坏水中的生态平衡,并不利于对虾的生长,不能解决降低水中有毒成份氨氮这一难题,也不能消除溶解性有机物与对虾争氧的问题,也无促进虾池内有益藻类生长调控生态平衡的功能。
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出了一种以弧菌为生态调控对象防治对虾弧菌的水质调控剂。
本发明的任务是这样实现的,本发明的对虾弧菌病生态平衡水质调控剂,是一种含有效氯的组合物,调控剂是包括A组份、B组份和C组份的组合物,三种组份的组合百分比为:
A组份占调控剂总重量的:70-95%
B组份占调控剂总重量的:4-25%
C组份占调控剂总重量的:0.1-5%
(a)起氧化作用的A组份是包括含有效氯不小于25%的无机有效氯化合物漂白粉和含有效氯不小于75%的机有效氯化合物三氯异氰尿酸钠的混合物,其中,漂白粉占A组份重量的70-95%,三氯异氰尿酸钠占于组份重量的5-30%;
(b)起促进藻类生长作用的B组份是包括月桂基硫酸钠、月桂基磺酸钠以及起稳定增效作用的咪唑林、吐温20和柠檬酸的混合物,其中,月桂基硫酸钠占B组份重量的40-60%,月桂基酸磺酸钠占B组份重量的10-40%,咪唑林占B组份重量的5-20%,吐温20占B组份重量的1-5%,柠檬酸占B组份重量的1-5%;
(c)起杀菌作用的C组份包括白碳黑银络合物。
本发明与现有技术相对比,由于是根据对虾虾池的原有水质配制以弧菌为生态调控对象防治对虾细菌病的水质调控剂,并不将所有细菌全杀死,而是快速把虾池中的细菌降低到一定范围内,但又不引起菌群失调。主要是破坏水中溶解性有机物,并在一定时间内保持微量有效氯含量;有增进有益藻类生长,用有益藻类吸收氨氮、光合作用放出氧气,能迅速降低水中氨氮含量,增加水中溶解氧的效果,有稳定的杀菌效果。再利用检测弧菌数量的指示剂,可将对虾塘水质控制到近似自然条件的对虾最佳生长条件,以防治对虾细菌病的发生。并且,经LD50急性毒性测定,属无毒级,经用体外基因突变试验(Ames试验),体内细胞染色畸变试验(维核试验)和体内生殖细胞遗传损伤试验(精子畸变试验)进行检测,均呈阴性结果,证明存在遗传毒性的可能性较小。
实施例一:通用型对虾弧菌病生态平衡水质调控剂
调控剂由A组份、B组份和C组份组合而成,
(a)起氧化杀菌作用的A组份是由含有效氯不小于25%的漂白粉与有效氯不小于75%的三氯异氰尿酸钠混合而成,其中漂白粉占A组份重量的70-95%,三氯异氰尿酸钠占A组份重量的5-30%;A组份占调控剂总重量的:80-90%;
(b)起促进藻类生长作用的B组份是由月桂基硫酸钠和月桂基磺酸钠,咪唑林、吐温20和柠檬酸的混合而成,其中月桂基硫酸钠占B组份重量的40-60%,月桂基磺酸钠占B组份重量的10-40%,咪唑林占B组份重量的5-20%,吐温20占B组份重量的1-5%,柠檬酸占B组份重量的1-5%。B组份占调控剂总重量的:5-15%;
(c)起杀菌作用的C组份是将占C组份重量的0.1-10%的硝酸银用占C组份重量的0.1-0.5%的硝酸溶解,加入占C组份重量的90-99.5%的医用级白炭黑,置120℃-140℃环境中干燥而成。C组份占调控剂总重量的:0.2-5%。
将B组份和C组份先混合均匀后,再和A组份混合后即可制得调控剂,用塑料袋或玻璃瓶分装,密封保存阴凉处,可保存六个月。
实施例二:促进藻类生长型对虾弧菌病生态平衡水质调控剂。
调控剂由A组份、B组份和C组份组合而成,
(a)起氧化杀菌作用的A组份是由含有效氯不小于25%的漂白粉与有效氯不小于75%的三氯异氰尿酸钠混合而成,其中漂白粉占A组份重量的70-95%,三氯异氰尿酸钠占A组份重量的5-30%;A组份占调控剂总重量的:75-85%;
(b)起促进藻类生长作用的B组份是由月桂基硫酸钠和月桂基磺酸钠,咪唑林、吐温20和柠檬酸的混合而成,其中月桂基硫酸钠占B组份重量的40-60%,月桂基磺酸钠占B组份重量的10-40%,咪唑林占B组份重量的5-20%,吐温20占B组份重量的1-5%,柠檬酸占B组份重量的1-5%。B组份占调控剂总重量的:14-20%;
(c)起杀菌作用的C组份是将占C组份重量的0.1-10%的硝酸银用占C组份重量的0.1-0.5%的硝酸溶解,加入占C组份重量的90-99.5%的医用级白炭黑,置120℃-140℃环境中干燥而成。C组份占调控剂总重量的0.2-5%。
将B组份和C组份先混合均匀后,再和A组份混合后即可制得调控剂,用塑料袋或玻璃瓶分装,密封保存阴凉处,可保存六个月。
Claims (2)
1、一种对虾弧菌病生态平衡水质调控剂,是一种含有效氯的组合物,其特征在于调控剂是包括A组份、B组份和C组份的组合物,三种组份的组合百分比为:
A组份占调控剂总重量的:70-95%
B组份占调控剂总重量的:4-25%
C组份占调控剂总重量的:0.1-5%
(a)起氧化作用的A组份是包括含有效氯不小于25%的无机有效氯化合物漂白粉和含有效氯不小于75%的机有效氯化合物三氯异氰尿酸钠的混合物,其中,漂白粉占A组份重量的70-95%,三氯异氰尿酸钠占于组份重量的5-30%;
(b)起促进藻类生长作用的B组份是包括月桂基硫酸钠、月桂基磺酸钠以及起稳定增效作用的咪唑林、吐温20和柠檬酸的混合物,其中,月桂基硫酸钠占B组份重量的40-60%,月桂基磺酸钠占B组份重量的10-40%,咪唑林占B组份重量的5-20%,吐温20占B组份重量的1-5%,柠檬酸占B组份重量的1-5%;
(c)起杀菌作用的C组份包括白碳黑银络合物。
2、根据权利要求1所述的对虾弧菌病生态平衡水质调控剂,其特征在于C组份是将占C组份重量的0.1-10%的硝酸银用占C组份重量的0.1-0.5%的硝酸溶解,加入占C组分重量的90-99.5%的医用级白炭黑,置120℃-140℃环境中干燥而成。
