Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于将太阳能面板固定至基本平坦的屋顶上的系统,包括基座(2)和屋顶穿透器(3),所述基座能够锚固至所述屋顶的现有钢结构(9),所述基座还设置为连接至所述屋顶穿透器(3),所述屋顶穿透器(3)在顶部处设有用于固定太阳能面板的其它结构的固定装置(7)。
背景技术
该固定系统是已知的并且形成本领域的现有技术的一部分。该固定系统提供了能够将带有太阳能面板的结构直接锚固至建筑物的钢结构上的优点。由此不需要另外的装载重物而以在暴风雨中安全的方式将带有太阳能面板的结构安装至平坦的屋顶上。
但是,这种固定系统具有如下缺点:在带有太阳能面板的结构锚固至钢结构上的每个位置处形成热桥。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带有热阻断部的用于太阳能面板的固定系统。
出于该目的,根据本发明的用于太阳能面板的固定系统的特征在于屋顶穿透器(3)包括内管(4)和外管(6),所述内管和所述外管被形成并且在彼此不接触的情况下一个配合在另一个内,使得在所述内管与所述外管之间形成中间空间,由此橡胶型材(5)被压入所述中间空间内作为所述内管与所述外管之间的热阻断部和机械连接部。这使得可能将太阳能面板锚固至建筑物的钢结构上而不会产生热桥。
优选地,所述内管(4)和所述外管(6)由一个相对于另一个布置为成45°角的基本矩形的管形成。由此,简单的技术方法设置为使所述内管和所述外管能够在彼此不接触的情况下一个配合在另一个内,由此产生中间空间。
所述基座优选地设有带螺纹的插座并且所述屋顶穿透器在底部设有配合至所述插座中的螺纹。由此,简单的技术方法提供了将所述屋顶穿透器附接至所述基座。

固定系统包括能够例如使用夹板1锚固至屋顶的现有钢结构9上的基座2。
该基座2设有带螺纹的插座。该螺纹被设置以将基座连接至屋顶穿透器3上,该屋顶穿透器设有用于该目的的配合螺纹。该连接还能够以根据本发明的其它方法产生。
屋顶穿透器3包括内管4和外管6。该内管4和外管6配合地形成,使得内管能够布置在外管6内,由此一方面在内管4与外管6之间没有机械接触,在另一方面形成有中间空间,该中间空间优选地为至少三个空腔,横截面基本为三角形,其中能够将绝缘型材压入所述空腔内。“三角形”不应当理解为限制的意义而使得需要三条直边和三个锐利的角。三角形的角可以是圆角的并且边可以具有偏斜的形式而不影响本发明的本质。
内管4优选地设有螺纹以配合基座2中的插座。外管6在顶部处设有固定装置7,太阳能面板的其它结构能够固定至该固定装置。内管4和外管6均优选地为矩形管并且它们的尺寸选取为将内管4配合至外管6内,并且使得在它们转动而相对于彼此成45°角时在两个管之间不会出现接触。横截面基本为三角形的四个中间空间(其在两个管之间如此产生)现在用于插入四个橡胶型材5。这些橡胶型材5由此作为两个管4与6之间的热阻断部并且还提供两个管4与6之间的坚固的机械连接。
由于屋顶穿透器3能够优选地通过旋拧至基座2内而固定,所以能够在已经将基座2固定至建筑物的钢结构上之后将屋顶穿透器3旋拧至基座2内。因而,随后必需设置在屋顶中的开口仅需要正好足够大以用于屋顶穿透器3而非用于整个结构。
管4和6的纵向尺寸选取为使得“冷”外管6不会突出至屋顶的绝缘部8的下面。内管由此设置为连接至基座而外管设置为连接至太阳能面板。由于外管6的长度使得外管没有突出至屋顶的绝缘部8的下面,因此没有从内部至外部的热传递。
如图2中所示,基座2可以在屋顶型材板12中的自由空间中配合至钢结构9中。
通过将直立边缘11结合至屋顶覆层中并且通过盖10封闭该直立边缘11来进一步提供防水精修整。

Claims (3)

1.用于将太阳能面板固定至基本平坦的屋顶上的固定系统,所述固定系统包括基座(2)和屋顶穿透器(3),所述基座能够锚固至所述屋顶的现有钢结构(9),所述基座还设置为连接至所述屋顶穿透器(3),所述屋顶穿透器(3)在顶部处设有用于固定所述太阳能面板的其它结构的固定装置(7),其特征在于,所述屋顶穿透器(3)包括内管(4)和外管(6),所述内管和所述外管被形成并且在没有彼此接触的情况下一个配合在另一个内,使得在所述内管与所述外管之间形成中间空间,由此橡胶型材(5)被压入所述中间空间内作为所述内管与所述外管之间的热阻断部和机械连接部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于太阳能面板的固定系统,其中,所述内管(4)和所述外管(6)由相对于彼此布置为成45°角的基本矩形的管形成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于太阳能面板的固定系统,其中,所述基座设有带螺纹的插座并且所述屋顶穿透器在底部处设有配合至所述插座中的螺纹。
