Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种保温太阳能屋面墙面系统,包括水泥屋面或墙面,保温模块,太阳能模块,温模块设置在所述水泥屋面或墙面上,所述太阳能模块设置在所述保温模块上面。太阳能模块可以是太阳能电池模块,也可以是太阳能热水模块。该实用新型在保证屋面或墙面的保温隔热功能的同时,提高了太阳能的利用率,可以广泛应用于各种建筑物。

本实用新型涉及一种建筑物的屋面墙面系统,特别涉及具有保温隔热功能的太阳能屋面墙面系统。
背景技术
建筑物已经广泛采用屋面墙面保温隔热技术,且技术也日趋成熟;屋面或墙面上采用太阳能集热或发电装置也已经很常见。有相当多情形是同时采用了两种技术,通常互相独立完成的,也即屋面或墙面保温隔热工程完毕后再安装太阳能装置。这样的做法缺乏系统性,而且存在工期长、成本高、外观受影响等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了将屋面墙面保温隔热技术与太阳能装置有机结合的屋面墙面系统,技术方案为,该保温太阳能屋面墙面系统包括水泥屋面或墙面,保温模块,太阳能模块,其特征是,所述保温模块设置在所述水泥屋面或墙面上,所述太阳能模块设置在所述保温模块上面。
所述保温模块下侧设置若干条纵横相交的凹槽,所述纵横相交的凹槽的相交点处设置有填充孔,所述保温模块的上侧设置有与太阳能模块匹配的凹陷。
所述保温模块为无机材料。
所述保温模块上的凹陷设置有太阳能模块的固定孔。

具体实施方式
如图2、图3所示,本实用新型的保温模块下侧面上有纵向凹槽1和横向凹槽3,纵向凹槽与横向凹槽的交叉处设置有填充孔2。施工时,屋面或墙面铺好混凝土后立即铺上保温模块。也可以预先将保温模块的下侧面用混凝土封平,然后在进行屋面或墙面保温施工时将保温模块铺设在屋面或墙面上。由于保温模块的凹槽和填充孔的存在,保温模块能够十分牢固地与屋面或墙面结合。
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型的保温模块上侧面上凹陷4,其深度与需要安装的太阳能模块配合。在凹陷4上,根据太阳能模块的固定脚的位置和规格设置相应的固定孔。太阳能模块通过该固定孔及凹陷固定于保温模块上。太阳能模块与固定孔的连接可以采用粘合剂、铆钉等非活动方式,也可以采用螺栓、卡接等活动方式。

1.一种保温太阳能屋面墙面系统,包括水泥屋面或墙面,保温模块,太阳能模块,其特征是,所述保温模块设置在所述水泥屋面或墙面上,所述太阳能模块设置在所述保温模块上面。
2.如权利要求1所述的保温太阳能屋面墙面系统,其特征是,所述保温模块的下侧设置若干条纵横相交的凹槽,所述纵横相交的凹槽的相交点处设置有填充孔,所述保温模块的上侧设置有与太阳能模块匹配的凹陷。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的保温太阳能屋面墙面系统,其特征是,所述保温模块为无机材料。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的保温太阳能屋面墙面系统,其特征是,所述保温模块上的凹陷设置有太阳能模块的固定孔。
