Abstract

本发明提供了一种含稀土、硅、钙、二氧化硅、铝、硝酸钠、氧化钠等物质的新型离心铸造型内处理丸剂,它能有效地减少或消除在离心铸造生产中容易产生的铸造缺陷,是生产细长炉管离心铸造件的良好型内处理丸剂。

Description

本发明涉及一种用于离心铸造型内处理丸剂,特别适用于细长薄壁炉管的离心铸造。
石油化工与冶金机械工业中使用的Ni-Cr基高温合金与热强不锈钢炉管,在离心铸造中容易产生针孔、冷隔、缩松、夹渣、裂纹、渗漏等铸造缺陷。尤其是细长薄壁炉管,铸造缺陷更为严重,致使许多材质价格昂贵的炉管达不到质量要求而报废,造成了较大的经济损失。
为了解决这一问题,国外都通过采用高性能离心铸造设备和优质涂料,在严格控制的工艺条件下进行生产。但是,国内最大的生产高温合金炉管的专业厂家的实践表明:即使引进先进国家(美国离心铸造公司)的全套离心铸造设备,使用从国外(美国Abex)进口的炉管专用涂料,并且来自引进设备技术国家的专家亲自指导生产,炉管仍不能完全消除上述铸造缺陷,质量合格率为70%左右。
本发明立足国内资源,配制成一种炉管离心铸造型内处理丸剂。它可以在目前国内一般的离心铸造设备及生产条件下,显著地减少或消除上述铸造缺陷,有效地提高一般规格炉管及细长薄壁炉管的质量,也可应用于其它材质的离心铸造件。
发明的配方是这样的:
5~25%RE
5~22%Si
3~20%Ca
0~15%SiO2
0~18%Al
3~17%NaNO3
0~10%Na2O
余为改性呋喃树脂
这种处理丸剂还具有变质、去气、精炼、聚渣、补缩等多种效能。可以克服细长炉管封闭式浇注不易随流加入处理剂的困难以及松散粉状处理剂容易粘附破坏涂层,影响炉管质量的缺点。
实施例:用发明配方的粉料(粒度为50-160目)制成直径为φ5~8mm的丸粒,加入量为炉管重量的0.6~0.8%,对规格为φ70/φ56×3400的HK材质炉管进行型内处理,以适当的涂层与离心铸造工艺参数,生产出的炉管按质量检验标准,合格率可达86.3%。

1、一种由稀土、硅、钙、硝酸钠所组成的处理丸剂,其特征在于其成份含量(重量百分比)为:
5~25%RE
5~22%Si
3~20%Ca
3~17%NaNO3
余为改性呋喃树脂
2、根据权利要求1所述的处理丸剂,其特征在于其还含有(重量百分比):
0~15%SiO2
0~18%Al
0~10%Na2O
