技术领域
本发明涉及万向节领域,具体涉及一种等速万向节复合护套。
背景技术
护套为驱动轴的关键配件之一,其主要作用为容纳密封润滑脂,并且防止外界灰尘、污水、石子等污物进入等速万向节,影响驱动轴的使用寿命。因为护套本身功能及使用环境的影响,要求其不仅要具有密封性,而且还要较强的耐油、耐氧化、耐拉伸、耐撕裂、耐高温低温等性能。目前市场上的等速万向节护套,一般为使用橡胶材料制成的单层结构,整个产品材料为同一橡胶配方。单层结构的护套,因为其材料配方的局限性,往往只能在单一性能方面表现较强,比如耐油而不耐撕裂、耐氧化而不能耐拉伸等等,从而使护套在复杂、恶劣的使用环境下达不到理想的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种等速万向节复合护套,强度高,耐拉伸与耐撕裂性能好。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:一种等速万向节复合护套,包括护套主体,所述护套主体包括外覆层、内衬层以及设在外覆层和内衬层之间的加强层。

如图1所示,一种等速万向节复合护套,包括护套主体1,所述护套主体1包括外覆层11、内衬层12以及设在外覆层11和内衬层12之间的加强层13。所述加强层13通过胶粘剂与外覆层11以及内衬层12连接。外覆层11暴漏在外面,耐氧化性能好;内衬层12和润滑脂接触,耐油性能好。护套主体1强度高,耐拉伸与耐撕裂性能好。所述外覆层11由以下组分组成且各组分的质量百分比为:

1.一种等速万向节复合护套,包括护套主体(1),其特征在于:所述护套主体(1)包括外覆层(11)、内衬层(12)以及设在外覆层(11)和内衬层(12)之间的加强层(13),其中,
所述外覆层(11)由以下组分组成且各组分的质量百分比为:丁晴橡胶73-77%,防老剂4010NA0.5-0.75%,防老剂RD0.5-0.75%,防老剂ODPA0.3-0.55%,古马隆1.0-2.2%,N330炭黑11.5-14.5%,二丁脂8.3-9.8%;
所述内衬层(12)由以下组分组成且各组分的质量百分比为:丁晴橡胶57-63%,氧化锌1.2-3.0%,促进剂CZ0.05-0.22%,促进剂DM0.3-0.5%,防老剂4010N0.65-0.88%,高耐磨碳黑12-15%,半补强炭黑18.5-20%,二辛脂3.5-4.8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种等速万向节复合护套,其特征在于:所述外覆层(11)的各组分的质量百分比为:丁晴橡胶75%,防老剂4010NA0.5%,防老剂RD0.5%,防老剂ODPA0.5%,古马隆1.5%,N330炭黑13%,二丁脂9%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种等速万向节复合护套,其特征在于:所述外覆层(11)的各组分的质量百分比为:丁晴橡胶76%,防老剂4010NA0.6%,防老剂RD0.6%,防老剂ODPA0.5%,古马隆1.3%,N330炭黑12%,二丁脂9%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种等速万向节复合护套,其特征在于:所述外覆层(11)的各组分的质量百分比为:丁晴橡胶74%,防老剂4010NA0.7%,防老剂RD0.7%,防老剂ODPA0.5%,古马隆2.1%,N330炭黑14%,二丁脂8%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种等速万向节复合护套,其特征在于:所述内衬层(12)的各组分的质量百分比为:丁晴橡胶60%,氧化锌2%,促进剂CZ0.1%,促进剂DM0.4%,防老剂4010N0.7%,高耐磨碳黑14%,半补强炭黑19%,二辛脂3.8%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种等速万向节复合护套,其特征在于:所述内衬层(12)的各组分的质量百分比为:丁晴橡胶58%,氧化锌2%,促进剂CZ0.2%,促进剂DM0.4%,防老剂4010N0.7%,高耐磨碳黑15%,半补强炭黑20%,二辛脂3.7%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种等速万向节复合护套,其特征在于:所述内衬层(12)的各组分的质量百分比为:丁晴橡胶62%,氧化锌2%,促进剂CZ0.1%,促进剂DM0.3%,防老剂4010N0.8%,高耐磨碳黑12.5%,半补强炭黑18.5%,二辛脂3.8%。
