技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚子凸轮从动件,用于往复操作内燃机的顶置气门机构中的摇臂,所述顶置气门机构具有位于下面或位于侧向上面的凸轮轴。
背景技术
这种滚子凸轮从动件由DE3638202的图1中示出。这种滚子凸轮从动件具有较大的质量,这不利地成为振动的气门机构质量。凸轮滚子容纳在壳体的凹部中并由此确定了其在几乎整个壳体高度上的径向延伸尺寸。由于壳体接近在滚子凸轮从动件的整个轴向延伸尺寸上延伸,其外周面必须完全进行精细打磨,这是高耗费的。此外已经证实,所述滚子凸轮从动件的构造/制造,特别是在小批量时,是成本很高的,通常必须对于每个顶置气门(OHV)发动机类型重新设计滚子凸轮从动件。在凸轮滚子和其支承件的区域内可能会出现润滑不足的现象,因为在运行中只是通过油雾对相应的接触区域进行润滑。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是,设计一种没有上述缺点的滚子凸轮从动件。特别是应构成这样的滚子凸轮从动件,该滚子凸轮从动件对于新的应用和/或在件数较少时是经济的。
根据本发明所述目的这样来实现,即所述滚子凸轮从动件由用于往复操作高压燃料泵的活塞的滚子挺杆和液压的支承元件构成。
因此可以模块式地利用现存的并且设计完成的以及至少基本上不做改变的标准元件。这样构成的滚子凸轮从动件具有比开头所述类型的滚子凸轮从动件小的质量,并且可以经济地制造,特别是对于小批量的应用场合。
很明显,对于不同的应用场合,可以保持其中至少一个部件(支承元件、泵滚子挺杆)不变。
也可以设想,支承元件直接安装到滚子挺杆中。但优选的是,通过转接环构成连接,所述转接环在本发明的具体实施中作为用切削或成形技术制造的实心件或作为薄壁的板件存在。
在本发明的改进方案中建议,在支承元件的壳体的外周面和转接环的孔之间形成环形的用于液压介质的泄漏间隙,通过泄漏间隙最终确保对沿重力方向位于下面的凸轮滚子和其支承件的良好润滑。通过滚子挺杆的桥接段中的至少一个穿孔部,如钻孔设置液压介质从泄漏间隙到凸轮滚子的转移。
根据一个建议,转接环通过其孔包围支承元件的壳体的外周面,直至壳体的外周面的远离凸轮滚子的(上部)边缘,此时存在特别好的对支承元件的引导。
由于只在滚子挺杆的罩壳(Hemd)的高度上使用对滚子凸轮从动件的轴向引导,这里减少了在罩壳外周面上的打磨工作,这会导致更为快速的(加工)通过时间。此外很明显的是,根据本发明构成的滚子凸轮从动件具有较少的质量。
为了特别是在运输滚子凸轮从动件时防止各部件相互分离,另一个主题是,支承元件通过防脱落固定结构,如胀环-槽连接件固定在所述固定在罩壳中的转接环中的孔中。除此以外,也可以考虑采用套插在转接套筒的上边缘上的帽式的环或径向凸起,如销等。
对于构造成实心的转接环的情况,可以通过所述转接环将液压介质引导到支承元件中的液压间隙补偿装置。除此以外,液压介质也可以沿轴向从上面通过压力活塞(包括挺杆/摇臂)的头部供应。
可以采用“传统式”的不可切换的构件或可切换的构件作为支承元件。

具体实施方式
图中示出滚子凸轮从动件1。该滚子凸轮从动件用于往复操作具有位于下面的凸轮轴的顶置气门机构中的摇臂。所述滚子凸轮从动件由往复操作高压燃料泵的活塞的滚子挺杆2和液压的支承元件3组成。这里支承元件3坐靠在滚子挺杆2的由桥接段10的上侧13和罩壳5的内周面7构成的凹部4中。转接环21用作连接元件。
所述滚子挺杆2具有圆柱形的罩壳5,所述罩壳具有突出的防旋转固定结构6,所述防旋转固定结构这里作为销子存在。罩壳的内周面7与罩壳5的边缘8、9间隔开地,大致在一半高度上由桥接段10横跨(durchragen),在所述桥接段的下方施设凸轮滚子11,所述凸轮滚子支承在安装在罩壳5中的销栓12上。
支承元件3经由壳体16的底部15在桥接段10上延伸。压力活塞17从壳体16中伸出。压力活塞17的构造成球状的头部18用于支承推杆。根据图1,所述头部具有孔33,在运行中通过所述孔将液压介质从推杆向支承元件3的间隙补偿装置34引导。
根据两个附图,支承元件3的壳体16通过其外周面19保持在坐靠在滚子挺杆2的凹部4中的转接环21的孔20中。转接环21在其外周面22上在滚子挺杆2的罩壳5的内周面7上延伸。
根据图1,转接环21构造成薄壁的板材管。该板材管在朝桥接段10的一侧过渡到U形向后向外弯曲的凸缘31中,所述凸缘的外周面32贴靠在罩壳5的内周面7上。
除此以外,转接环21根据图2构造成实心件,用于供应液压介质的液压介质通道28倾斜向上穿过所述实心件通向压力活塞17中的间隙补偿装置34。

Claims (8)

1.用于往复操作内燃机的顶置气门机构中的摇臂的滚子凸轮从动件(1),所述顶置气门机构具有位于下面或位于侧向上面的凸轮轴,所述滚子凸轮从动件(1)由用于往复操作高压燃料泵的活塞的滚子挺杆(2)和液压支承元件(3)组装而成;所述支承元件(3)部分地容纳在滚子挺杆(2)的凹部(4)中;其特征在于,滚子挺杆(2)具有空心圆柱形的罩壳(5),所述罩壳具有突出的防旋转固定结构(6),所述罩壳的内周面(7)在远离罩壳(5)的各边缘(8、9)的高度段上由桥接段(10)跨接,在所述桥接段(10)的下方将凸轮滚子(11)施设在支承在罩壳(5)中的销栓(12)上,支承元件(3)坐靠在滚子挺杆(2)的容纳部(14)中,所述容纳部由桥接段(10)的上侧(13)和罩壳(5)的内周面(7)构成,所述支承元件经由其壳体(16)的底部(15)在桥接段(10)上延伸,压力活塞(17)沿远离凸轮滚子的方向从所述壳体(16)中伸出,所述压力活塞的球形的头部(18)用于支承推杆或用于直接支承摇臂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚子凸轮从动件,其特征在于,所述支承元件(3)的壳体(16)经由其外周面(19)保持在一个转接环(21)的孔(20)中,所述转接环在滚子挺杆(2)的凹部(4)中延伸,所述转接环(21)经由其外周面(22)在滚子挺杆(2)的罩壳(5)的内周面(7)上延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的滚子凸轮从动件,其特征在于,在所述支承元件(3)的壳体(16)的外周面(19)和转接环(21)的孔(20)之间构成用于液压介质的环形的泄漏间隙(23),液压介质能够被导入一个直接位于桥接段(10)上方、沿径向在支承元件(3)和转接环(21)之间形成的环形腔(24)中,并从那里经由桥接段(10)中的穿孔(25)到达凸轮滚子(11)和其支承件,以进行润滑。

7.根据权利要求2所述的滚子凸轮从动件,其特征在于,从转接环(21)的外周面(22)出发,液压介质通道(28)穿过所述转接环,所述液压介质通道沿径向向内通入外周面(19)上的周边槽(29)或者通至支承元件(3)的壳体(16)的孔。
8.根据权利要求2所述的滚子凸轮从动件,其特征在于,转接环(21)作为薄壁的板材管存在,所述板材管在桥接段(10)的一侧过渡到一U形地向后向外弯曲的凸缘(31)中,所述凸缘的外周面(32)贴靠在罩壳(5)的内周面(7)上。
