Abstract

本发明提供了一种用于制备覆铝钢带的专用基体钢带,其可以在较高的温度对覆铝钢带进行再结晶退火而钢和铝的界面不会生成铁铝金属间化合物。其特征在于:其为一种非合金超深冲钢,其组成成分的重量百分比为:碳(C):≤0.05%、硅(Si)≤0.03%、锰(Mn):0.1%~0.4%、磷(P):≤0.03%、硫(S):≤0.03%、铝(Al):≤0.02%、氮(N):≤0.01%,其余为Fe及不可避免的夹杂。

一种用于制备覆铝钢带的专用基体钢带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于电力、汽车和装饰领域的新型金属复合材料领域,具体是一种用于制备覆铝钢带的专用基体钢带。
背景技术
覆铝钢带是一种金属复合材料,其广泛应用于电力、汽车和装饰领域,制造蒸汽发电中风冷蒸汽冷凝器、汽车的尾气消音器、换向器连接等的主要材料多是覆铝钢带。以前覆铝钢带的基体材料一般采用低碳钢,如08Al、08F钢;覆层材料一般采用工业纯铝,如牌号1070、1100,此类低碳钢与工业纯铝材料复合以后,在退火处理时钢和铝的界面极易生成铁铝金属间化合物,使钢和铝分离,且又因为钢和铝的熔点相差悬殊,轧制复合后无法解决复合板的软化处理问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种用于制备覆铝钢带的专用基体钢带,其可以在较高的温度对覆铝钢带进行再结晶退火而钢和铝的界面不会生成铁铝金属间化合物。
其技术方案是这样的,其特征在于:其为一种非合金超深冲钢,其组成成分的重量百分比为:碳(C):≤0.05%、 硅(Si)≤0.03%、锰(Mn):0.1%~0.4%、磷(P):≤0.03%、硫(S):≤0.03%、 铝(Al):≤0.02%、氮(N):≤0.01%,其余为Fe及不可避免的夹杂。
其进一步特征在于:其力学性能σ02(Mpa)≥170,σb(Mpa)≥280,δmin(%)≥22。
本发明的一种用于制备覆铝钢带的专用基体钢带,其采用超低碳、低锰、低铝非合金深冲钢(YBFe),其在较高的温度对覆铝钢带进行再结晶退火时钢和铝的界面不会生成铁铝金属间化合物,故能有效避免基体钢带与覆层铝带分离,提高产品质量。
具体实施方式
实施例一:一种用于制备覆铝钢带的专用基体钢带,其为一种非合金超深冲钢,碳(C):0.01%、 硅(Si):0.015%、锰(Mn):0.1%、磷(P):0.01%、硫(S):0.03%、 铝(Al):0.01%、氮(N):0.003%,其余为铁(Fe)及不可避免的夹杂。其力学性能σ02(Mpa)≥170,σb(Mpa)≥280,δmin(%)≥22。
实施例二:一种用于制备覆铝钢带的专用基体钢带,其组成成分的重量百分比为:碳(C):0.025%、硅(Si):0.02%、锰(Mn):0.4%、磷(P): 0.03%、硫(S):0.02%、铝(Al):0.02%、氮(N):0.005%,其余为铁(Fe)及不可避免的夹杂。其力学性能σ02(Mpa)≥170,σb(Mpa)≥280,δmin(%)≥22。
实施例三:一种用于制备覆铝钢带的专用基体钢带,其组成成分的重量百分比为:碳(C):0.05%、硅( Si):0.03%、锰(Mn):0.25%、磷(P):0.02%、硫(S):0.01%、铝(Al):0.005%、氮(N):0.01%,其余为铁(Fe)及不可避免的夹杂。其力学性能σ02(Mpa)≥170,σb(Mpa)≥280,δmin(%)≥22。
本发明的一种用于制备覆铝钢带的专用基体钢带中,其含碳量和含硅量低,可以使钢具有良好的加工成型性能和焊接性能;锰含量的降低有利于相变组织细化,不能将钢中的硫以MnS形式固定而使钢基体加工性变差;磷对提高钢的抗拉强度有显著作用,但也是造成钢的低温脆性的有害元素;较低的硫含量对于减少硫化物夹杂,改善冲压成形性有利;铝在钢中用于胶氧剂及固定氮;氮在钢中总是少量存在的,但氮的含量过高会导致钢板自身硬化,对钢的性能有明显的影响。

1.一种用于制备覆铝钢带的专用基体钢带,其特征在于:其为一种非合金超深冲钢,其组成成分的重量百分比为:碳(C):≤0.05%、 硅(Si)≤0.03%、锰(Mn):0.1%~0.4%、磷(P):≤0.03%、硫(S):≤0.03%、 铝(Al):≤0.02%、氮(N):≤0.01%,其余为Fe及不可避免的夹杂。
2.根据权利要求所述的一种用于制备覆铝钢带的专用基体钢带,其特征在于:其力学性能σ02(Mpa)≥170,σb(Mpa)≥280,δmin(%)≥22。
