安装在管头1和16中的与衬7等同的十多个单元元件已用下面的方法准备。
-开始的材料是从一面到另一面的厚度为1.28mm的毛坯带,依次包括:
0.58mm的聚乙烯,然后是0.04mm的必要氨基酸,然后是0.040mm的乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物,然后进0.04mm的必要氨基酸,然后是0.58mm的PE。

工业应用

Claims (12)

1、塑料管头(1,16,30)包括一个颈(2),顶上有一个近似削平的圆锥形台(4),该管头装备有一个有障碍效力的衬(7),连续覆盖着该颈(2)内部高度的80%和该台的近似削平圆锥形的内表面区域的50%,该衬(7)完全封闭在构成该管头(1,16,30)的外部(8,8a)的塑料材料环形套(8)中,其特征在于由多层聚合元件(7)组成的衬(7)用一个外表面层(9)固定到该环形套(8)上,该元件(7)也包括一个或多个有障碍效力的聚合层(11),全部厚度在0.008~0.005mm之间,内表面层(6)有一个厚度为0.25~1.2mm的聚烯烃或聚酯层。
2、按权利要求1的管头,其特征在于环形套的塑料材料和该衬(7)的外表面层(9)的塑料材料是一样的,该层(9)因此被完整连续接合到管头的环形套(8)中。
3、按权利要求1或2中之一的管头,其特征在于内表面层(6)的塑料材料与环形套的塑料材料是相同的,在该衬(7)的端面(12,13)上该内表面层(6)的材料因此完整地接合到该环形套(8)上。
4、按权利要求2的管头,其特征在于连接着该环形套(8)的外表面层由于附着层(10)有0.006~0.06mm的厚度,它被限定在该衬的厚度之内,该附着层覆盖着衬(7)的有障碍效力的那一层(11)。
5、按权利要求3的管头,其特征在于有障碍效力的衬(7)覆盖着整个圆台(4)的削平圆锥形的内表面,并沿一个向下倾斜的底边(24)延伸,接合到该衬(7)的两个端面(12,13)的该环形套(8)的部分与该面(12,13)的内沿末端平齐。
6、按权利要求1或2或4中之一的管头,特征在于该衬(7)包括在它的上端部覆盖着该颈(2)的内部(5),罩形部分(28)延展并堵塞它。
7、按权利要求6的管头,其中的罩形部分(28)包括圆周凹槽(31),将它浸没在管中便于切割或截断。
8、按权利要求1或2或4中之一的管头,其特征在于该衬(7)有下列结构或组成:
-厚度0.5~2.5mm
-至少5个内连层包括:
a)与组成管头外部(28)的该塑料材料相同的一个内表面层(6)和一个外表面层(9),每层厚度是在0.25~1.2mm之间,是一种由这组聚乙烯,聚丙烯和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯形成的同样的塑料材料;

9、在管头(1,16,30)中根据权利要求1到8之一所述的可用作衬(7)的单元元件(7),基本包括一个轴对称的套筒(33),顶部有一个近似削平圆锥形的环形台(32),该元件(7)的总高与该套筒(33)的内径之比H/d:是在1~25之间,特征在于它有0.5~2.5之间的厚度,它的壁的基本组成是:

12、按权利要求9到11中之一的一个元件,其中的环形台(32)是沿向下倾斜的环形底边24延伸的,该环形边(24)的内径与套管(33)的内径之比是在2~3之间,该环形边的内径在18~50mm之间。
