Abstract
一种风扇固定装置,用以固定一风扇,该风扇固定装置包括一用以收容该风扇的固定框及一收容该固定框的风扇架。该风扇固定装置将风扇先装设于该固定框,再将该固定框装设于该风扇架,即可将较小尺寸的风扇装设于该风扇架。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇固定装置。
背景技术
现有机箱的风扇架的大小一般是固定的,只能装设一定尺寸的风扇,如若风扇尺寸较小则无法使用。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种兼能装设较小尺寸风扇的风扇固定装置。
一种风扇固定装置,用以固定一风扇,该风扇固定装置包括一用以收容该风扇的固定框及一收容该固定框的风扇架。
相较现有技术,上述风扇固定装置将风扇先装设于该固定框,再将该固定框装设于该风扇架,即可将较小尺寸的风扇装设于该风扇架。

具体实施方式
请参照图2,本发明风扇固定装置装设于一机壳的底板40上,包括一风扇架50、一固定框20和若干固定柱30。该风扇固定装置用以固定一尺寸小于该风扇架50的风扇10。
该风扇10包括两间隔的矩形端壁12。
该风扇架50为方框体,装设于该底板40上,该风扇架50的顶部设有一开口52,该风扇架50的中部开设一连通该开口52的容置腔54。
该固定框20概呈方形,于中部开设一贯穿该固定框20两侧的收容空间22,并于该收容空间22的底壁24的四角处分别开设一贯穿该底壁24的穿孔26。该固定框20的外形尺寸与该风扇架50的容置腔54相匹配,该固定框20可正好收容于该风扇架50的容置腔54内。
每一固定柱30包括一螺帽32、一自该螺帽32的中部垂直延伸的螺柱34。该螺柱34于邻近该螺帽32处凸设一自攻螺牙部36。
请参照图1和图3,组装时,将该风扇10收容于该收容空间22。这些固定柱30的螺柱34自该底壁24的外侧锁入该固定框20的对应的穿孔26。这些螺柱34的自攻螺牙部36于对应的穿孔26内攻出内螺纹并卡合于对应的内螺纹。这些螺柱34的末端穿出对应的穿孔26并对应挡止于该风扇10的两端壁12的内侧,防止该风扇10前后移动,而螺帽32挡止于该固定框20的外侧,将该风扇10卡止于该收容空间22内。
之后将该装设有风扇10的固定框20自开口52放入该风扇架50的容置腔54。通过螺丝或其他固定件将该固定框20固定于风扇架50。当风扇60与该风扇架50的尺寸相当时,可省略该固定框20,直接将风扇60装入风扇架50的容置腔54。
Claims (3)
1.一种风扇固定装置,用以固定一风扇,该风扇固定装置包括一用以收容该风扇的固定框及一收容该固定框的风扇架。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该固定框于中部开设一收容空间,并于该收容空间的底壁开设若干穿孔,该风扇包括两端壁,若干固定柱自该底壁的外侧穿过并锁固于对应穿孔并对应挡止于该风扇的两端壁的内侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一固定柱包括一螺帽和自该螺帽垂直延伸出的螺柱,该螺柱邻近该螺帽凸设自攻螺牙部。
