Abstract

本发明公开了一种抽排气装置,属于溴化锂制冷机技术领域,旨在解决真空泵抽排气不经济的问题。该抽排气装置包括发生器,发生器的上部为气相空间,下部为液相空间,发生器的下方设有发生泵,发生泵的吸口管道连接在发生器的底部,发生泵的出口管道上设有支循环管,支循环管从轴线方向进入射流装置,射流装置的圆周方向上连接有引流管,引流管接通发生器的气相空间,射流装置的出口通过射流管与分离室连接,分离室上连接有回流管,回流管的一端插入分离室的底部,另一端与发生器的液相空间连接,分离室的上部连接有排气管,排气管上设有排气阀。发生泵在工作时,射流管同时在射流,将引流管中的气体不断抽吸到射流装置中,无需另开真空泵排气。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抽排气装置,特别涉及一种溴化锂制冷机用的抽排气装置。 
背景技术
溴化锂制冷机的冷媒水,是依靠液体蒸发后变成气体,从周围环境中吸收热量这个过程获得的。水的蒸发温度与环境压力有关,我们造成一个压力很低的空间,把水喷进去,水就会沸腾蒸发。当把温度较高的冷媒水从该空间的铜管内穿过,那么喷淋在铜管外的水就要从铜管上吸收热量而蒸发,铜管内的水温就降低了。但是水蒸发以后,蒸发器的压力就要升高,影响水的继续蒸发,要保证不断地取得所要求的温度较低的冷水,必须始终保持蒸发器的压力很低。 
溴化锂溶液吸收水蒸气的能力很强,溴化锂制冷机就是用它作为吸收剂保持较低的压力。但是溴化锂溶液中不可避免存在着少量不凝性气体,对溴化锂制冷机的性能损害很大,如何排除这些不凝性气体是非常重要的。 
目前溴化锂制冷机排除不凝性气体的方法,是通过真空泵不断向外抽取,一则真空泵始终运转能源浪费比较大,运转时,还要对真空泵进行冷却,还要消耗一部分水;再者,气体持续进入真空泵,真空泵的润滑油会乳化,用不了多久就要更换,成本也比较高。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种抽排气装置, 无需消耗额外的能源,在发生泵运转的同时能够自动抽排不凝性气体。 
为解决以上技术问题,本发明所提供的一种抽排气装置,包括发生器,所述发生器的上部为气相空间,下部为液相空间,发生器的下方设有发生泵,所述发生泵的吸口管道连接在所述发生器的底部,所述发生泵的出口管道上设有支循环管,所述支循环管从轴线方向进入射流装置,所述射流装置的圆周方向上连接有引流管,所述引流管接通所述发生器的气相空间,所述射流装置的出口通过射流管与分离室连接,所述分离室上连接有回流管,所述回流管的一端插入所述分离室的底部,另一端与所述发生器的液相空间连接,所述分离室的上部连接有排气管,所述排气管上设有排气阀。 
制冷机在工作时,发生泵始终在运转,从发生泵的出口管上接一根支管通往射流装置,射流管在射流,将引流管中的气体不断抽吸到射流装置中,随溴化锂溶液进行分离室,定期从分离室的排气管排出;无需另开真空泵排气。

具体实施方式
如图一所示,本发明的一种抽排气装置,包括发生器1、发生泵2、射流器4、分离室8及排气管9,发生器1的上部为气相空间,下部为液相空间,发生器1的下方设有发生泵2,发生泵2的吸口管道连接在发生器1的底部,发生泵2的出口管道上设有射流循环管3,射流循环管3从轴线方向进入射流器4,射流器4的圆周方向上连接有引流管7,引流管7接通发生器1的气 相空间,射流器4的出口通过射流管5与分离室8连接,分离室8上连接有回流管6,回流管6的一端插入分离室8的底部,另一端与发生器1的液相空间连接,分离室8的上部连接有排气管9,排气管9上设有排气阀10。 
制冷机在工作时,发生泵2始终在运转,从发生泵2的出口管上接一根支管通往射流器4,射流管5在射流,将引流管7中的气体不断抽吸到射流器4中,随溴化锂溶液进行分离室8,定期从分离室8的排气管9排出;无需另开真空泵排气。

1.一种抽排气装置,包括发生器,所述发生器的上部为气相空间,下部为液相空间,发生器的下方设有发生泵,所述发生泵的吸口管道连接在所述发生器的底部,其特征是,所述发生泵的出口管道上设有支循环管,所述支循环管从轴线方向进入射流装置,所述射流装置的圆周方向上连接有引流管,所述引流管接通所述发生器的气相空间,所述射流装置的出口通过射流管与分离室连接,所述分离室上连接有回流管,所述回流管的一端插入所述分离室的底部,另一端与所述发生器的液相空间连接,所述分离室的上部连接有排气管,所述排气管上设有排气阀。
