本发明涉及涡旋压缩机,具体涉及一种卧式涡旋压缩机。本发明的卧式涡旋压缩机,包括动涡盘、静涡盘、支架、主轴、防自转机构,所述卧式涡旋压缩机采用压差供油方式,还包括如下中压腔回油结构:所述中压腔设置于动涡盘的背后,中压腔的压力介于排气压力和吸气压力之间,压缩机内还设置有回油管,回油管连通中压腔和油气分离器。本发明的卧式涡旋压缩机利用中压腔回油结构,既有效解决回油问题,又增加了压缩机的容积效率,提高了空调系统的能效比。

技术领域
本发明涉及涡旋压缩机,具体涉及一种卧式涡旋压缩机。
背景技术
涡旋压缩机是一种借助于容积的变化来实现气体压缩的流体机械,在涡旋压缩机工作时,现有卧式涡旋压缩机采用的回油方式是系统中的油从压缩机的吸气口回到压缩机的吸气腔,该回油方式降低了压缩机的容积效率和制冷量,并且无法有效地进行油气分离。
发明内容
为解决现有卧式涡旋压缩机回油方式的上述问题,本发明提供一种新型的卧式涡旋压缩机,该涡旋压缩机采用中压腔回油结构,该中压腔回油结构既有效解决回油问题,又增加了压缩机的容积效率,提高了空调系统的能效比。
本发明解决上述问的技术方案为,一种卧式涡旋压缩机,包括动涡盘、静涡盘、支架、主轴、防自转机构,所述卧式涡旋压缩机采用压差供油方式,所述卧式涡旋压缩包括如下中压腔回油结构:所述中压腔设置于动涡盘的背后,中压腔的压力介于排气压力和吸气压力之间,压缩机内还设置有回油管,回油管连通中压腔和油气分离器。
本发明的卧式涡旋压缩机的中压腔回油方法,即,在压缩机内部建立介于排气压力和吸气压力的中压腔,并使中压腔通过回油管与空调系统的油气分离器相联,使系统中的油气分离器里分离出来的油,通过中压腔回到压缩机。
本发明的卧式涡旋压缩机中压腔回油结构,使空调系统的油气分离器里分离出来的油,通过中压腔回到压缩机,而不通过吸气腔,既提高了油气分离效率,也提高吸气容积效率,提高了压缩机和空调系统的能效比。

下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述,以便于更好地理解本发明。
实施例1
一种卧式涡旋压缩机,包括动涡盘、静涡盘、支架、主轴、防自转机构,所述卧式涡旋压缩机采用压差供油方式,其特征在于,包括如下中压腔回油结构:所述中压腔设置于动涡盘的背后,中压腔的压力介于排气压力和吸气压力之间,压缩机内还设置有回油管,回油管连通中压腔和油气分离器。图1是本发明的卧式涡旋压缩机中压腔回油结构的结构示意图。如图1所示,1为中压腔,2为回油管,回油管连通中压腔和空调系统的油气分离器。为了使油气分离器里的油回到压缩机,现在通行的作法是通过油气分离器与压缩机吸气口之间的压力差,用毛细管把油气分离器的油带回压缩机和润滑压缩机,但却降低了压缩机的容积效率,使压缩机的效率降低。本技术就是改变这种回油的结构,而是在压缩机的中压腔里设计一个回油口与油气分离器连接起来,使空调系统的油气分离器里分离出来的油,通过中压腔回到压缩机,而不通过吸气腔,这既解决了回油的问题,同时没有降低压缩机的容积效率。
实施例2
本发明卧式涡旋压缩机的中压腔回油方法,即,在压缩机内部建立介于排气压力和吸气压力的中压腔,并使中压腔通过回油管与空调系统的油气分离器相联,使系统中的油气分离器里分离出来的油,通过中压腔回到压缩机。

1.一种卧式涡旋压缩机,包括动涡盘、静涡盘、支架、主轴、防自转机构,所述卧式涡旋压缩机采用压差供油方式,其特征在于,包括如下中压腔回油结构:所述中压腔设置于动涡盘的背后,中压腔的压力介于排气压力和吸气压力之间,压缩机内还设置有回油管,回油管连通中压腔和油气分离器。
