Abstract

一种双酚A型酚醛树脂球形粒子的制备方法,属化工合成领域,步骤如下:(1)按如下重量配比准备原料:90-110份无水乙醇,双酚A80-95份,甲醛75-90份,乌洛托品5-10份,海藻酸钠0.5-3份。(2)先将无水乙醇加入反应釜中,后将海藻酸钠、双酚A、甲醛、乌洛托品依次投入反应釜中加热并搅拌。(3)在75-78℃保温180-240min,反应结束后立即进行降温、放料、沉淀、离心分离、干燥即可得到产品。双酚A型酚醛树脂球形粒子最终以固体粒子的形式存在于塑料制品中,对塑料不但有补强增韧的作用,而且双酚A型酚醛树脂球形粒子在塑料中还具有阻燃剂的作用,因而具有广阔的市场应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工合成树脂球形粒子的制备方法,特别是涉及一种双酚A型酚醛树脂球形粒子的制备方法。
背景技术
酚醛树脂是一类由苯酚和甲醛采用缩聚的方法制备而成的一类高分子材料,它有如下特点:
1. 粘结性好
酚醛树脂作为一种粘结剂,可以与各类有机物和无机物都有很好的相容性,而且润湿速度特别快。酚醛树脂交联后可以为塑料提供必要的机械强度,耐热性能。
2. 残碳率高
酚醛树脂在1000℃左右的惰性气体氛围中下,会产生很高的残碳,这有利于维持酚醛树脂的结构稳定性。
3. 低烟低毒
同其他树脂相比,酚醛树脂具有低烟低毒的优势,在燃烧的情况下,它将会缓慢分解产生碳氢化合物、水蒸气和碳氧化物,分解过程中所产生的烟相对较少,毒性也相对较低。
利用酚醛树脂球形粒子,这种球形粒子粒径大小与目前所用大多数填料粒径大小相当。当这种球形粒子和塑料混合并在高温下加工过程中会发生交联反应形成热固性粒子,在塑料基体中起到补强增韧的作用,而且可以提高制品的尺寸稳定性和耐热性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双酚A型酚醛树脂球形粒子的制备方法,填补当前制备双酚A型酚醛树脂球形粒子的空白,提供一种工艺简单,易于操作,成本低廉,且具有补强增韧能力的双酚A型酚醛树脂球形粒子的方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种双酚A型酚醛树脂球形粒子的制备方法,包括如下制备过程:
(1)按重量配比准备原料:90-110份无水乙醇,双酚A80-95份,甲醛75-90份,乌洛托品5-10份,海藻酸钠0.5-3份;
(2)先将无水乙醇加入反应釜中,后将海藻酸钠、双酚A、甲醛、乌洛托品依次投入反应釜中加热并搅拌;
(3)在75-78℃保温180-240min,反应结束后立即进行降温、放料、沉淀、离心分离、干燥制得即可得到产品。
本发明的优点与效果是:
1、采用常规方法制备的双酚A型酚醛树脂添加到塑料时,树脂经粉碎后颗粒尺寸约为100um左右,边界为多边形或棱形,粒径分布不均匀,在塑料中分散性差;酚醛树脂固化后会形成多边形或棱形热固性颗粒,造成制品内部出现应力集中,降低制品的力学性能;需要另外加入固化剂,不但用量多,而且很难和酚醛树脂充分混合;本发明的成品树脂本身就是球形的,无需专门处理,粒径即可达到10um左右,粒径小且分布均匀,在塑料基体中分散性好,不需添加固化剂即可直接加热固化;
2、采用常规方法制备的双酚A型酚醛树脂是以水或甲基异丁酮(MIBK)为溶剂,反应结束后,都需要真空脱除溶剂,而本发明采用分散聚合的方法制备出了球状树脂粒子,再经过降温、放料、沉淀、离心分离、干燥即可制得目的产物。 
3、采用常规方法制备的双酚A型酚醛树脂需要在90-100℃的温度条件下制备,合成温度高,耗能大,所制备的双酚A型酚醛树脂分子量大小不易控制且支化度高,本发明树脂以乙醇为溶剂,与所有原料的相容性好,进行均相反应,合成温度低,实验条件温和,产品质量性能优异且重复性好;
4、双酚A型酚醛树脂球形粒子本身就是一种高分子聚合物,与高分子塑料相容性好,增韧补强效应明显。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种双酚A型酚醛树脂球形粒子的制备,是采用如下过程得以实现的。(1)按如下重量配比准备原料:90-110份无水乙醇,双酚A80-95份,甲醛75-90份,乌洛托品5-10份,海藻酸钠0.5-3份。(2)先将无水乙醇加入反应釜中,后将海藻酸钠、双酚A、甲醛、乌洛托品依次投入反应釜中加热并搅拌。(3)在75-78℃保温180-240min,反应结束后立即进行降温、放料、沉淀、离心分离、干燥制得即可得到产品。
实施例1:
取按重量份计的如下配料:无水乙醇90份;双酚A80份;甲醛75份;乌洛托品5份;海藻酸钠0.5份。先将无水乙醇加入反应釜中,后将海藻酸钠、双酚A、甲醛、乌洛托品依次投入反应釜中加热并搅拌。在75℃保温反应180min,反应结束后立即进行降温、放料、沉淀、离心分离、干燥制得即可得到产品。
实施例2:
取按重量份计的如下配料:无水乙醇120份;双酚A95份;甲醛80份;乌洛托品9份;海藻酸钠2.5份。先将无水乙醇加入反应釜中,后将海藻酸钠、双酚A、甲醛、乌洛托品依次投入反应釜中加热并搅拌。在75℃保温反应220min,反应结束后立即进行降温、放料、沉淀、离心分离、干燥制得即可得到产品。
实施例3:
取按重量份计的如下配料:无水乙醇100份;双酚A95份;甲醛80份;乌洛托品8份;海藻酸钠1.5份。先将无水乙醇加入反应釜中,后将海藻酸钠、双酚A、甲醛、乌洛托品依次投入反应釜中加热并搅拌。在75℃保温反应240min,反应结束后立即进行降温、放料、沉淀、离心分离、干燥制得即可得到产品。

1.一种双酚A型酚醛树脂球形粒子的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下制备过程:
(1)按重量配比准备原料:90-110份无水乙醇,双酚A80-95份,甲醛75-90份,乌洛托品5-10份,海藻酸钠0.5-3份;
(2)先将无水乙醇加入反应釜中,后将海藻酸钠、双酚A、甲醛、乌洛托品依次投入反应釜中加热并搅拌;
(3)在75-78℃保温180-240min,反应结束后立即进行降温、放料、沉淀、离心分离、干燥,即可得到产品。
