the middle beam production line, the sleeper beam production line, the cross beam production line and the side beam production line are respectively connected with the underframe production line, the bogie production line, the side wall production line, the end wall production line, the side door assembly welding production line and the lower side door assembly welding production line are respectively connected with the vehicle body assembly production line, and the vehicle body assembly production line, the paint coating production line, the brake assembly test production line and the whole vehicle inspection production line are sequentially connected;
the production line comprises production lines, a transmission device, a hydraulic lifting mechanism, a power chain walking mechanism and a control device, wherein the production lines are connected through the transmission device, the transmission device comprises the hydraulic lifting mechanism and the power chain walking mechanism, and the transmission device is used for transmitting components in the production lines under the control of electrical equipment;
further comprising:
the detection system comprises a center sill detection and correction device, an underframe detection and correction device and a vehicle body detection device; wherein,
the center sill detection and correction device is arranged in the center sill production line and comprises a first ultrasonic sensor and a laser sensor, and is used for detecting the side curve, the deflection, the upwarp and the droop of the center sill and the head throw of the center sill and correcting the center sill according to detection data;
the chassis detection and correction device is arranged in the chassis production line and comprises an eddy current sensor and a second ultrasonic sensor and is used for detecting data of a center plate, side beam sidewise bending, deflection, a traction beam, diagonal lines and length and width of the chassis and correcting the chassis according to the detection data;
the car body detection device is arranged in the car body assembly production line and used for detecting the straightness of the upper side beam, the diagonal difference between the upper side beam and the upper end beam, the verticality of the corner column and the planeness of the underframe of the car body.
2. The new build truck production line as set forth in claim 1, further comprising:
the welding system comprises a manipulator automatic welding device, a special side wall reverse side machine automatic welding device and a vehicle body overturning automatic welding device; wherein,
the automatic welding device of the manipulator is respectively arranged in the bogie production line and the end wall production line and is respectively used for welding the bogie and the end wall;
the automatic welding device for the special machine for the reverse side of the side wall is arranged in the production line of the side wall and used for connecting the action of the special machine and the welding process;
the automatic welding device for vehicle body turnover is arranged in the vehicle body general assembly production line and used for carrying out horizontal automatic welding on the vehicle body.
3. The new build truck production line as set forth in claim 1, wherein:
the paint coating production line is internally provided with a continuous suspension conveying device, a brake pipe system is conveyed through the continuous suspension conveying device, and the brake pipe system is dried through drying equipment after being subjected to paint spraying treatment through electrostatic paint spraying and coating equipment and dry paint mist filtering equipment;
the electrostatic painting equipment and the dry type paint mist filtering equipment work under the control of a PLC control device.
4. The new build truck production line as set forth in claim 1, wherein:
the production line is provided with a base unit, a supporting unit, a clamping and positioning unit, a guiding unit and a control unit, wherein the base unit, the supporting unit, the clamping and positioning unit and the guiding unit respectively move under the control of the control unit so as to adjust the positions of the base unit, the supporting unit, the clamping and positioning unit and the guiding unit, and the base unit, the clamping and positioning unit, the guiding unit and the control unit are adapted to the sizes of components in the production lines.
5. The new build truck production line as set forth in claim 1, further comprising:
the plate section bar pretreatment production line is used for pretreating plate section bars;
the accessory manufacturing production line comprises a numerical control plasma cutting machine, a numerical control milling machine, a numerical control drilling machine, a numerical control axle processing device, a microcomputer control wheel pair press-fitting machine, an axle measuring machine, a wheel pair size measuring machine, a bearing press-fitting machine, a bearing grinding-in machine and an automatic support seat scribing instrument, and is used for processing the plate section processed by the plate section preprocessing production line to form an axle, a wheel pair, a bearing and a support seat.

the end wall assembly welding production line and the side wall production line are arranged in a third row from right to left, and the right side of the end wall assembly welding production line is also provided with an underframe falling station;
the lower side door assembly welding production line, the side door assembly welding production line and the vehicle body assembly production line are arranged in a fourth row from left to right, and a bogie station is further arranged on the right side of the vehicle body assembly production line;
and each production line is in a U-shaped technical layout.
